21세기에 들어서면서 시장의 형태는 국제화, 개인화로 변화되고 진화되어 왔다. 소비자의 디자인 감각과 구매 욕구는 정보의 속도가 빨라짐에 따라 더욱 다양한 방향으로 발전되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 제품디자인의 영역이 한정된 디자이너의 아이디어에 멈춰있는 것이 아니라 소비자가 직접 선택할 수 있는 기술적, 환경적 상황이 되어가고 있다. 본 연구에서 그러한 마케팅전략의 기초단계로 시계 케이스를 6가지 형태로 분류하여 총200개의 디자인 데이터를 DB화 했다. DB의 데이터를 주얼캐드로 만들어 3차원 디자인 데이터에 소비자가 원하는 다양한 질감을 입혀서 랜더링한 것을 화면으로 바로 확인하고, 고속 원형제작시스템(RP)과 연계하여 소비자가 선택한 DB의 제품을 왁스의 형태로 출력할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다. In 21C, the form of the matket was changed to an internationalization and personalism. A design sense and desire of the consumer have been developed into various direction. The area of the good design does not stay in the idea of the designer to be restricted. Technical environment become which the consumer can make directly creative design. In this research to the basis stage of the marketing strategy, we classified a watch case as 6 styles. We made 200 design of watch as Data. We make the surface which the consumer wants at a design data on and show on the screen to rendering. We made the system to output as the form of the wax the goods which the consumer chooses a design of DB.

제 1 요추부에 발생한 연골아세포종 : 1예 보고 A Case Report

연구계획 : 증례 발표 및 문헌 고찰 연구목적 : 제1요추부에 발생한 연골아세포종을 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 36세 여자 환자가 1년 전부터 시작된 요통과 좌측 측복부에 띠 모양의 방사통을 주소로 내원하였다. 하지직거상검사는 제한되지 않았고 지각 신경 및 운동 신경은 정상이었다. 단순방서선 전후면 사진에서 제 1요추 좌측 척추경부터 추체 중간부까지 골흡수 소견을 보이며 T1강조영상에서 저 신호강도, T2강조영상에서 고 신호강도, 가돌리늄 강조영상에서 병벼 내부에 부분적으로 괴사된 저 신호강도를 나타냈다. 결과 : 후방 도달법을 통해 제 1요추부 좌측 횡돌기와 척추경 부근의 종괴를 제거하고 제 12흉추와 제 2요추에 척추걍 나사를 삽입 후에 금속봉으로 연결하였다. 이어 전방 감압술로 제 1요추체를 적출한 후 티타늄 철망을 삽입하여 고정하였다. 적출된 종괴의 크기는 2.3x2x1.5cm 이고, 조직소견상 연골아세포와 유연골 기질로 구성되어 있으면서 특징적인 레이스 모양의 석회화(chicken-wire calcification)가 곤찰 되었다. 술 후 14개월 추시상 신경학적 변화는 없었고 골주사 및 자기공명사진상 재발의 고견은 발결할 수 없었으나 지속적인 요통을 호소하였다. 결론 : 제 1요추부에서 발생한 연골아세포종 1예를 전ㆍ후방 감압술 및 티타늄 철방 내고정으로 1년 이상 추시하여 보고 하는 바이다. Study Design : A case report and review of the literature. Objectives: To discuss the chondroblastoma of the lumbar spine and review the literatures. Materials and Methods : A 36-year-old woman had back pain and pain radiating to the left lateral abdomen. Straight leg raising was not limited. Plain roentgenograms show a small round radiolucent area in left L1 vertebral pedicle and expansile sclerotic margin in L1 vertebral body. Tl-weighted MR images show the lesion displaying low signal intensity. T2-weighted images show high signal intensity. Gadolinium enhanced images show a necrotic area with low signal intensity in the lesion. Results : The mass of left L1 transverse process and pedicle was excised through posterior approach and pedicle screws were inserted T12 and L2 pedicle. L1 vertebral body was excised through anterior approach and a titanium mesh was inserted. It was a ovoid mass. measured 2.3x2x1.5cm in size and histologically diagnosed as chondroblastoma consisting of chondroid matrix and chondroblast. Soft tissue nodule shows chicken-wire calcification. All the symptoms were relieved at 14 months follow-up and no evidence of recurrence on follow-up roentgenogram and bone scan. However, the patient had persistent lower back pain. Conclusions : A case of chondroblastoma in L1 vertebral body was successfully excised by combined anterior and posterior approach and stabilized with a titanium meh.
