The study was carried out to investigate dissipation pattern of pesticide residue in/on different varieties of lettuce applied with foliar spraying under greenhouse. The initial deposited amount of alpha-cypermethrin and imidacloprid in/on the crop was entirely corresponded with shape of the crop. Dissipation of deposited pesticide residue was supposed to be related with degradation by sunlight and wash off by watering rather than dilution effect by biomass increase. The crop grouping in leaf vegetables has to be carefully considered even in lettuce for dissipation pattern of pesticide residue; head type and leafy type
전진비행하는 UH-60A 헬리콥터 전기체 형상에 대한 유동 해석

본 연구에서는 주로터, 동체, 그리고 꼬리로터를 포함한 UH-60A 전기체 형상에 대한 비정상 유동 해석을 수행하였다. 개발된 로터해석용 유동 해석코드를 이용하여 고속 전진 비행 및 저속 전진비행 조건에 대한 해석을 수행하였으며, 해석코드의 검증을 위해 주로터에서의 비정상 공력 하중을 비행시험 및 타 연구자들의 해석 결과와 비교하였다. 주로 터만 존재하는 형상, 주로터와 동체만 존재하는 형상, 그리고 꼬리로터만 존재하는 형상에 대한 해석 결과를 전기체 형상에 대한 해석 결과와 비교함으로써 헬리콥터 각 컴포넌트 간의 공기력 간섭현상을 분석하였다. 동체는 주로터에서 발생하는 내리흐름 분포를 변화시킴으로써 주로터의 수직력 분포를 변화시키는 요인이 됨을 확인하였으며, 주로터 끝단으로부터 발생한 와류와 꼬리로터 블레이드가 충돌함에 따라 강한 간섭현상이 발생함을 확인하였다. In the present study, unsteady calculations have been performed to simulate flows around a UH-60A full configuration including main rotor, fuselage, and tail rotor. A flow solver developed for helicopter aerodynamic analysis was used for the simulation of the complete helicopter in high-speed and low-speed forward flight. Unsteady vibratory loads on the main rotor blades were compared with flight test and other calculated data for the assessment of the present flow solver. Aerodynamic interaction of the three components of the helicopter was investigated by comparing with the results of main-rotor-alone, main rotor and fuselage, and tail-rotor-alone configurations. It was found that the existence of the fuselage has an effect on the normal force distribution of the main rotor by varying downwash distribution on the rotor disc, and tip vortices trailed from the main rotor strongly interact with the tail-rotor.
폴리아크릴로니트릴의 가수분해와 아미드화에 의한 열감응성 폴리(N-이소프로필아크릴아미드)의 합성과 특성분석

폴리아크릴로니트릴(PAN) 섬유로 된 제품에 열감응 특성을 부여하기 위하여, PAN을 가수분해하여 카복실기를 생성시키고 이를 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride(EDC)와 N-히드록시석신이미드(NHS)를 촉매로 하여 이소프로필아민(IPA)과 반응시켜 열감응성 고분자인 폴리(N-이소프로필아크릴아미드)(PNIPAAm)로 전환시키는 방법에 대해 연구하였다. PAN을 알칼리 가수분해시킨 후 산 가수분해를 추가하여 카복실기 함량을 늘릴 수 있었다. 폴리아크릴산(PAA)과 IPA와의 아미드화 반응은 촉매인 EDC와 NHS의 양에 의존하며,PAA 단위가 약 53% 이상 PNIPAAm으로 전환되어야 하한임계용액온도(LCST) 거동을 나타냈다. A two-step method for obtaining poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm) from poly(acrylonitrile) (PAN)was investigated in order to find a feasibility of imparting thermo-responsive property onto textile fiber materials. PAN was converted to poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) by hydrolysis at a first-step, and then PAA was converted to PNIPAAm at a second step via an amidation reaction of PAA with isopropylamine (IPA) in DMF medium using 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC) and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) as catalysts. High content of carboxylic groups at the first step was obtained by the successive alkaline and acid hydrolysis of PAN. The degree of conversion of PAA to PNIPAAm at the second step was dependent on the amount of catalysts EDC and NHS. PNIPAAm converted from PAA through amidation reaction showed a lower critical solution temperature (LCST) behavior when the conversion was higher than about 53%.

Comparison of pesticide residue dissipation in/on cucurbitaceous fruit vegetables applied by foliar spraying under greenhouse was carried out to give information on crop grouping for assessment of pesticide risk. Even though the initial deposit of sprayed pesticide on the target vegetables were somewhat different from the varieties, the dissipation patterns of the residues gave a similar tendency. In case sub-groupings of cucurbitaceous fruit vegetables are carefully arranged, the residue data among the vegetables are able to be taken for pre-harvest interval (PHI) settings or food safety assessment.

Chlorothalonil and imidacloprid sprayed onto the green peppers were degraded more faster at outdoor than in greenhouse. These results were affected by dew and photodegradation, considering no rain during the experimental period. Chlorothalonil, esfenvalerate and imidacloprid in green pepper, green twist pepper and sweet pepper did not show any residual pattern, because green peppers are one of the continuous harvesting crops and pesticides could not be sprayed homogeneously on them. When green peppers were pickled with soy sauce and green twist peppers were fried with vegetable oil, the amounts of pesticides such as alpha-cypermethrin, bifenthrin, chlorfenapyr, esfenvalerate and imidacloprid were diminished to the levels of about 30~71 and 20~41%, respectively. Esfenvalerate and imidacloprid could not be detected in 2 month-old hot pepper paste. The removal rates of pesticide residues in leaves of green peppers were about 22~37% by washing, about 74~95% by parboiling, and about 17~55% by drying after parboiling.

제자리 비행하는 헬리콥터 전기체 형상으로부터 발사되는 유도무기 운동을 모사하기 위해 비정렬 중첩격자기법을 6자유도 운동 기법과 연계하여 비정상 해석을 수행하였다. 주로터, 꼬리로터, 그리고 유도무기를 포함하는 동체로 구성되는 헬리콥터 전기체 형상에 대한 비정상 해석을 수행하였으며, 6자유도 운동 기법을 이용하여 헬리콥터에서 발사되는 유도 무기의 초기 발사 거동을 예측하였다. 발사위치 및 유도무기의 추력크기에 따른 발사거동을 비교하였으며, 주로터에서 발생하는 비정상 내리흐름에 따른 유도무기의 비행 특성을 분석하였다. Unsteady numerical analysis was performed to simulate air-launched missiles from a complete helicopter in hover by using an unstructured overset mesh flow solver coupled with a module of six degree-of-freedom motion of equations. The unsteady computations have been performed to obtain flow fields around the complete helicopter including main rotor, tail rotor, and fuselage equipped with multiple missiles, and six-DOF simulation has been performed to predict the behavior of the air-launched missile. The effects of the launching position and the missile thrust on the trajectory of the missile were investigated as well as the aerodynamic interference of the air-launched missile under the unsteady downwash produced by main rotor.
