미란성 위염에 대한 Cimetidine (Tagametⓡ) 의 치료효과

In an attempt to evaluate the efficacy ef cimetidine in treatment of erosive gastritis, a praspective study wras done in 9 cases of heworrhagie gastritia, 4 cases yunctiform gastritis, 9 caees verrueous gastritia, and 9 caseis mixed type, Four hundred mg of cimetidine was given in the morning and at bedtime for 3 weeks. Evaluation ef the efficacy was assessed by clinical syinptoms acoring and by endoscopic findings of erosion before treatment, on the 8th day, on the 15th day, and on the 22th day of treatment in all patients. The results were as follows; 1) Clinical sytnptoms in patients with erosive gastritis were epigastric discamfortness(83. 9%), heart burn(80. 0%), indigestion(77, 6%), hunger pain(74.2%), belching(71.0%), anotexla (48.4%) and nausea(45.5%). There was no differenees of symptoms among the type of erosion. 2) Percent decrease in clinical eyxeptoms were; 45% on the 8th day, 68% on the 15th day, 81% on the 22th day of treatment. Ciinical symptoms in patients with punetiform gastritis lasted longer than other typea. 3) Disappearance of the gastric mucossl erosion was seen in 8 cases of hemorrhagic gastritis, 6 case of mixed type, 5 cases of verruceous gastritis, 2 cases of punctiform gastritis, and overall 21 Cases(67.7%) on the 22th day of treatment, endoscopieally. Faur eases af punctiform gastritis were transformed into verrueous gastritis during the treatment. 4) Disappearance of the erosion was observed more frequently in the mueosa of oxyntic area than that of antrum. This study suggests that cimetidine appears to be effective for relief of elinical symptoms in patients with erosive gastritis, and for treatment of hemorrhagic gastritis and erosions in the mucosa of oxyntic area,

치석제거 방법에 따른 도재 표면 거칠기에 대한 연구

Dantal plaque and calculus are one of the major causes for the loss of teeth, and removal of them is a major part of periodontal treatment. In this study, porcelain samples were treated by using the ultrasonic scaler and hand curette which are the most widely used periodontal instrument, and surface roughness was measured and surface texture was evaluated in enlarged computerized photography by Atomic Force Microscopy. The surface roughness between non-glazing and glazing control group were significantly different(p<0.05). Glazing control and ultrasonic scaler group as well as hand curette group were significantly different(p<0.05), but ultrasonic scaler group and hand curette group were not significantly different in roughness readings. In the evaluation of surface texture, glazing control showed the most smooth surface, whereas ultrasonic scaler group exihibited some deep scratches and hand curette group showed many tiny scratches. As s result, both periodontal instrumentations seem to be harmful to porcelain, so we must be careful to use them.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the types of sexual conflicts among Korean elderly people. Based on the qualitative research method, in-depth interviews were conducted from the middle of May to early December, 2003. The participants of this study were 9 women and 9 men over 65 years old and had been married over 25 years. For data analysis, the paradigm model which is proposed by Strauss & Corbin was used. As a result, four types of sexual conflicts among Korean elderly people were found: The "Disputing type" in which the couples had some arguments about sexual intercourse but came to an agreement after some time, The "Waiving Type" in which a husband accepted the wife's rejection of having sex but exhibiting some strong unsatisfactory reactions strongly, the "Quarrelling type" in which the couples had a dispute seriously and/or stopped talking to each other, and the "Violent type" in which some types of violence were used by a husband against the wife in order to have sexual intercourse. Sexual conflicts can signify a breakdown of marriage which is a God's community. Some good programs for clinical interventions are needed that will help the Korean elderly couples who are experiencing sexual conflicts to restore their harmonious relationships and to re-conciliate into God's community. Understanding the types of sexual conflicts and the applications of forgiveness-reconciliation model can help Korean elderly couples to improve their quality of life. This also can show the usefulness of clinical interventions for elderly couples who are going through marital and sexual conflicts.

비행체 탑재 안테나에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 후방 전방향 특성이 요구되는 비행체 탑재 안테나의 이상적인 방사패턴을 얻기 위해. 새 롭게 고안된 프린트형 역F안테나를 로케트 또는 미사일의 몸체 하단부에 있는 Fin측면상에 표연 장착하여 방사 패턴을 측정(중심주파수 : 1.81 GHz)하였으며, 그 결과 기존의 비행체 원통 몸체상에 장착된 역F안테나보다 비 행체의 후미 축상을 기준으로 대칭적인 방사패턴 특성을 얻었다. 또한 후미 방향으로 지향성을 높이기 위해 반 사기 역할을 하는 무급전 소자를 프린트형 역F안테나의 전방 방향 $\lambda$/8( $\lambda$ :파장, 10.5 em) 지점에 위치시켜 방 사패턴을 측정한 결과 전후비가 8dB 개선된 지향 특성을 얻었다. In this paper, new printed-type inverted F antenna is designed and fabricated to gain the ideal radiation pattern of a rocket-borne antenna which is expected to show the omni-directional pattern characteristic in rear direction. The radiation pattern of this antenna is measured in condition that the antenna is mounted on the side of the fin which is located on the tail of a rocket or a missile. Measurement result shows that the improved symmetrical radiation pattern is obtained with respect to the radiation pattern of the existing inverted F antenna. Besides parasite element which can be operated as reflector is attached in front of the antenna with the distance between the antenna and the parasite element $\lambda$/8. The result shows that the ratio of the front to the rear radiation level is improved by 8 dB.

방광질환의 A,B,O(H)표면 항원 특이성에 관한 연구

Iso-antigen A, B, or O(H) is present in the transitional cells of the urinary bladder as well as other epithelial area of organ. The A, B, or O(H) blood-group antigens could be detected by specific red cell adheredce test, a modified Coombs' mixed cell agglutination test. We selected 5 cases of chronic cystitis and 13 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. The 13 cases of transitional cell carcinoma consist of 4 cases of grade Ⅰ,7 cases of grade Ⅱ and 2 cases of grade Ⅲ. The stages of cancer were stage 0(5 cases), stage A(4 cases), stage B(1 cases) and stage C(2 cases) except unknown stage of 1 case. With the specific red cell adherence test, the mucosa of chronic cystitis showed no blood-group antigen in all cases. The transitional cell carcinoma showed increased incidence of presence of blood-group antigen according to the lower grades of the differentiation in the cancer. The presence of the blood group an tigens was also increased rate when stages of cancer were decreased.

RNS를 이용한 디지탈 신경회로망 구현에 관한 연구

In this paper, a new design method for a high speed neuron processor is proposed. The basic operations of processing elements is based on the RNS(Residue Number System). considering that the input values of neural networks have small ranges, RNS proves to be a solution for simple high speed implementations in the basic operations. In RNS, inter modular operations are independent, which allows the same speed of operations in the additions and multiplications. In this paper, MAC(Multiplication and ACcumulation) operator using RNS and sigmoid function operator using MRC(Mixed Residue Conversion) is designed. Designed circuits are descripted by VHDL and synthesized by Compass tools. Result of simmulations shows that critical path delay time is about 19 nsec. The proposed design circuits can be implemened in parallel distributed processing system with desired real time processing.
