This paper proposes a new radio-wave propagation prediction simulator which is based on the Rec. ITU-R P. 452-14 and the correction factor extracted from comparison data between simulation result of Rec. ITU-R P.452-14 and interference measured in specific Korean territory. This paper also shows the superiority of the developed simulator by analyzing received signal power patterns of Rec. ITU-R. P.452-12-based simulator and our simulator. Furthermore, this paper suggests that our simulator is useful to save time and cost for design and operation of the wireless systems, by showing a couple of illustrative our simulator application examples regarding parameter selection of a new wireless system and received signal power variation with respect to the system parameters.

In order to study on the pigment formation of Serratia marcescens, the synthesis of prodigiosin was examined in the presence of a wide range of concentration of detergents. A high elevation of pigment formation was obtained in case of the treatment with SDC and SAP. And the population growth of the bacteria was increased by SDC and SAP, in the concentration of optimum concentration of pigment formation. The alkaline phosphatase activity was also increased in the treatment of SAP, SDC and SDS. The possible mechanism of the detergents on enhancement of pigment formation could be explained by an increase of enzyme activity and membrane transport.

Nitrophenols are important intermediates in the synthesis of dyes, pesticides, and many other industrial chemicals and have a wide variety of other uses. p-Nitrophenol(PNP), especially, is used as an intermediate in the synthesis of insecticides such as ethyl and methyl parathion, which they act on the nervous system by blocking the acetyl-cholinesterase activity of synapses. It was inspected that the size of heterotrophic bacterial population in Han river was 25.3×10^4_ 1007.2×10^4cells/ml. Effects of PNP on the population were significantly toxic. Survival rate of the heterotrophic bacteria in each site was shown 0∼14% at 100㎍/ml of PNP. A PNP-degrading bacterium was isolated from effluents of various industrial factories and identified as Pseudomonas cepacia. When the isolate was incubated in liquid broth of Goldstein medium which was treated 10㎍/ml and 30㎍/ml of PNP as the sole carbon source, respectively, PNP was thoroughly biodegraded within 18 hours and 44 hours, respectively. Being cultured in Bruhn`s liquid broth containing 30㎍/ml of PNP as the sole nitrogen source, the isolate completely biodegraded within 23 hours. The isolate being incubated in Bruhn`s liquid broth including 30㎍/ml of PNP as the sole carbon and nitrogen source, PNP was thoroughly mineralized within 23 hours. The optimal temperature and pH are 30˚C and 7.0, respectively. As the results of MIC test of several antibiotics the isolate turned out resistant against carbenicillin but very sensitive against tetracycline. From the SDS-PAGE experiment it turned out that five proteins induced by treatment of PNP were periplasmic proteins corresponding to MW. 151800, 65500, 61400, 49600, and 20600, respectively.

Effects of Orange II, a kind of azo dye, on heterotrophic bacterial population in Han river were not significantly toxic. Survival rate of the heterotrophic bacteria in each site was shown 22.85-51.31% at 5000 mg/l of Orange II. LD_50 of Orange II are 1000 mg/l or more in each site. Heterotrophic bacteria capable of degrading Orange II as a sole carbon source were not isolated in Han river but isoated Torulopsis sp., a kind of yeast, in wastewater of textile industry. The degradation rate of this isolate was over 90% after 66 hours culture in PAS medium containing 10 mg/l of Orange II and 2% of glucose. Its optimum temperature and pH are 37˚C, pH 7, respectively.
영상처리를 이용한 정적·동적 변위 계측과 속도·가속도 추산방식 연구

This paper is concerned with the measurement of static and dynamic displacement by image processing(IP) and study for prediction method of velocity and acceleration. To measure the displacement visually, the measurement system consists of a telephoto zoom camera, CCD(charge coupled device) image device and a computer. The specific target on the white board is used to calculate the displacement of the structure. The captured image is then converted into a pixel-based data and then analyzed numerically. The limitation of the system depends on the image capturing speed and the pixel-size of image. In this paper, we developed for the displacement measurement using the image processing method. The proposed method enables us to measure the vibration displacement, velocity and acceleration directly without any contact. The current resolution for the displacement measurement can be seen from the results.
종합유선방송과 중계유선방송간의 정책갈등에 대한 이차원게임에 관한 연구

본 연구는 퍼트남의 이차원게임 이론틀에서 제시하는 합의범위의 결정요인을 중심으로 한국 케이블TV 정책형성과정에서 중계유선방송측과 종합유선방송측 간의 갈등구조를 분석하였다. 1994년부터 정책갈등 집단은 중계유선의 SO전환이라는 교집합을 설정해 놓고 시작하는 게임구조를 형성하였다. 즉 케이블TV 방송정책을 둘러싼 갈등구조에서 윈셋의 변화를 살펴본 결과 공보처를 중심으로한 종합유선방송 측은 주로 윈셋을 확대하였고, 정보통신부를 중심으로 한 중계유선방송 측은 중계유선의 SO 전환이라는 정책합의범위를 설정해 놓은 상태에서 자신들에게 유리한 방향으로 윈셋확대와 축소를 병행하였다. 본 연구결과를 통한 정책갈등의 이론적 함의를 정리하면 첫째, 케이블TV 정책결정은 단순히 정책결정집단인 정부부처가 독자적으로 결정한 것이 아니라, 그 내면에 존재하고 있는 관련집단 즉 사업자들의 이슈와 비용의 집중도와의 상호작용에 의해서 결정된다는 것이다. 둘째, 케이블TV 방송정책을 둘러싼 갈등구조 속에서 사업자들과 정책결정집단들은 자신들에게 유리한 방향으로 정책이 결정되기 위해 협박전략, 메아리전략등 다양한 게임전략을 구사하였다. 본 연구는 정책갈등 분석을 위해 방송정책연구에 적용될 수 있는 하나의 이론틀로 이차원게임이론을 소개함으로써 방송정책 분야의 연구지평을 넓히는 계기를 제공하고자 하였다. This study analyzed the conflict structure between system operators (SO) and relay operators(RO) in rolicy-making process of the Cable TV in Korea. Cable TV policy making has been established by the reciprocal action between the government authorities and the business proprietors. The policy game between SO and RO reflects duality of conflict structure that is shaped in the level of government policy group and the business proprietor. Along the two-level game framework by Putnam, the present research attempted to demonstrate the conflict structure and policy changes in Cable TV, What are the factors making win-set among the actors of bargaining game? The size of win-set is determined by the degree of issue homogeneity and the concentration of costs. The crucial factors of making win-set include the arrangement of internal power, preference. and ratification system. The win-set may be reduced or expanded by the strategy of policy decision group. In the Cable TV policy in Korea, system operators and Ministry of Public Relation expanded their win-set. while relay operators and Ministry of Communication performed both reduction and expansion of their win-set at the same time. This study showed two kinds of implication in the policy decision process of Cable TV. First. the policy decision has to consider the business proprietors' interests, which plays in second level of the policy game. Second, in order to make a decision what business proprietors and policy decision groups want in the conflict structure, they need to make full use of game strategy. Because every group involved in the policy game expects its preferred policy, the game strategy makes a decisive role in the policy making process.
