곰보배추에 함유된 6-Hydroxyluteolin 7-O-Glucoside 분석을 위한 HPLC/DAD 분석법 밸리데이션

We developed a method to identify and quantify 6-hydroxyluteolin 7-O-glucoside in the powder of Salvia plebeia (PS) using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with diode array detector (HPLC/DAD) and equipped with reverse-phase INNO C18 column. The analytical method was optimized and validated using novel parameters. The obtained values for the limits of detection and quantification were 3.60 and 10.90 μg/mL, respectively. Calibration curve showed good linearity in the concentration range tested (0.00625-0.1 mg/mL, r2 = 1.0000), high accuracy (96.2-101.4%), and precision values (RSD £ 0.27%). Our analysis support the use of our method for accurately identifying and quantifying 6-hydroxyluteolin 7-O-glucoside from PS in routine analyses and large-scale extraction processes for content determination.

'10년도 중점 추진과제는 관련 업계 건의의 타당성 및 정부 정책방향과의 부합성 검토, 필요 과제에 대한 연구용역 수행, LP 가스안전포럼 및 정책 조정회의 등의 전문가 그룹의 자문을 거쳐 도출되었으며, 향후 관련법령 개정 등 후속조치를 마련하는 과정에서 공청회 또는 각종 간담회 등을 통해 다양한 의견을 수렴하고, 이견을 조정하여 정부정책이 성공적으로 실현되도록 만전을 기하여 나가겠다.

Filipendula glaberrima (FG) is a plant endemic to South Korea. It is economically important as a food source and used as a medicine in treating ailments. Filipendula flowers are characterized by the presence of several polyphenolic constituents. The aim of this study is to determine the content of (+)-catechin in Filipendula glaberrima collected from different regions at different flowering stages. High-performance liquid chromatography with a gradient elution system (0.5% acetic acid in water : acetonitrile = 95 : 5 to 0 : 100 for 35 min) was used. A reverse-phase INNO column with UV detection at 278 nm was employed. The results revealed that F. glaberrima from Mt. Odae has the highest (+)-catechin content (10.600 mg/g). Furthermore, its content was the lowest in samples collected during the pre-flowering period and the highest at the early-flowering stage. This study provides a basis in establishing the optimal period and the best region for collecting F. glaberrima with maximized (+)-catechin yield.
과학교육계 학과에서의 통합과학교사 양성을 위한 사전 교육실태

This study has been performed to achieve two objects. They are as follows. To analyze a status on the preservice teacher education in the departments of science education and then search the ways of the improvement. To analyze a status on teaching practice-cooperation between universities and secondary schools which are practiced by the student teachers and then search the ways of the improvement. To perform this study, first, the servey is collected and analyzed by 19 universities installed departments of science education. Second, professors of the departments of science education, principals and vice-principals of the practicing secondary school, and student teachers majoring in science education are interviewed and discussed together to analyze status on the preservice education. The conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows : 1. In teaching for the field of majoring-science, a cooperating-system between the departments of science education and the departments of science is needed. 2. In the field of teaching profession, the subject, the relative importance of credit and system are needed to be improved. 3. In the field of subject-education(especially, in middle school science and integrated science), the reinforcement and reorganization are needed. 4. The field of teaching practice is asked separation and independence in the curriculum for preservice education. The recognition for the importance should be emphasized. 5. The reorganization of 3 and 4 should be regulated connecting with the requisite 150 credits for the students who major in science education. 6. The practical and educational cooperation between universities and the practicing secondary schools can be possible by appointing the fixed cooperation-schools. More effective preservice education of science teachers can be accomplished by establishing the concrete program for the presented conclusions.
