The research analyze how the privates' proposals which come from BTL school facilities project enforced from 2005 until 2007, reflected in elementary schools design plans. BTL project in Education Facilities gives general direction to educational environments for the success of 7th curriculum. It also helps schools plans will be able to accomplish as main facilities role and cultural exchange functioning area. Output-Specifications is drawn up by this general direction within the base, must observe it during design phase. Belong to the Output-Specifications, The design of site plan appeared with mostly Finger-Plan-Type; H-type, E-type and ㄷ-type, etc. Also, In the floor plan design appeared the comprehensive classroom and the general + practical teaching room type be applied to the elementary school curriculum. The Corridor is planned with alcove or a multipurpose space. It can be used to the galley corner, the talk corner, the pocket resting, or indoor garden etc. The external design rightly in scale of the elementary students uses the material which is various and symbolized. Circulation separated from the pedestrian, the vehicle and bicycle user. Also, the hits of environmental project was applying to the GBCC(Green Building Certification Criteria). When seeing the various results of above, introducing the original ideas of private effort can be affirmative to the education facilities. However, sometimes the idea of the private proposes can ruin the original proposal by providing the plan proposition paper (VE-Design)

기업의 사회공헌활동을 통한 지속가능한 마을재생에 관한 연구

This study examined the possibility of linking corporate social responsibility for continuous urban regeneration projects (even after the end of the urban regeneration project of administrative support). ISO 26000 is an international standard for social responsibility. ISO 26000 addressed seven specific issues related to community involvement and development: community participation, education and culture, job creation and function development, technology development and access, wealth and income generation, health and social investment. This is closely related to economic, welfare, housing, cultural leisure, and community in urban regeneration. The social responsibility project of Geumcheongu opened the possibility of participating in solving the problem of community in the corporate. In Busan s urban regeneration project, corporate CSR activities can be found to be involved in the issues of the local community. In Anchang Village, there are 15 various organizations in the region that continuously carry out social responsibility activities through MOU agreement with villages. In Hocheon Village, a variety of volunteer clubs in the Community Service Center of Dong-Eui University participated in the town regeneration project through ongoing volunteer activities In the Busan Yongdo Daetong-jeonsu-bang Project, Busan Samjin fish cake participated in the urban regeneration activities in the area, transferred the technology, supported the start-up, and tried to create employment in the local area and activate the commercial area. In order to integrate corporate CSR activities into local urban regeneration projects in the local governments, it is suggested that priority should be given to preparing organizations to accept companies as partners in urban regeneration, and to prepare various CSR programs that can be linked with urban regeneration in the local.

In the case of Anchang Village, from the beginning of the project, public administration made an effort to have unique power by agreement with private organizations. Continue to be linked the civil society and the residents to protect the wisdom of the village and the policies of power generation from the start of the project. Even now the results are actively demonstrated. From this point, it is necessary to encourage private organizations to participate in future town planning projects. As a measure to that, it suggests that Corporate Social Responsibility within the region and local universities are to be linked the village.

The purpose of this study is to arrive at a conclusion by analyzing the change in the area ratio responding to polish and management in the libraries, and the want of residents during the area changing from the beginning of the public libraries in Busan. For the study, the floor plan of the targeted libraries were secured to investigate the existing state of the libraries, and the current and the beginning floor plan were compared and analyzed. Also, changing shape of each function room, area change in each room and floor, change in the entire floor area, and movement among floors were researched to figure the actual condition of the reorganizing of the space allocation ratio. It suggests the factors that should be examined to reorganize the area ratio of the public library in Busan when planning the libraries. This study emphasizes the pattern of the architectural spacial change that occurs when a public library serves its role as a central function in cultural education of a community while analyzing the program of the public library and the space change that is followed by current social role of public library and functional change, and gives the resources to be make use of when planing library in the future.

Presented in this paper is a development of ERP systems for footwear manufacturing. Final goal of the system development is to construct ERP system covering all works from order to make, shipment, accounting. And the objective of this paper is to introduce to completed 6 sub-systems of developing total 13 sub-system for production resource planning. In this study, introduce analysis of existing business flow and design of standard business process for development of systems. Also describe input and output of the standard business process for production resource management and basic structure, design of the total system flow, configuration of completed 6 sub-systems are presented. Finally, function of software modules and principal algorithms and basic data structuring techniques on the 6 sub-systems are explained.
