MPLS/GMPLS와 같은 레이블 스위칭 네트워크에서 양방향 통신을 위한 양방향 연결 설정은 CR-LDP 또는 RSVP-TE 신호 프로토콜을 이용하여 동일한 경로 상의 양방향 연결설정만 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 레이블 스위칭 네트워크에서 독립적인 경로 상의 양방향 통신을 위한 연결 설정 및 해제를 위한 연결 제어 메커니즘을 제안한다.
방학 기간 운동프로그램이 비만 중학생의 체력과 대사증후군 위험요인 및 뇌파에 미치는 영향

The purpose of the current study was to investigate the effects of vacation exercise program on the metabolic syndrome risk factors and electroencephalographic in obese middle school students. 22 subjects were divided into vacation exercise(n=11) and control(n=11) groups. The vacation exercise program was conducted 120 minutes/day, 5 days a week for 4 weeks. The results were summarized as follows: Cardiovascular endurance, waist circumference and triglyceride were significantly decreased within vacation exercise group. Skeletal muscle mass, muscular endurance, flexibility, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, alpha wave and SMR wave were significantly increased within vacation exercise group. Weight, body mass index, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and waist circumference showed significant differences in the interaction effect. Body mass index, skeletal muscle mass, cardiovascular endurance, waist circumference and high density lipoprotein cholesterol showed significant differences in the between periods. In summary, when considering the above results, we concluded that vacation exercise could improve physical fitness, metabolic syndrome risk factors and electroencephalographic in obese middle school students.
규칙적인 운동참여와 비참여가 남자대학생의 건강관련체력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of regular exercise on health-related physical fitness in male university students. 20 subjects(windsurfing exercise group, n=10; non-exercise group, n=10) were participated in this experiment. Health-related physical fitness(%fat, muscle mass, muscle strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, cardio-respiratory endurance) of all subjects was measured. All data were expressed as mean and standard deviation and also independent t-test was performed to test the significant levels of differences between groups by using SPSS program. Significance was set at the α=.05. Consequently, exercise group had significantly better levels in %fat, muscle strength, muscular endurance, cardio-respiratory endurance than non-exercise group. In summary when considering the above results, we concluded that long term and regular exercise could improve the level of health-related physical fitness in windsurfing exercise participants.
12주간 승마운동이 중년여성의 복부지방 면적에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of horse riding exercise on abdominal fat in middle-aged women. 16 participants were divided into a control group (n=8) and a horse riding exercise group (n=8). The horse riding exercise program was carried out under the condition of 60 minutes, 2 days a week for 12 weeks. Abdominal fat area (total abdominal fat, abdominal cavity fat, and subcutaneous fat) of all subjects were measured at the baseline, 6 weeks, 12 weeks of the program participation. Consequently, horse riding exercise group manifested significant differences in total abdominal fat, abdominal cavity fat, and subcutaneous fat, compared with control group after 12 weeks. In summary when considering the above results, horse riding exercise could decrease the area of abdominal fat in middle-aged women.

The need for maintenance of bridge infrastructure is increasing due to aging, and the cost of maintaining the infrastructure must be calculated for effective budget distribution. Therefore, in this study, representative defects according to bridge superstructure type are derived to calculate the cost for each repair method. First of all, the representative bridges, PSCI girder bridge, Rahmen bridge, Steel box girder bridge, and RC slab bridge, were selected as superstructures using BMS data, and repair methods for defects were presented. In addition, the cost of the repair method by superstructure type was compared. This result is expected to predict total maintenance costs in consideration of the maintenance cycle.
황색 끈끈이트랩을 이용한 솔껍질깍지벌레(Homoptera: Margarodidae) 예찰

The black pine bast scale (BPBS), Matsucoccus thunbergianae (Homoptera: Margarodidae), is one of the most serious insect pests of Japanese black pine (Pinus thunbergiana) in Korea. The density of BPBS varies by tree, branch, and location, making it difficult to monitor them. This study investigated to find a monitoring method for distribution and occurrence of BPBS on Japanese black pine using the yellow sticky trap. The density of male BPBS on sticky trap and nymphs from the branch of Japanese black pine was highly correlated in various surveyed sites. The number of male BPBS that attracted to the yellow sticky traps was higher in upper crown than the lower crown of P. thunbergiana but this was not statistically significant. The density of BPBS nymphs increases with the increase of the diameter of the branch, but the differences were not significant from 1 to 2.5 cm. BPBS was highly distributed in bottom-faced branch than the upper-faced branch of P. thunbergiana. Therefore, we suggest, the yellow sticky trap for the monitoring of BPBS and when examining the nymph density in branch, it is recommended that the bottom-faced branch of the 2-2.5 cm diameter branch be examined. 솔껍질깍지벌레(Matsucoccus thunbergianae)는 우리나라 곰솔(Pinus thunbergiane)림의 주요 해충중의 하나이다. 솔껍질깍지벌레는 단목(丹木)마다 밀도에 차이가 있고, 수관 내 가지별로도 밀도차이가 있어 예찰이 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구는 황색 끈끈이트랩을 이용하여 솔껍질깍지벌레의 분포나 발생을 예찰할 수 있는 방법을 제시하기 위하여 수행되었다. 곰솔림에서 끈끈이 트랩에 유인된 솔껍질깍지벌레 수컷 성충의 밀도와 가지 내 약충의 밀도는 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 끈끈이트랩에 유인된 솔껍질깍지벌레 수컷성충의 밀도는 곰솔의 상층부가 하층부보다 높았으나 통계적 차이는 없었다. 곰솔 가지의 단위면적당 솔껍질깍지벌레 밀도는 흉고직경이 클수록 높아지는 경향을 보였으며 1~2.5 cm 사이의 굵기내에서는 통계적 차이가 없었다. 곰솔 가지의 방향이 지면을 향하는 쪽이 반대 방향을 향하는 쪽에 비하여 솔껍질깍지벌레의 밀도가 높았다. 솔껍질깍지벌레의 예찰에 끈끈이 트랩의 사용을 제안하며, 가지에서의 밀도는 2~2.5 cm 굵기의 가지를 선택하여 지면쪽의 밀도 조사를 추천한다.
