        자본시장법상 집합투자업자 정리․파산절차에 대한 실무 연구

        “Collective investment business entity(Asset Management Company)” on “Financial Investment Services And Capital Markets Act” is a corporation who sets and manages public offering funds and private equity funds like hedge funds. If a Collective investment business entity falls into insolvency, it will be extincted through the bankruptcy procedure in the court after the Financial Services Commission(FSC) makes investment traders or brokers(sales agencies) to establish a “Bridge-fiancial company”, transfers funds to it and makes investment traders or brokers to compensate investors for damages. This paper deals with procedures of resolution of the FSC and bankruptcy of the court. In the procedures of resolution and bankruptcy for the Collective investment business entity, there are three features which are ① adopting legal principles for investment trust, ② not being “insured financial institutions” on “Depositor protection act”, ③ the presence of multiparties like investment traders or brokers, trust business entities(trustees) in these procedures. These features make several differences between the resolution and bankruptcy procedures for the Collective investment business entity and them for the other fiancial companies. In this paper, I will focus on how these features affect procedures of the resolution and bankrupcy. In detail I will deal with how to transfer funds, establish the Bridge-fiancial company, compensate for investors, judge about causes of bankruptcy, assign and control receivers under the court, inspect claims and judge in Claim Allowance Proceedings for FSC and Bankruptcy-Court.

        수치해석을 통한 철도노반 인접 굴착 시 궤도틀림 분석

        본 논문에서는 3차원 수치해석을 통해 철도 노반에 인접한 굴착공사 시 궤도의 틀림을 분석하였다. 철도 노반에 인접한 굴착 공사는 열차 주행에 영향을 미칠 가능성이 높아 공사 시 인접 구조물의 안정성 및 영향성 검토를 필수로 수행하고 있지만, 그럼에도 불구하고 공사에 따른 침하 및 궤도틀림이 지속적으로 보고되고 있다. 굴착공사로 인한 지하수위, 지반의 응력 상태 변화 등은 인접 굴착 공사에 따른 구조물의 침하와 궤도틀림의 원인으로 지적되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 인접 굴착 공사 시 궤도틀림을 유발하는 인자를 변수로 고려하여 수치해석을 수행하였으며 운행 열차를 모사하기 위해 KRL-2012 표준 열차하중을 적용하였다. 분석 결과, 열차하중의 위치, 굴착지점과의 거리가 궤도틀림에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 열차 하중이 작용할 때 궤도 틀림이 크게 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 지하수위의 영향은 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다. In this paper, a track irregularity according to adjacent deep excavation of railway was analyzed using three-dimensional numerical analysis. The construction for excavation adjacent to the railway track is likely to have a negative impact on train operations. Despite mandatory assessments of the stability and impact on adjacent structures during construction, reports continue to indicate ongoing settlement and track irregularity resulting from construction. Changes in the groundwater level and stress state of the ground due to excavation are pointed out as causes for settlement and track irregularity in structures adjacent to the excavation. In this study, therefore, numerical analysis was conducted taking into account factors that induce track irregularity during adjacent excavation work as variables. The KRL-2012 standard train load was applied to simulate operating trains. As a results, The position of the train load, the distance from the excavation point, had a significant impact on track irregularity, and there was a significant occurrence of track misalignment when the train load was applied. The impact of the groundwater level was not significant.

        골대체재인 합성 수산화인회석과 anorganic bovine bone mineral의 생체적합성

        It is necessary to improve the esthetic and function in the patient with oral and maxillofacial bone defects. Synthetic bone substitute materials and anorganic bovine bone mineral(ABBM) have been used for clinical restoration. The purpose of this study was to observe the biocompatibility and bone formation of synthetic hydroxyapatite(SHA) and ABBM in hole of rabbit's tibia. After specimens with SHA and ABBM at 8 weeks were fixed in 10% neutral formalin solution, dehydrated, and embedded with spurr low viscosity, they were cut by 500um with slow diamond wheel saw and grinded up to 200um in thickness. These specimens were coated with carbon and examined with r efraction microscope for bone density. Refraction microscopic features of 8 weeks in synthetic HA showed network-like new bone forming trabecular pattern attached to resorbed HA. Less well calcified trabecular bone surrounding conglomerated HAs showed irregular arrangement of numerous osteocytes. There was not completely filled in defected area by new bone trabecular. New trabecular bone formation by ABBM was more prominent and completely compacted in defect hole at 8 weeks. It suggested that although bone formation activity of AMMB might be superior to that on synthetic HA, both group would be the good biocompatibility in this experiment.

        산업폐수 악취평가를 위한 전기화학식 황화수소 가스센서의 적용 가능성 조사

        This study was carried out to investigate the response characteristics of a hydrogen sulfide electrochemical gassensor for several wastewater odors. At first, it was found that bubbling sampling method was superior toheadspace sampling method in terms of sensor sensitivity. High correlation between odor concentration and sensorresults was shown for two wastewater which were r = 0.977 for food-waste recycling wastewater and r = 0.997for food industry wastewater. On the other hand, no correlation (r = 0.258) was found for plating wastewater,because hydrogen sulfide was not the main odorant for that.

        곡예운동이 멀미 지표 및 전정안구반사에 미치는 효과

        The theory of visuo-vestibular conflict is the most commonly accepted to explain motion sickness. Visual, vestibular and proprioceptiveafferences are in involved in balance control and this function can be improved by physical and sport activity. The purpose of thepresent survey was to investigate the relationships between motion sickness susceptibility in elite gymnastic & figure skating playerphysical activity and especially acrobatic exercise. We quantified vestibular-ocular reflex(VOR) in intensity in 7 figure skating and7 age matched control subjects. Sensory organization test were by posturography in neuroCom EquiTest and vestibular stimulationconsisted of four cycles of sinusodial rotation(.01, 04, .16, .64Hz, 60°/s) and was tested by system 2000 micromedical, Chatham,IL. The results of the study were as follow: The results are as follow. Balance score in condition 5, 6 were significantly higher thancontrol. During sinusodial stimulations, the skaters’VOR, as compared with that of the controls, demonstrated a gain that significantlylower(p<.01), than in control one. Quantitative alterations in VOR parameters observed in gymnastic and figure skaters probably resultfrom vestibular habituation induced by repeated unusual stimulations when practicing.

        Aureobasidium pullulans IMS-822가 생산하는 ${\beta}-(1{\to}3)(1{\to}6)-Glucan$의 특성 분석

        The exo-polysaccharide producing microorganism, Aureobasidium pullulans IMS-822, was isolated and identified from soil. The viscosity-average molecular weight of exo-polysaccharide was calculated as $8.9{\times}10^5$ by Mark-Houwink equation. The sugar component of exo-polysaccharide was determined as glucose by HPLC analysis. The IR spectra indicated that the exo-polysaccharide has an absorption peak at 890 $cm^{-1}$ for the ${\beta}-configuration$ of D-glucan. The $^{13}C$ NMR signal at ${\delta}$ 86.62 ppm arose from the substituted C-3 of glucose. The signal at ${\delta}$ 72.11 ppm was assigned to C-6 of branched ${\beta}-(1{\to}3)-D-glucosyl$ residues. Viscosity and Congo red reaction indicated that {\beta}-(1{\to}3)(1{\to}6)-glucan$ produced by A. pullulans IMS-822 has a highly ordered hydrogen-bond dependent conformation in aqueous solution, which collapses in strong alkaline solution.

        메모리 기반 협력적 필터링 기법에서 선호도 평가치의 표준화를 통한 선호도 예측 성능 향상

        Recommender system which uses memory-based collaborative filtering algorithm predicts the preference of the active user about the specific item using customers' explicit preference ratings. Generally, preference ratings representing the degree of individual preference about the item are provided to the customer as absolute scales, and customers will rate for the item according to their taste. In some cases, there are different interpretations of absolute scales for individuals, and it will be possible that the degree of preference for the same rating differs from each customer. So, it would be possible that the prediction errors of customers' preference ratings will be increased for this reason. In this study, the prediction performance using standardized ratings for each customer is analyzed. The result shows that the prediction result of standardized ratings of each customer is more accurate than that of non-standardized ratings. For more analysis of prediction improvements, 4 groups of customers are classified and their prediction performance is compared for each group. From those results, the prediction performance of the integration approach using standardized ratings and non-standardized ratings shows the most accurate results among other prediction approach. 메모리 기반의 협력적 필터링 기법을 이용하는 추천시스템은 상품에 대한 고객의 명시적 선호도 평가치를 이용하여 추천 대상 상품에 대한 선호도를 예측한다. 일반적으로 상품에 대한 고객의 선호정도를 나타내기 위한 선호도 평가치는 절대적 기준의 척도가 제공되며 고객들은 자신의 선호도를 제공된 기준에 따라 평가하게 된다. 그러나 개인에 따라서는 제공된 척도가 다르게 해석되어 서로 다른 선호도를 나타낼 가능성이 있으며 이로 인하여 선호도 예측의 오차가 커질 가능성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 개별 고객이 평가한 선호도 평가치를 표준화시켜 표준화된 선호도 평가치를 이용한 선호도 예측 결과의 성과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 선호도 평가치의 표준화에 따른 선호도 예측 결과가 표준화시키지 않은 선호도 평가치를 이용한 예측 결과보다 우수함을 알 수 있었으며 표준화에 의한 예측 성능 향상정도를 분석하기 위하여 고객들을 4집단으로 구분하여 집단 간의 성과를 분석하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 표준화 평가치와 표준화 이전의 평가치를 이용한 선호도 예측을 통합하여 고객의 선호도 예측을 할 경우 표준화시킨 선호도 평가치를 이용하였을 경우보다 예측 성능이 우수함을 실험을 통하여 분석하였다.
