      • 초등수학에서 함수적 사고의 지도 내용과 모델 제시의 변화에 관한 고찰

        This research investigates the teaching contents of the functional thinking which is very important to enhance the thinking power in elementary mathematics education and examines the change of the mathematical model presentation, and as a result aims at finding out the idea for the teaching of functional thinking in the school and the research are as follows; 1) On the basis of the modern function concept used in the school mathematics, this paper extracted the functional thinking components and according to the results of the function condition and model presentation. 2) This paper investigated the change and characteristics of the function contents according the change of the curriculum with the classification of before and after the modem curriculum and the 7th curriculum. 3) This paper examined the change and characteristics of the model presentation followed by the teaching contents according to the curriculum change with respect to the 2) classification 본 연구는 초등 수학 교육에서 창의적 사고력의 육성을 위하여 매우 중요한 함수적 사고의 지도 내용과 그에 따른 수학적 모델 제시의 변화와 특징을 알아보고, 이를 통 하여 현장에서 함수적 사고 지도를 위한 아이디어를 모색하는 것을 목표로 한다. 연구 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 학교수학에서 활용하고 있는 현대적 함수 개념의 정의를 토대로 함수적 사고 요 소를 추출하고 함수관련 지도 내용과 모델제시에 관하여 연구하였다. 2) 교육과정의 변화에 따른 함수관련 지도 내용의 변화와 특징에 관하여 현대화 교 육과정 이전, 이후 그리고 7차 교육과정으로 분류하여 고찰하였다. 3) 교육과정의 변화에 따라 지도내용에 따른 모델제시의 변화와 특징에 관하여 위의 2)의 분류과점에서 알아보았다.

      • Flavonoid-loaded liposomes to enhance antioxidation activity and skin penetration

        Reactive oxygen species (ROS) cause oxidative stress related to aging and cancer. Skin is frontal tissue that faces ultraviolet light directly, so antioxidant treatment is essential. Flavonoids are an effective antioxidant, however, the stability and skin penetration aren’t enough to protect skin effectively. In this regard, we fabricated liposomal formulation to enhance stability, antioxidation and skin penetration. A non-ionic surfactant was used to stabilize liposome and enhance skin penetration. The formulation was optimized with various lipids, preparation methods and evaluated by live-cell ROS detection assay, Franz diffusion cell. The remote loading method with fully-saturated phospholipids showed the highest loading contents of flavonoid, stability of formulation and antioxidation activity with high skin penetration. The cytotoxicity of liposome was negligible in vitro test. Therefore, new formulation of flavonoid represents a promising platform for pharmaco-cosmetic industry.

      • Tumor-target magnetic nanoparticles for simultaneous imaging and therapy with photosensitizer

        An elaborate diagnosis of tumor has been studied with the concept of theranostic, for effective tumor therapy. Among which, photosensitizer (PS) is considered because PS has powerful reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation capacity, fluorescence so it can diagnosis and therapy simultaneously. Also, superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs) have been developed with the similar reason of PS. However, PS and SPIONs have some limitations such as low solubility, absence of target ability. We fabricated monocarboxylic acid coated magnetic nanoparticles(MCMNs), with PS and polyethylene glycol linker to overcome these limitations. MCMNs preserve MRI contrast and fluorescence evaluated by relaxation test and confocal laser scanning measurement. MCMNs shows selective internalization aspect to tumor cell in our system. The cytotoxicity of MCMNs controlled under a laser irradiation. These results indicate MCMNs can be a potential theranositc tumor therapy agents.

      • 2000年代를 대비하는 산수과 敎育課程의 方向

        Our arithmetic curriculum has changed over 5-times since 1945, and term of change becomes gradually short and it is necessary to research the cur riculum in order to prepare the various society of 21 cen�tury, We have experienced a various arithmetic curriculum and with foundations, must study the develo�pemnt of curriculum in order to prepare for the community of information and international, furthermore, to meet the requirement of our traditional culture and social demand. In this paper, I study the variation of curriculum of our country and that of Japan’s with comparing and analyzing during the period from 1945 to the latest date, and research that mathmathic education current in several nations at the viewpoint of the objects, the contents and each nation’s teaching methods essentially can be sumarize as followings. (1) Our arithmetic curriculum and that of Japan’s has been repeated with on analogous current, only upkeeping some interval from the resemble culture of tradition and from the structure of cons�chiousness. (2) In two nations, the text books which are made by the uniformal curriculum are used, but our natin we use one kind, the authorized textbooks. In Japan, 6 kinds are used. (3) Statements of objects, contents domain classification, and units construction resembles. The autho�rized textbooks changed every 3 years. (4) Recently, mathemathic education current has distinction in each nations about intention establish�ment. But at large respects there has much resemblance in the educational and social case in U.S.A. (5) In contents composition, they teach basic knowledge, problem solving ability, approximation calcula�tion had mathematic as information, inference,. Also they treated elements in preparing the life-lea�rning to cope the various society. (6) Unified mathematics, applied mathematics, and mathematics for everybody are investigation, they try to develop creative curriculum.

      • Nature-inspired nanoparticles coated with glycosaminoglycan-photosensitizer for cancer specific therapy

        To treat cancer more effectively, combination therapy has been studied with photodynamic therapy(PDT). We designed nature-inspired polymer nanoparticles which have biocompatibility and photothermal effect under NIR condition. These nanoparticles coated with glycosaminoglycan that is also biocompatible natural polymer and able to target cancerous cells. Photosensitizer(PS), a powerful reactive oxygen species (ROS) generator, is conjugated with glycosaminoglycan so that photodynamic effect can be controllable. Cancer specific therapy is an important issue in PDT, because of unwanted side-effects. Our nanoparticles(NGPs) have high water solubility, cancer selective internalization, controlled toxicity under laser irradiation condition and enhanced anticancer activity with photothermal effect. We suggest that NGPs are a promising combination cancer therapy agent.

        Follicular Degeneration After Treatment of Follicle Stimulating Hormone in Prepubertal Mouse Ovary

        FSH는 미성숙 설치류의 난포성장을 촉진하며, 강소형성 난포의 퇴화비율을 감소시킨다. 본 연구는 미성숙 생쥐에 난포성숙호르몬을 투여한 후 유발되는 난포의 조직학적인 변화를 규명하기 위해 시행되었다. 3주령의 ICR생쥐에 10 i.u.의 재조합 난포자극호르몬을 복강주사한 후 1일, 2일, 3일에 좌측 난소의 조직학적 변화를 관찰하였다. 강소형성전 난포의경우 FSH처리 후 시간에 따라 퇴화난포의 비율이 증가하였으나 강소형성 난포의 경우에는 유의한 변화를 보 Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) stimulates follicle growth, and inhibits the follicle atresia in the immature rodent ovaries. The present study was carried out to know the histological changes of ovarian follicles after FSH treatment in the prepubertal mice. Ten i.u. of recombinant FSH was i.p. injected on 3 weeks old mice. After the treatment, at 1, 2 and 3 days, left ovaries were collected for the histological study. The atretic ratio of preantral follicles increased with time after FSH treatment. However, in the case of antral follicles, there was no significant change in the ratio. The degenerating follicles contained apoptotic granulosa cells, macrophage, and polymorphonuclear leukocytes in the follicular cavity. The present results suggest that follicular degeneration caused by FSH hyperstimulation could be mediated by apoptosis as well as the acute inflammation.

        질화규소 세라믹스의 미세조직 형성에 미치는 Seed 첨가의 영향

        The effect of $\beta$-$Si_3N_4$ seeding on microstructural development of silicon nitride based materials has been investigated. In particular, to observe more distinctly the abnormal grain growth in pressureless sintering, fine $\alpha$-$Si_3N_4$(mean particle size: 0.26 ${\mu}m$) powder classified by sedimentation method was used. It was possible to prepare silicon nitride with abnormally grown grains under low nitrogen pressure of 1 atm thanks to the heterogeneous nucleation on $Si_3N_4$ seed particles. The size and morphology of silicon nitride grains were strongly influenced by the presence of $\beta$-$Si_3N_4$ seed and overall chemical composition. For specimens with initially low $\beta$-content, the large grains grew without a significant impingement by other large grains. On the contrary, for specimens with initially high $\beta$-content, steric hindrance was effective. The resulting microstructure was less inhomogeneous and characterized by unimodal grain size distribution.

      • 문자와 식 영역의 정형문제 해결지도에서 식에 따른 수학적 사고 형식과 모델 설정에 관한 연구

        In this paper, I classified and arranged the thinking form related to the formulas representation to solve the formal problem. On the classification of the basic thinking form, I had a basis on the problem-solving methods by the formulas required for the teaching in solving the examples given in the textbooks. The thinking form was classified in the several cases according to the relevance of the formulas. For the respective cases of the classified thinking form, I searched for the ideas necessary for the meaning, stages, and characteristics of the teaching. To solve the formal problem requested as the basic thinking for problem-solving methods, I studied the basic thinking form and the model-posing methods necessary for the teaching of operations and formulas. 본 연구에서 문자와 식 영역의 정형 문제 해결을 위한 사고 형식에 대하여 식의 표현에 따라 분류 정리하여 보았다. 기본적 사고 형식의 분류는 연산을 중심으로 교과서에 제시된 문제의 해결에서 교육적으로 기대하는 식에 의한 해결 방법을 근거로 하였다. 사고 형식은 식의 관련성에 의하여 몇 개의 경우로 분류하였다. 분류된 각각의 사고 형식에 대하여 지도상의 의미, 단계, 특성 등과 같은 지도상 필요한 아이디어를 찾아보았다. 또한 각각의 사고 형식에 대하여 모델 설정의 관점에서 동형성, 다양성, 적절성 등의 조건에 따른 모델 설정 방안에 대하여 몇 가지 사례를 제시하고 음미하여 보았다. 즉 문제 해결의 기본이 되는 사고로서 요구되는 정형문제의 해결을 위한 연산과 식의 지도에서 필요한 기본적 사고 형식과 모델설정 방안에 관하여 연구하였다.
