In order to investigate the effects of PAG oil concentration on heat transfer performance and pressure drop during gas cooling process of $CO_2$, the experiments on fin-tube heat exchanger of $CO_2$ heat pump were performed. The experimental apparatus consists of a gas cooler, a heater, a chiller, a mass flow meter, a pump and measurement system. Experiments were conducted in various experimental conditions, which were inlet temperature($110^{\circ}C$), mass flow rates (50, 55, 60, 65, 70 g/s) and PAG oil concentration(0 to 2.6 wt%). Heat transfer rate decreased with the increase of the oil concentration and the decrease of inlet pressure. And pressure drop increased with the increase of the oil concentration and mass flow rate of refrigerant. The COP reduction by deterioration of gas cooler performance with oil concentration was analyzed. When inlet pressure of gas cooler is 100 bar, the COP reduction was estimated by 6% under 1 wt% of oil concentration.
고속 비행체 전자 장비의 안전성 예측을 위한 열해석 모델 구축

비행체의 속도가 빨라질수록, 비행 시 발생하는 공력 가열이 커진다. 고속 비행체의 속도가 빨라지면서 비행체의 외피는 수백 °C까지 가열되기도 하며, 동시에 동체 내부의 전자장비들도 함께 가열되어 상대적으로 사용온도가 낮은 전자장비들의 열적 안전성이 위협받기 시작하였다. 이에 따라 개발 단계에서 전자장비의 온도 예측 및 외부시스템을 이용한 온도 조절 등 장비의 열적 안전성을 예측하고, 이를 확보하기 위한 다양한 시도가 있었다. 본 논문에서는 일회성 고속 비행체 내 장비의 열적 안전성을 예측할 수 있는 열 해석 모델을 구축하는 기술을 개발하였다. 장비 내부의 열전달 특성을 파악하기 위한 간단한 지상 모사실험을 수행하였고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 열전달 특성을 모사한 열 해석모델을 구축하였다. 이 기술을 활용하여 장비 열 해석 모델을 구축한다면, 비행 시 장비 내부 구성품별 온도 변화를 예측할 수 있고, 더 나아가 열에 가장 취약한 특정 소자의 온도를 예측할 수 있기 때문에 더 정밀한 열적 안전성 예측이 가능하다. As flying vehicles speed is getting faster, the magnitude of aerodynamic heating is getting bigger. High-speed vehicles exterior skin is heated to hundreds of degrees, and electrical equipments inside the vehicle are heated, simultaneously. Since allowable temperature of electrical equipments is low, they are vulnerable to effect of aerodynamic heating. These days, lots of techniques are applied to estimate temperature of electrical equipments in flight condition, and to make them thermally safe from heating during flight. In this paper, new model building technique for thermal safety analysis is introduced. To understand internal thermal transient characteristic of electrical equipment, simple heating experiment was held. From the result of experiment, we used our new building technique to build thermal analysis model which reflects thermal transient characteristic of original equipment. This model can provide internal temperature differences of electrical equipment and temperature change of specific unit which is thermally most vulnerable part in the equipment. So, engineers are provided much more detailed thermal analysis data for thermal safety of electrical equipment through this technique.

Organophosphate insecticides are used allover the world and are household items in the rural area of the Korea. Because of their easy accessability, their ingestion either accidentally or for a suicidal purpose is common in the Korea. Acute pancreatitis occuring as a complication of an anticholinesterase insecticide intoxication was first reported by Dressel et al(1979) and has since been reported by other investigators. Among them, pancreatitis with unresponsiveness followed by pseudocyst, or painless hemorrhagic pancreatitis only menifested by ileus and abcominal distension was founded after intoxication. We had serial serum amylase determination and clinical evaluation on 31 patients of organophosphate intoxication. The results were as follows. In the 31 patients of poisonous organophosphate insecticide, serum amylase was elevated in the 17 patients and was assumed to show pancreatic involvement. Btu, abdominal pain or ileus was absent. In 5 of 17 patients, serum amylase level was more than 500 U/dl and suggested to evoke acute pancreatitis. All of the 5 patients receive upper abdominal ultrasonography. In one patient, there was an edematious change in the body and tail of the pancreas and normalized in the following study. Others were normal. Severely affected patients who needed respiratory assistance and had mental change, mean serum amylases value was the hightest and the possibility of acute pancreatitis was the greatest. In our study, forfunately, all the patients discharged without complication of acute pancreatitis. Therefore, in the patients of organophosphate insecticide intoxication, if ileus or suspicious peritonitis is presents, we must consider the development of acute pancreatitis.

<목적> 내시경적 GERD와 임상증상이 일치하지 않는 것을 경험하는 경우가 흔하다. 이에 연구자들은 내시경적 GERD에서 증상발현의 빈도를 알아보기 위해 이 조사를 하였다. <방법> 2002년 10월부터 2003년 9월까지 울산동강병원에서 종합검사를 받은 대상자 중 내시경상 전형적인 역류성 식도염이 있는 130예에 대해서 임상증상을 설문 조사하였다. 객관성을 기하기 위해 위십이지장에 급성 병변이 있는 경우와 최근 소화기질환으로 치료중인 환자는 제외하였으
