철도노반 긴급복구를 위한 토목섬유 컨테이너의 파괴형태 분석

This study was under taken as an analysis of failure mode in a railroad bed reconstructed with miniaturized Geotextile Container after being destroyed by heavy rain. It asesses the practical use of the bag shaped Geotextile Container method in the rehabilitation of destroyed roadbeds. The failure mode was assessed using the laboratory model tests to determine the following criteria: Strain of Geotextile Container, Vertical & Horizontal displacements of Geotextile Container layer, and the transmitting load effects due to the applied load. The Geotextile Container layer was failed as a Block Failure type, although there was some variation in the results between the saturated and unsaturated conditions. The main failure was caused by the reduction of the interface friction between Geotextile Containers. The result of this mobilizes the significant horizontal displacement and the ultimate failure of the Geotextile Container layer. The strain on the wet Geotextile Container was occurred about two times greater than that of dry condition.
부동산 유형별 매매가격 변동의 상호관계에 관한 실증연구 : 서울시 권역별 비교를 중심으로

본 연구는 주택시장을 이해하기 위한 시계열적 연구에 있어 다른 부동산 유형과의 관계 속에서 주택시장의 변화 특성을 찾기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 위해 부동산 유형별 종류 및 특성, 서울시 권역별 부동산 유형별 특성, 주택하위시장 이론 및 관련 선행연구를 고찰하여 연구의 차별성 및 연구의 방향성을 찾았다. 분석자료는 부동산 114Reps의 데이터를 활용하여 서울시 4개 권역별로 아파트, 오피스텔, 집합상가에 대한 2006년 1분기~2019년 2분기까지 매매가격에 대한 시계열데이터를 구축한 뒤 지수화하여 실증분석을 진행하였다. 본 연구에 나타난 부동산 유형별 가격 간의 상관관계에 대한 실증분석의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부동산 유형별 가격 간 인과관계는 권역별 특성에 따라 원인변수와 결과변수에 차이가 존재하였다. 둘째, 부동산 유형별 가격 간 상관관계에 있어 권역별 특성에 따라 정(+)과 부(-) 관계가 나타났다. 셋째, 부동산 유형별 가격 간 영향관계에 있어 아파트, 오피스텔, 집합상가의 단기간 내 상호 영향력은 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 실증분석 결과, 부동산 유형별 가격 간 상호관계에 있어서 권역별 시장 상황 및 특성에 따라 인과관계 및 상관관계에 차이가 있음과 투자수요의 움직임에 따라 부동산 유형별 가격 변동에 대한 영향관계가 다르게 나타날 수 있음을 확인하였다. This study was conducted with the aim of finding the characteristics of changes in the housing market in relation to other types of real estate in a time series study to understand the housing market. To this end, we looked into the types and characteristics of each type of real estate, the characteristics of each type of real estate in Seoul, the housing sub-market theory, and related prior research to find the differentiation of research and direction of research. Using the data of real estate 114Reps, time series data on selling prices were established between Q1 2006 and Q2019 for apartment, officetels, and collective commercial stores in each of the four districts of Seoul, and the empirical analysis was conducted by indexing them. The main results of the empirical analysis of the interrelationships between prices by type of real estate shown in this study are as follows : First, the causal relationship between prices by type of real estate was different in cause and effect variables depending on regional characteristics. Second, in terms of correlation between prices by type of real estate, positive (+) and negative (-) relationships were shown depending on regional characteristics. Third, it was found that the mutual influence of apartments, officetels, and collective commercial stores in the short term was not significant in terms of the impact relationship between prices by type of real estate. The empirical analysis results confirmed that there are differences in causality and correlation between prices by type of real estate depending on the market situation and characteristics of each region, and meaningful research results were derived that confirmed that the impact of price changes by type of real estate may vary depending on the movement of investment demand.

It a research trend present in and outside the country is often seen, the structure measurement method of having used PZT and the optical fiber (FBG) will be the actual condition which has accomplished the stock. In order to manage such cracks, time, efforts and expense are required. Such a method has many difficulties in application of a structure by the difficult problem of the measurement range, and the expensive sensor price. Progressive cracks were generated by fracture of glass pipe sensor. Moreover, the experiment which can detect damage propriety by external Light Emitting Diode by damaging a glass pipe by load change with the application of switch using strain gage of a glass pipe was conducted. In this investigation, a reinforcement clothing system was wrapped for a glass pipe sensor. The glass pipe sensor that can make control and reinforce cracks simultaneously.

We present a case of severe hyponatremia in a 64-year-old man who had a pituitary tumor. He had nausea and recurrent vomiting with a severe headache, and was admitted to Chungnam National University Hospital for further evaluation. On physical examination, he was alert, and had bitemporal hemianopsia. There was no indication of dehydration or edema. Laboratory data showed a serum sodium level of 126 mEq/L, plasma osmolality of 259 mOsm/kg, and urinary osmolality of 544 mOsm/kg. The plasma argipressin level was 2.88 pg/mL, despite marked hyposmolality. Otherwise, pituitary function was normal. Brain magnetic resonance imaging showed a pituitary macroadenoma measuring 25×16×13 mm and no visible normal pituitary stalk or gland in the sella turcica. After the adenomectomy, the serum sodium level maintained normal without treatment. Histology showed the presence of a pituitary adenoma. These findings indicate that a non-functioning pituitary tumor may cause the exaggerated secretion of argipressin, resulting in inappropriate antidiuretic hormone syndrome. Utilizing of the geotextile container shows several advantages such as standardized construction, factory manufactured products, the control of quality, workability, and economical point of view. Recently this technique can be applied to rehabilitate the loss of rail roadbed due to the heavy rainfall. In this study, a large-scale laboratory test were conducted with simulation of static performance on the geotextile container reinforced rail roadbed. Based on the laboratory test results, the vertical pressure distribution with respect to the depth, and settlement of rail roadbed were measured and compared test results between geotextile container reinforced case and unreinforced case. Thus, the effectiveness of reinforcement was evaluated in terms of its performance and stability.

This paper presents monitoring system for 750kW-class DFIG wind turbine generator system and an architecture for applying standardized communication, IEC61400-25. Monitoring and control system is consists of wind turbine PLC, Local and Remote I/O Server, HMI. and Web-server. Proposed System has been demonstrated in Daegi-ri, Kangwon-do, which aims to test local and/or remote monitoring and control system and evaluate the performance of 750kW-class WTS. Finally we described the design of logical nodes and services based on IEC61400-25 and its application scheme.
