소나무류 Hemicellulose 중의 Glucomannan

國內에 많이 分布하고 있는 소나무類中 Pinus densiflora, P. rigida, P.rigitaeda를 選定하여 glucomannan을 單離, 精製하여 메틸化 分析으로 化學構造를 규명하였다. 精製 glucomannan의 收率은 소나무, 리기다, 리기테다에서 각각 9.8%, 9.6%, 10.5%로 비교적 순수한 glucomannan이 얻어졌으며, D-glucose와 D-mannose殘基의 比는 1 : 4.2, 1: 4.2, 1 : 3.8이였으며, D-galactose殘基를 完全히 除去할 수는 없었다. DEAE-cellulose精製法은 bath式으로 可能하였다. 메틸化 分析에서 重合度는 66∼68 정도였으며, 소나무, 리기다, 리기테다의 2. 3. 6-tri-O-methyl-D-glucose와 2. 3. 6-tir-O-methyl-D-mannose의 比는 각각 1 : 5.5, 1 : 5.7, 1 : 5.2였으며, β, 1→4 結合을 한직쇄상의 glucomannan이였다.
일본기업의 기술이전 전략과 한국의 대응 : 자동차 산업을 중심으로

일본 기술의 도입 촉진 방안에 대해 자동차 산업을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 먼저 일본 자동차 산업의 기술적 특징에 대해 살펴보고 여기에 얻을 수 있는 시사점을 찾아 보았다. 현장 종업원의 자주관리 활동이 점진주의적 기술개발에 기여하는 역할이 크다. 연구개발·기술·기능이 결합된 생산기술 체계가 국제경쟁력의 기초이다. 또한 아시아 NIEs, 아세안을 포괄하는 아시아 지역의 국제분업 체제를 조직해가고 있으므로 생산의 국제화 추세에 맞추어 기술이전이 진행되고 있다. 그러나 구미의 선진국에도 연구소를 설립하여 기술흡수를 위한 노력을 계속하고 있다. 한국의 자동차 업계가 일본기술을 흡수하려면 일본의 국제분업 체계와 협력 관계를 유지하는 것이 바람직하다. It is the step by step improvement approach that forms the most salient feature of the technological development in the Japanese car industry. The QC circle activity of the shop floor is the core of the Jpanese style self management by the production workers. As the Japanese R & D personnels, engineers, and workers are well coordinated, so that system forms the basis of the international competitiveness of the Japanese car industry. The internatinal division of labor among the automobile firms the Japan, ANIEs and ASEAN regions is precipitated for the supply of the Qualified parts. In order to absorb advanced technology, they also have established R & D institutions in America and Germany. The Korean auto firms, which try to import Japanese technology, had better keep cooperative relations with the Japanese car makers under the system of the international division of labor.
Planar graphene Josephson coupling via van der Waals superconducting contacts

We report on the fabrication and transport characteristics of van der Waals (vdW)-contacted planar Josephson junctions. In a device, two pieces of cleaved 2H-NbSe2 superconducting flakes and a monolayer graphene sheet serve as the superconducting electrodes and the normal-conducting spacer, respectively. A stack of NbSe2−graphene−hexagonal-boron-nitride (hBN) heterostructure with clean and flat interfaces was prepared by a dry transfer technique. The outermost hBN layer protected the NbSe2−graphene−NbSe2 Josephson junction from chemical contamination during the fabrication processes. The Josephson coupling was confirmed by a periodic modulation of the junction critical current Ic in a perpendicular magnetic field. The temperature dependence of Ic showed long and diffusive Josephson coupling characteristics. The temperature dependence of the superconducting gap, obtained from the multiple Andreev reflection features, followed the Bardeen−Cooper−Schrieffer (BCS) prediction.
Synthesis of Hydrophilic Polyamide Copolymers Based on Nylon 6 and Nylon 46

Hydrophilic polyamide copolymers were successfully synthesized based on Nylon 6 and Nylon 46. This studyaims to synthesize hydrophilic polyamides with moisture regain ability comparable to that of cotton. Random copolymers ofnylon 6 and nylon 46 did not exhibit moisture regain rates higher than 6 %. A limited introduction of trifunctional monomer,diethylenetriamine (TA) produced the polyamides with higher mechanical strengths but failed to enhance the moisture regain. The incorporation of poly(ethylene oxide) oligomer with amine end groups increased the moisture regain but resulted in poorhydro-thermal and mechanical strength. A synergic effect was observed for copolymers which contain both nylon 46 unitsand PEO oligomer in regards to moisture regain capacity. Furthermore, the poor hydro-thermal and mechanical strength ofNylon/PEO segmented polyamides were drastically improved by the introduction of diethylenetriamine (TA). This studydemonstrated that the polyamide copolymers comprising both PEO oligomer and TA unit record tensile moduli over 3 GPaand moisture regain rates of 8-10 wt%.
