        기관지내 지방종 -체험 1례-

        기관지내 지방종은 주로 기관지 근위부에서 발병하면서, 그 원위부의 폐실질에 비가역적 손상을 입히는 아주 드문 질환이다. 이는 조직학적으로는 양성종양이다. 그러나 진단 및 치료가 늦을 경우에는 비가역적 폐실질 손상 및 기관지확장증 등을 유발시킬 수 있다. 가능하다면 가장 좋은 치료방법은 기관지 내시경을 이용한 종양 제거술이다. 그러나 내시 경을 이용하여 종양 제거가 불가능하거나, 진단이 불명확한 경우에는 폐엽절제술 또는 전폐적출술 등을 포함한 개흉술이 필요한 경우가 많은데, 이는 이들 대부분이 폭넓은 폐실질 손상을 동반하고 있기 때문이다. 우리는 기관지 내경을 완전히 막으면서. 그 원위부에 비가역적 손상을 일으킨 기관지내 지방종 1례를 경험하였기에 이를 일반적인 기관지내 지방종의 임상증상, 진단 방법, 그리고 치료방법 등과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Endobronchial lipomas Are rare lesions that usually obstruct a major bronchus and cause irreversible pulmonAry damage distally. They are histologically benign tumors. But they can produce pulmonary damage or irreversible bronchiectasis if dignoses or tr atments are delayed. Whenever possible, the treatment of choice is resection by means of bronchoscopy. If endoscopic removal is not possible or lf the nature of the tumor is unclear, surgery is necessary. with lobectomy or pneumonectomy being required in most cases due to the extensively damaged pulmonary parenchyma . We present a case of endobronchial lipoma causing bronchial obstruction and peripheral organizing pneumonia with its clinical features. diagnosis find treatment methods.

        철봉 거꾸로 오르기 운동의 기능 신장을 위한 효과적인 지도 방안

        This study was to apply an exercise program which could develop physical perceptive ability and basic physical strength necessary for going-up upward in horizontal bar exercise so that many teachers and students could more easily make approach to horizontal bar, and to find out its exercise learning effect. The method of study was through the execution of physical training lesson for 2 weeks. 3 hours each a week, after dividing 248 students of fifth, sixth grade attending B elementary school located in Daegu, selected as a example, into three groups of physical perceptive ability learning group(A), basic physical strength training learning group(B) and controlled learning group(C). From the result of analysis by man and female and by learning groups, it`s found that since there was a statically meaningful difference between A learning group(physical perceptive ability) and C learning group(controlled learning group) and there was not between B learning group(basic physical strength training) and C learning group(controlled learning group), physical perceptive ability exercise program might be more effective than basic physical training exercise program for the elevation of going-up upward in horizontal bar function. Therefore, I think that for more effective learning of going-up upward in horizontal bar exercise, a sufficient prior experience about an exercise, which can develop physical perceptive ability, having exercise learning transition power to the function of going-up upward in horizontal bar exercise, is necessary.

        교원 스키 연수에 대한 초등교사의 인식

        본 연구는 교원 스키연수에 대한 초등교사의 인식을 알아봄으로써 향후 초등교사 스키연수의개선점 및 향후 여가활동 관련 교사 연수 활성화를 위한 자료 수집에 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 2011년 1월 4일부터 1월 7일(1기), 2011년 1월 11일부터 1월 14일(2기)까지 각 4일간(각 30시간)의 일정으로 D교육대학교에서 개최된, 2010학년도 D·K 초등교원 스키 자율연수(기본)의 초등교사 60명 중 6명(남 4명, 여 2명)을 연구 참여자로 하여 자료를수집, 분석하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스키에 대한 교사 인식은 스키 참여에 대한 인식, 교사스키활성화에 대한 인식, 초등교육과정에서 스키의 필요성에 대한 인식, 초등 스키 수업 활성화에 대한 인식으로 하위 범주화 되었다. 둘째, 스키 연수에 대한 교사의 인식은 스키 연수를 받게 된계기, 스키 연수 프로그램 이수시간, 스키 연수 프로그램 강사의 적절성, 스키 연수 프로그램 시설 및 환경으로 하위 범주화 되었다. 셋째, 교원 스키 연수의 개선방안에 대해서 연구 참여 교사들은 연수 참여 기회 확대, 자격증 제도에 대한 안내, 학교 현장에서의 스키 프로그램 운영 교육을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to collect data for improving of the ski training about physical education for elementary school teachers and for activating teacher training about leisure activity by examining the opinions of elementary school teachers about ski training for teachers. I analyzed the data with the schedule of 4 days each (30 hours each) from January 4, 2011 to January 7, 2011(1st class) and from January 11, 2011 to January 14, 2011 (2nd class) in D University of Education in order to achieve the purpose of this study. The data was collected by qualitative research method from the 6 elementary school teachers (4men, 2 women) who agreed to participate in this study as the study participants among the 60teachers who attended ``2010 year autonomous ski academy (basic) for D & K elementary school teachers`held in Yongpyong Ski Resort in Gangwon Province for the elementary school teachers who belong to D Metropolitan Education Office and K Province Education Office. The result is summarized as follows. First, the opinion of teachers on skiing was sub-categorized into the opinions for good point to attend skiing, activating teacher`s skiing, necessity of skiing in elementary school curriculum and activating ski lesson in elementary school. Second, the opinion of teachers on ski training was sub-categorized into the opinions for the motive for the ski training, completion hours of the ski training program, the adequacy of ski instructor of the ski training programs and facility and environment for ski training program. Third, the teachers who participated in this study suggested broadening the opportunity to take part in the training, guidance on the certification scheme and operating the ski program in school as the improvement of ski training for teachers.

        제 7 차 초등학교 체육과 교육과정 운영 실태 분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigate an administration state on the 7th physical education curriculum at elementary school. Also this study is to investigate what impedes an effective administration of physical education curriculum. By doing this ; I had intended to put a verdict on the present situation of physical education curriculum and provide a basic data for the normal administration of physical education curriculum at elementary school, and required for developing the new physical education curriculum. This study has been conducted on the basis of review of literature on the research findings related the study. Surveys were conducted on the current 324 teachers from public elementary schools in Daegu, Kyong-Buk provinces in order to find out an administration State on the 7th Physical Education Curriculum by means of questionnaires. The study was analyzed differences of administration State by sex, locality of school, and teaching experience for teacher. The administration State profiles like frequency and percentage were used to analyze the data collected. Statistical techniques to analyze the data were used a SPSS program. On the basis of the analyzed data, the following conclusions were drawn: First, The level of using ministry of education or local education authoritys` curriculum guide was not high. Also the administrative plan of physical education curriculum at the elementary school was moderate accordance with the actual learning content. Second, most of elementary school teachers do have a low level of comprehension for the objectives and content of physical education curriculum, and recognize that appropriateness for amount of learning content and degree of difficulty for learning content were not adequate. Third, elementary school teachers does not fully educated for the content of physical education curriculum at teachers` training institute. Also it is found that the lack of athletic facilities and equipments serves as hindrance to the success of the physical education program. Fourth, as an effective teaching method of physical education, instruction for the motor activity-centered independent creative participation, security of time on task, use of community equipments, habituation of physical exercise were more progressive than pre-research. Fifth, as evaluation of physical education, synthetic evaluation tendency of motor ability, knowledge, attitude was comparatively high with a parallel tendency of quantitative and qualitative evaluating method. However, the application of evaluation result was mostly used not in qualitative improvement of introduction but in production for the arithmetic mean.
