組織 및 組織員 양쪽의 건강을 함께 고려하는 움직임이 최근의 組織心理學의 동향이며, 이러한 연구의 한 분야로 組織의 스트레스에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 아직은 짧은 경륜으로해서 組織의 스트레스에 관해 그리 알려진 것은 많지 않다. 본 小考에서는 지금가지 알려진 組織의 스트레스에 대한 觀點과 스트레스를 유발 하게하는 組織의 變因 및 그 스트레스를 처리하는 個人的 特性에 관한 문헌을 정리하여 보았다. 스트레스를 일으키는 組織의 變因으로서 크게 ①課業要件, ②役割要件, ③物理的 要件, ④對人關係的 要件 등으로 나누어 살펴보았으며, 스트레스를 調整하는 個人의 特性變因으로서 ①A型 行動, ②性格, ③欲求 및 價値, ④能力 및 經驗 ⑤ 性 등 다섯개 變因을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 그리고 마지막으로 이러한 스트레스를 豫防할 수 있는 戰略方案의 方向을 제시하였다.
Immune-Mediated Necrotizing Myopathy: A Review for Clinicians

Immune-mediated necrotizing myopathy (IMNM) is a group of inflammatory myopathies showing necrotic and regenerating fibers without noteworthy inflammatory cell infiltration on pathology. The pathologic findings are different from those of dermatomyositis or sporadic inclusion body myositis. Furthermore, the discovery of myositis-specific antibodies in patients with IMNM, such as anti-signal recognition particle or anti-3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-CoA reductase antibodies, has enabled us to expand our knowledge of IMNM. However, the phenotype and pathological findings of IMNM are unremarkable; therefore, it is difficult to diagnose, and IMNM has been relatively unrecognized. In this review, we introduce the clinical features, diagnosis, pathomechanism, and treatment of IMNM for clinicians.
Mitochondrial myopathies caused by prolonged use of telbivudine

Background: Telbivudine is a nucleoside analogue used for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B, but it often develops mitochondrial toxicity leading to symptomatic myopathy. In this study, three patients with telbivudine induced myopathy were enrolled in order to investigate the nature and pathogenesis of mitochondrial toxicity caused by long-term use of telbivudine. Methods: Clinical features, laboratory findings, muscle pathology, and quantitation of mitochondrial DNA were studied in three patients. Results: Patients presented with progressive muscle weakness with high serum creatine kinase levels. Light microscopic findings of muscle pathology showed ragged red fibers that reacted strongly with succinate dehydrogenase stain, but negative for cytochrome c oxidase activities. Electron microscopy revealed abnormal mitochondrial accumulation with rod shaped inclusions. The quantitative peroxidase chain reaction showed a depletion of mitochondrial DNA in skeletal muscle of the patients. Conclusions: Nucleoside analogues including telbivudine are potent inhibitors of viral DNA polymerases. However, they are not specific for viral DNA and can disturb mitochondrial replication at the same time. All nucleotide analogues should be used with close clinical observation in order to avoid development of mitochondrial myopathy.

The purpose of this study was to examine the difference of teaching knowledge on elementary teachers' sex and career when they perform Taekwondo class in school. The subjects for this study were 253(74male, 179female)teachers in elementary school in D metropolitan city and surveyed by questionnaires. Collected data was analyzed by 2-way ANOVA method to verify the validity and reliability of questionnaires, to examine the difference of teaching knowledge on teacher's sex and career. Tukey method were used for post verification, t-test and one-way ANOVA were adopted for the items which shows interactive effects. The results of this study are as follows; First, understanding on students, more then 16 years of teaching career group shows higher statistical result then 5 to 15 years of teaching career group. Second, on curriculum knowledge, male teachers show higher statistical result then female teachers. Third, on teaching strategy knowledge, male teachers show higher statistical result then female teachers. Among male teachers, less then 5 years of teaching career group shows higher statistical result then 6 to 15 years of teaching career group. Among female teachers, less then 16 years of teaching career group shows higher statistical result then 16 or more teaching career group. Fourth, on lesson objective knowledge, female teachers show higher statistical result then male teachers.
