        고분자와의 블랜딩에 의한 헤테로폴리산의 촉매 특성 제어

        Dimethylformamide를 공통용매로 하여 H₃PMo_(12)O_(40)와 polysulfone를 동시에 녹여 분리막 형태의 H₃PMo_(12)O_(40)-polysulfone 필름을 제조하였다. SEM 및 EDX 분석 결과 필름 촉매상에서 H₃PMo_(12)O_(40)는 매우 고른 상태로 잘 분산되어 있음을 확인되었다. ESCA 분석결과에 의하면 Mo의 산화상태에는 변화가 없었다. 에탄올 전환반응에서 H₃PMo_(12)O_(40)-polysulfone 필름 촉매는 H₃PMo_(12)O_(40)보다 낮은 산반응특성과 높은 산화반응 특성을 보였으며, 산화반응의 활성은 약 10배 정도 크게 나타났다. 산 특성의 감소는 H₃PMo_(12)O_(40)의 산점과 강하게 결합된 dimethylformamide에 기인하여, 산화특성의 증가는 촉매의 고른 분산에 기인하였다. 흡착실험 결과 블랜딩 후 H₃PMo_(12)O_(40)의 표면 특성은 크게 증가하였으나 내부 특성은 큰 변화가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 헤테로폴리산을 고분자와 블랜딩시킬 경우 헤테로폴리산이 지니는 산 및 산화 환원 특성의 제어는 물론 촉매의 표면 및 내부 특성 제어가 가능할 것으로 여겨진다. A membrane-like H₃PMo_(12)O_(40)-polysulfone film was prepared by blending H₃PMo_(12)O_(40) with polysulfone using dimethylformamide as a common solvent. SEM and EDX analysis showed that H₃PMo_(12)O_(40) was uniformly and finely distributed in the film catalyst. The ESCA measurement also revealed that the oxidation state of Mo was not changed. The H₃PMo_(12)O_(40)-polysulfone catalyst showed lower activity for acid-catalyzed reaction and higher activity for oxidation reaction than H₃PMo_(12)O_(40) in ethanol conversion reaction. The oxidation activity of the film catalyst was about 10 times higher than H₃PMo_(12)O_(40). The decrease of acidic activity was due to DMF strongly adsorbed in acid sites of H₃PMo_(12)O_(40) whereas the increase of oxidation activity was mainly due to uniform distribution of H₃PMo_(12)O_(40). Adsorption results showed that the surface character of H₃PMo_(12)O_(40) was drastically increased, while the bulk property of that was almost same after blending. It is suggested that the control of surface/bulk property as well as acid/redox property of heteropoly acid would be possible by blending it with a polymer.

        헤테로폴리산 촉매의 산점 형성과 역할

        에탄올 전화반응 및 MTBE (methyl t-butyl ether)분해반응을 통하여 헤테로폴리산 촉매가 지니는 표면 및 내부 산점의 역할과 형성에 대하여 살펴 보았다. 12-텅스토인산에서 에탄올 탈수반응을 수행할 경우 디에틸에테르는 표면 산점에서 생성되며 에틸렌은 촉매 내부산점에서 생성된다. 물은 산점을 강화하는 역할을 하지만 유기염기의 경우 내부 산점을 약화시킨다. 금속염의 산점 형성은 결정수의 가수분해 혹은 금속의 부분적 치환에 따른 양성자에 기인하며 The role and the formation of surface and bulk acid sites of heteropoly acids were studied by examining ethanol conversion and MTBE (methyl t-butyl ether) decomposition reaction. In ethanol dehydration diethylether was formed on the surface acid site of 12-tungstophosphoric acid, whereas ethylene was formed in the bulk acid site of the catalyst. It was revealed that water reinforced the bulk acid site of the catalyst, while organic base decreased the bulk acid function of the catalyst. The formation of acid sites of metal salts was due to hydrolysis of crystalline water and/or partial substitution of metal, and with hydrogen treatment, the acid site was reappeared. Also catalyst design as a selective oxidation catalyst was possible by controlling acid function of heteropoly acid catalyst.

        Nowadays, HD(High Definition) broadcasting is popular all over the world. Many people want to record the HD level contents. BD(Blu-ray Disc) is developed to satisty the needs. BD player for home movie system was manufactured already. ODD maker will produce BD Drive for PC{Personal Computer) within few months. Backward Compatibility is very important point in BD Drive. Until now, two OL(Object Lens), two optical pickup and two deck system are proposed. We suggest Single OL system in this paper. Single OL is composed of two optical parts and it``s weight is heavy. We introduce the magnetic circuit composed of two 3-Pole magnets. In Spite of heavy OL, We achieve the New Actuator which has high performance.

        산간지 차나무의 적정 시비량

        This study was carried out to find out a good qualified content of fertilizers and we had to experimented living 7 years tea plants on cultivating areas form such as divert tea plant upland from terraced paddy soil in local at Hadong-gun hwagae-myeon unsoo-ri 582-1, we had been studied from February 22 day of 2001 to October 30 day of 2003 The conclusions obtained were summarized as follow. 1. Experiment of soil in pH value was range 4.1~4.2 which there was necessary to reform in soil in order to pH range 5.5 grade by lime treated to soil(663~795kb/10a) and the number time of injection to soil was good as 3time over. 2. Content of available phosphate in soil was increased ranged from 129.5 to 138.3mg/kg than the former of experiment in soil as 64.8 mg/kg 3. The number of new tea leafs on the unit areas with tea plant were very much depending on application with N-P2O5-K2O-compost (17-14-14-700kg/10a) in soil such as a leaf of 2,292 also which it was high showed significance of interval years 4. Quantity of fresh leaves in tea plant application with N-P2O5-K2O-compost (17-14-14-700kg/10a) in soil was showed through the first collect of leaves range from 151.0 kg to 198.3 kg, the second collect of leaves range from 95.3 kg to 115.0 kb, the third collect of leaves range from 109.7 kg to 166.8 kg but the uantity of contain with tea pack was very much range from 1,039.9 kg to 1,139.1 kg 5. The first collect of leafs, were similar to content of total nitrogen, tannin, chlorophyll for N-P2O5-K2O-compost (17-14-14-700kg/10a) treatment in soil and N-P2O5-K2O-compost (17-14-14-700kg/10a) over treatment was showed high such as total nitrogen of 1.4% 6. In the case of tea pack was increased from content of crude fat, but tannin was decreased because of amount of many application with fertilizers in soil. 7. The recent of 3 years, farms had obtained to profits and income tax about 2,336won, 1.359won by application with N-P2O5-K2O-compost (17-14-14-700kg/10a) in soil compared with farmhouse of practice ratio 24.8%, but application with N-P2O5-K2O-compost (17-14-14-700kg/10a) treatment was a lot low. Accordingly, I think that effect of quantity increased through treated with N-P2O5-K2O-compost (17-14-14-700kg/10a) in soil and the component parts of green tea not changes turn to naturally with faculty

        헤테로폴리산과 고분자가 혼성된 필름촉매의 활성에 용매가 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 공통용매(dimethylformamide) 혹은 혼합용매(메탄올-클로로포름)를 사용하여 12-몰리브도인산과 고분자(polysulfone 혹은 polyphenylene oxide)가 혼성된 분리막 형태의 필름 촉매를 제조하였으며 에탄올 및 프로판올 전화 반응을 수행하여 필름촉매 제조 과정에서 용매의 선택이 필름촉매의 활성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 염기성 공통용매에 의해 제조된 필름촉매는 모산 촉매보다 낮은 산특성과 증가된 산화환원특성을 보였으며, 혼합용매에 의해 제조된 필름촉매는 산특성이 유지되거나 억제되며, 산화환원특성은 역시 증가하였다. 산화환원특성 증가는 혼성에 의한 촉매의 고른 분산에 기인하였다. 산특성의 변화는 용매자체, 고분자 종류 및 상이한 혼성형태(물리적 혹은 물리화학적 혼성)에 크게 의존하였다. 따라서 선택적 산화환원반응용 촉매에 부합되도록 염기성 공통용매 혹은 혼합용매를 사용하여 헤테로폴리산과 고분자가 혼성된 필름촉매를 설계할 수 있다. Membrane-like 12-molybdophosphoric acid-blended polymer(polysulfone or polyphenylene oxide) film catalysts were prepared by blending two materials using common solvent(dimethyformamide) or using mixed solvent(methanol-chloroform). and the effects of solvent on the catalytic activities of the film catalysts were examined for ethanol conversion and 2-propanol conversion reaction. The film catalyst prepared by using common solvent showed a lower acidic activity and a higher redox activity than l2-molybdophosphoric acid, whereas the film catalyst prepared by using mixed solvent showed a lower or similar acidic function and a higher redox function than 12-molybdophosphoric acid. It was found that the enhanced redox activity of the film catalysts was mainly due to the fine dispersion of the catalyst through polymer films. The acidic function of the film catalysis was strongly affected by solvent, polymer material, and blending pattern(physical blending or physicochemical blending). It is concluded that heteropoly acid-blended polymer film catalyst can be designed to meet the need for the selective oxidation reaction by using basic common solvent or by using mixed solvent.
