현장실습교육이 교육훈련 전이 및 직업선택 의도에 미치는 영향: 관광산업을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was the effect of cooperative education on training transfer and job decision-making of tourism industry. For the purpose of study, 210 survey questionnaires were distributed from 10th Dec, 2018 to 22nd Dec, 2018. Due to the reliability of data, 5 samples were discarded and 205 samples were put to actual analysis. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, the researcher conducted and analyzed by using SPSS Ver. 21.0 statistics package. The results of the study are as follows. First, the cooperative education had significant effects on training transfer. Second, the cooperative education had significant effects on job decision-making. Third, the cooperative education which are consist of correspondence of individual characteristics and job, positive strengthening from relationship among employees in industrial institutions did not affect on job decision-making. This study shows that the cooperative education should be operated considering the cooperative education factors in order to contribute effectively to the cooperative education's achieving the purpose of specialized university-cultivating talent in tourism industry.
중년기의 가족스트레스가 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향: 가족탄력성과 우울의 매개효과

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effects of family resilience and depression in a relation between family stress and psychological well-being among middle-aged. Method: The subjects were 409 of men and women between 40 to 59 living in D and G province. They completed the questionnaire on family stress, family resilience, depression, and psychological well-being. Correlation and structural equation models of SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 22.0 were used to examine the relations between the variables. Results: The results are as follows. First, family stress had no significant effect on psychological well-being of middle age men and women, while it directly influenced on family resilience and depression. Second, family resilience and depression had direct influence on psychological well-being. Third, there were significant mediating effects of family resilience and depression in a relationship between family stress and psychological well-being. Conclusions: Family stress has an indirect effect on psychological well-being among middle age men and women mediated by family resilience and depression. The result suggest that psychological well-being influenced by family stress can be improved by enhancing Family Resilience and reducing Depression.

In the tourism market, the volume of transactions through mobile has increased rapidly recently. In this regard, we conducted a study using the technology acceptance model to determine whether the service quality of the travel reservation application affects consumers' acceptance of technology and behavioral intentions. This research is a study of Technology Acceptance Model that uses Travel Reservation Application Service Quality as external variable. The study method was to conduct a online survey and off-line research targeting the various tourist. An empirical survey was conducted between August 13 and August 27, 2018, and 175 valid questionnaires were analyzed. As an analysis method was conducted to verify a analysis of frequency, correlation analysis, factor analysis, structural equation model analysis and study model hypotheses. Analysis showed that Travel Reservation Application Service Quality effect on Technology Acceptance(Perceived Ease of use and Perceived Usefulness) accordingly. Secondly, Technology Acceptance has effects Behavioral Intention.

본 연구는 1.3 MW급 태양광 발전소에서 기온 및 일사량에 따른 발전성능이 유지 보수 및 사후관리에 따라 성능이 향상될 수 있음을 실측자료를 통해 입증하는데 목적이 있다. 실측자료는 2008년 5월 전북 부안에 설치된 태양광 발전소에서 측정된 기온 및 일사량에 따른 발전량을 이용하였으며, 측정기간은 2009년 1월~2009년 12월까지 1년간 모니터링을 한 데이터를 기반으로 분석하였고, 발전소 성능 지표인 PR(Performance Ratio)을 계산하여 자료로 활용하였다. 또한, 실측자료는 PVSYST를 이용하여 실측자료와 동일한 조건에서 예측된 시뮬레이션 발전량 및 PR값과 비교 분석하였다. 실측자료와 해석결과의 비교에서 월단위로 측정된 실측 발전량과 예측 발전량은 유사한 경향을 나타냈으며, 실측 발전량은 예측 발전량 대비 약 5% 낮게 나타났다. 또한, 실측 PR값은 예측 PR값보다 약 4.97% 높게 나타났는데, 이는 해석을 위해 적용되는 일사량(기상청)과 실측 일사량이 다르고, Team Function 방식으로 구동되는 인버터와 시뮬레이션에서의 인버터 구동방식의 차이 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 한편, 일조량의 증가에 따른 1.3MW급 태양광 발전소의 발전량은 비례적으로 증가하는 경향을 나타냈으며, 7월의 경우 기후특성으로 인하여 국부적으로 감소하는 특성을 나타낸다.

Streptomyces subrutilus P5가 생산하는 철 함유 superoxide dismutase (FeSOD)에 의한 중금속 독성의 완화를 조사하였다. 0.1 mM의 납이온이 120분 처리되면 E. coli $DH5{\alpha}$의 생존율이 7%에 불과 하지만 $0.1{\mu}M$의 정제된 천연 FeSOD가 첨가되면 생존율이 39%로 높아졌다. 이러한 해독작용은 0.01 mM의 구리이온에 대해서도 나타나며(생존율이 6%에서 50%로 증가) 그 효과는 EDTA보다 강하였다. 6xHis-tagged FeSOD를 생산하는 재조합 E. coli M15[pREP4]는 0.1 mM의 납 이온이 60분 처리된 후의 생존율이 3%에서 19%로 증가하였다. 6xHis-tagged FeSOD는 분자당 123개의 납과 결합하였다. 따라서 FeSOD가 중금속을 세포와의 접촉으로부터 격리함으로써 중금속이 오염된 환경에서 세균의 생존력을 증가시킨 것으로 사료된다. Mitigation of heavy metal toxicity by iron containing superoxide dismutase (FeSOD) of Streptomyces subrutilus P5 was investigated. For E. coli $DH5{\alpha}$, the survival rate in the presence of 0.1 mM lead ions was only 7% after 120 min; however, with the addition of $0.1{\mu}M$ of purified native FeSOD the survival rate increased to 39%. This detoxification effect was also shown with 0.01 mM copper ions (survival increased from 6% to 50%), and the effect was stronger than with the use of EDTA. E. coli M15[pREP4] producing 6xHis-tagged FeSOD was constructed, and this showed an increase in survival rates throughout the incubation time; in the presence of 0.1 mM lead ions,the final increase at 60 min was from 3% to 19%. The FeSOD absorbed about 123 g-atom lead per subunit; therefore, we suggest that FeSOD could sequestrate toxic heavy metals to enhance bacterial survival against heavy metal contamination.
