ELISA 에 의한 B . t . 살충성독소 단백질의 정량

An ELISA (Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay) method was studied for rapid and sensitive detection of entomocidal toxins of Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. kurstaki and israelensis, potent microbial insecticides. Crystalline toxins were purified with a Telebrix double layer density centrifuge and antisera were prepared from rabbits, respectively. Using these antisera, both indirect and sandwich ELISA methods were examined and compared. Both ELISA systems were demonstrated to be sensitive and specific for the respectable toxins. The minimum detectable concentrations of toxins were about 2-10 ng toxin/㎖.

미생물 살충제로서 그 가능성이 크게 안식되고 있는 Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. kurstaki와 israelensis의 결정성독소 단백질을 신속 간편하게 정량화하기 위하여 ELISA 방법을 시도하였다. Telebrix 밀도 이중층 원심분리에 의하여 각 결정성 독소단백질을 분리 정제하고, 정제된 독소 단백질에 대한 항혈청은 토끼로부터 제조하였다. 제조한 항혈청을 사용하여 indirect ELISA와 sandwich ELISA를 수행한바, 정밀하고 특이성을 갖은 독소단백질 정량이 가능하였다. indirect ELISA와 sandwich ELISA에서 그 정밀도는 거의 같았으며, 독소 단백질의 최소강지농도는 약 2-10 ng/ml 이었다. 취임 3개월째 맞는 이재용 환경부장관은 주위의 우려와는 달리 환경정책의 수장직을 무난히 잘 수행하고 있다는 평을 받고 있다. 그는 화려한 경력이 말해주듯 소탈하고 매우 친화력이 있는 성격의 소유자이다. 그는 대학시절 민주화의 열망을 안고 휴학과 복학을 거듭하면서 이 땅의 민주화를 이룩하는데 일조를 했다. 훤칠한 키와 출중한 외모는 모델을 능가할 정도로 뛰어나다. 실제로 그는 극단을 창단하여 무대에도 여러번 선 경험이 있다. 또 그는 일찌감치 환경운동가의 길을 걸어 왔기에 현재의 환경정책을 수행하는데 큰 도움이 된다고 말했다. 본지는 지난달 13일 환경부 장관실에서 연합회 임원 간담회와 함께 인터뷰를 가졌다. 다음은 이 장관과의 인터뷰 내용이다.

유비쿼터스 도시 건설을 위한 인력양성방안 현황 및 정책방향 연구

본 연구에서는 u-City 인력양성 현황을 토대로 국토해양부의 u-City 관련 인력양성에 대한 실천 계획이 효율적으로 실행될 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. u-City를 추진하는 지자체, 개발사업자마다 공통적으로 제기하는 문제점은 u-City 관련 고급 및 산업 인력의 절대적인 부족이다. u-City 전문 인력은 u-City건설의 특성상 도시계획.개발, 정보통신망, IT 등 다양한 분야에 대한 전문지식을 갖추어야하나 이러한 고급인력이 배출되고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인력양성방안의 목표를 'u-City의 성공적인 추진에 부합하는 전문 인력 양성'으로 설정하였으며, 수요자 중심의 교육, 지역 균형적인 전문 인력 양성, u-City 관련분야의 융.복합교육, u-City 관련 교육인프라 구축을 추진전략으로 수립하였다. u-City 인력양성의 추진목표 및 전략을 실행하기 위한 중점추진과제로는 'u-City건설 전문 인력 교육 관련 수요전망', '지역별 거점대학 선정을 통한 전문 인력의 양성', 'u-City 인력양성센터 건립추진', '교육포탈을 통한 온라인 교육', '교육인프라 구축' 등 5개를 선정하였다. u-City 인력양성을 위한 추진전략의 성공적 실행을 위해서는 중점 추진과제들 간의 유기적인 연계가 필수적이다. This study is for the effective training strategy of human resources for the u-City construction to support the u-City human resource development plan of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs (MLTM). One of the biggest problems concerning u-City is the shortage of advanced human resources for the u-City constructions. The characteristic of u-City makes u-City related human resources had knowledge of various fields including IT, GIS, construction engineering, urban planning and so on. But, there are only a few programs to train u-City related human resources. Therefore, this research established the objective of the training strategy for u-City human resource development as "the training strategy of human resources for the successful u-City constructions". To achieve this objective, four different core strategies are established like followings: (1) demander-oriented education, (2) regional balanced education, (3) integration education of u-City related subjects, (4) u-City related education infrastructure development. These 4 different core strategies can be achieved from 5 sub projects like followings: (1) demand estimation of u-City human resources, (2) u-City education from selected regional core universities, (3) u-City education from u-City human resource education centers, (4) online education and (5) construction of education infrastructures. These 5 interrelated sub projects can be preconditions of the successful human resource strategy development.

웨이블릿 분석과 신경망을 이용한 농형 유도전동기 고장 진단

산업 전반에 걸쳐 유도 전동기는 필수적인 요소로 그 비중이 매우 크다. 이에 수반하여 유도 전동기의 고장은 단지 유도 전동기라는 전기기기에 국한되는 것뿐만 아니라 진동기의 다른 부분에 영향을 미치거나 다른 고장을 유발하는 원인이 되기도 한다. 이는 산업 시스템의 신뢰성을 실추시키는 악영향을 수반한다. 따라서 이를 예방하기 위한 여러 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 산업 전반에 걸쳐 널리 사용되고 있는 유도 전동기의 고장을 자동 판별하는 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템의 고장진단 방법은 고정자 전류를 취득하여 이를 웨이블릿 분석하여 그 신호의 특징을 추출한다 이렇게 추출된 신호의 특징을 신경망을 사용해서 자동 판별하게 된다. 유도 전동기의 고장의 대부분을 차지하는 3가지의 고장을 모의 고장 유도전동기를 사용해서 시험하였다. 제안하는 시스템은 3가지의 유도 전동기의 고장을 간단한 장비로 진단을 수행하여 신뢰도 높은 고장 진단 시스템을 제안하였다. The induction motor is given a great deal of weight on the industry generally. Therefore, the fault of the induction motor may cause the fault to effect another parts or another faults in the whole system as well as in itself. These are accompany with a lose of the reliability in the industrial system. Accordingly to prevent these situation, the scholars have studies the fault diagnosis of the induction motor. In this paper, we proposed the diagnosis system of the induction motor. The method of diagnosis in proposed system is extracted the feature of the current signal by the wavelet transform. These extracted feature is used the automatic discrimination system by the neural network. We experiment the automatic discrimination system using the three faults imitation that often generated in the induction motor. The proposed system have achieved high reliable result with a simple devices about the three faults.

미 국방성의 획득관련 조직과 인원 관리/교육 현황-Acquisition Reform 및 미 공군을 중점으로

미국의 연구, 개발 및 획득 전략도 Joint Vision 2020을 달성하는 것에 목표를 두고 발전되고 있다. 현재 미국은 품질이 향상된 무기체계를 보다 빠르고 저렴하게 획득할 수 있도록 기존의 획득체계 및 인원을 효율적으로 수정/개편하는 Acquisition Reform을 강력하게 추진하고 있다. 이 글은 Acquisition Reform 및 미 공군을 중심으로 미국의 획득관련 조직 및 관련 요원에 대한 관리/교육 및 훈련에 대해 검토하여 향후 우리군의 획득관련 조직 및 인원관리 발전 방향 검토시 유익한 참고자료로 활용되었으면 하는 취지에서 작성되었다.
