발레핏(Balletfit)프로그램이 체형 변화에 미치는 효과 연구

이 연구의 목적은 Balletfit의 원리와 그 프로그램 구조를 이해하고 신체모양의 변화와 자세 교정에 대한 Balletfit의 효과를 확립하는데 있다. 본 연구는 가장 일반적으로 사용되는 질적 연구 방법을 바탕으로 3개월에서 6개월 동안 Balletfit 개인 레슨을 주 2 회를 수강 한 10 명을 선정하였다. 이 참가자들은 깊이 있는 통찰력을 얻기 위해 그룹 레슨 대신 개인 레슨 참가자로 선발하였다. 본 연구는 소수의 참가자들에게만 국한되어 결과를 표준화하기는 어렵다. 또한 이 연구는 자세 측정 장치가 아닌 참가자의 의견을 토대로 하기 때문에 결과의 정확도 또한 제한적임을 밝혀둔다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 참여 동기는 인터넷 조사 또는 지인의 추천으로 운동을 시작한 경우가 대부분이었다. 둘째, 자신의 신체를 인식하고 자세를 교정하려고 노력하고 있었다. 셋째, 이상적인 자세로 회복되었다. 대부분의 참가자들은 이상적인 자세가 무엇인지를 알게 되었고 참가자의 신체가 이상적으로 변화되어 참가자는 내/외부 신체를 인식하여 건강을 회복했다. 마지막으로, 그들은 아름다운 바디 라인을 선호하는 경향이 있었다. 경험 후에 모든 참가자들은 바디 라인에 관심을 갖게 되었고 올바른 자세로 아름다운 바디 라인을 만드는 것을 선호했다. Balletfit의 가장 중요한 효과는 바디 라인이다. 따라서 Balletfit의 경험은 내외부의 신체 인식을 발전시키고 신체 형태의 변화에 영향을 미칠 수 있다고 본고는 바라본다. Balletfit은 아름답고 건강한 신체를 원하는 현대인에게 만족스러운 운동이 될 것이다. The purpose of this study is to understand the principles of Balletfit and its program structure and to establish Balletfit's effects on body shape change and postural correction. Interview, the most commonly used method of qualitative research, was chosen as the research method. Ten Balletfit class participants, who have attended private lessons twice per week, for three to six months period of time, were selected. These participants were chosen from participants of private lessons instead of group lessons for in-depth insights. The research was limited to a small group of participants and therefore, it is difficult to standardize the result. Also, because this study is based on the opinions of the participants, not by a posture measuring device, the accuracy of the result is limited as well. The followings are the conclusion of this research. First, the participation motive was either internet research or acquaintance's recommendation. Secondly, the effort to change the body shape. After experiencing Balletfit classes, the participants became aware of their body and made an effort to recover their posture by holding the stomach tight and sitting up correctly. Thirdly, their posture became ideal. Most participants became aware of what an ideal posture is and as their body became ideal, the participants also recovered their health by becoming aware of their inner and outer body. Lastly, they tend to prefer beautiful body line. After the experience, all participants became interested in the body line and preferred to build a beautiful body line with correct postures. The most significant effect of Balletfit was the body line. Therefore, the experience of Balletfit develops the inner and outer body awareness and also can be consider to effect the change of the body shape. Balletfit will become a satisfying exercise for modern people, who desire a beautiful, healthy body.

This study show in the Social Work Field(focus on the welfare facilities) about Literature and Concept Definition on the 'Welfare Management' and 'Efficiency'. And, show a case to study for 'Management' and 'Efficiency' on the 'welfare facilities'. Also, this study try to find on the development of the Social Work Field through the 'Welfare Management' and 'Efficiency'. First, show the new concept on the 'Welfare Management'. Existing 'Welfare' and 'Management' have been using independently of each other in their field. but now, when use the 'Welfare Management' that a new word, define the word 'Welfare Management' and help to another researcher who study on the 'Welfare Management'. Second, show the exemplary case on the 'Welfare Management' and 'Efficiency' in welfare facilities. It arrange for exemplary and typical case in the various study case and basic information offer to the persons who try to study for 'Management' and 'Efficiency' in social work field. third, In the Social Work Fied, I try to find a way to vitalize and development that the study and practice on the 'Welfare Management' and 'Efficiency'. Exisiting 'Management' & 'Economy' treat the terms unprofessionally in the Social Work Field. Social Work Field must cope with quickly and correctly to the current of times like that unlimited competition & development, downfall of the traditional social safety net, economic crisis of a welfare state, etc., in immense framwork of a capitalistic society & a new liberalism. And changing paradigm of social welfare policy. In the end, this study try to find a way for more growth of the Social Work Field trough the 'Welfare Management' and 'Efficiency'. 콜라겐 유도 관절염에서 콜라겐 항원 특이 $V{\beta}3$+CD4+T 세포의 선택적 증식

Background: Collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) in mice is animal model of autoimmune disease known as rheumatic arthritis in human. We investigated CII-specific CD4+ T cell receptor usage in CIA mice. Methods: In CIA model, draining lymph node (dLN) CD4+ T cells and splenocytes at $3^{rd},\;5^{th},\;8^{th}$ week, we investigated CII-specific T cell proliferation, production of IL-17, IFN-${\gamma}$, TNF-${\alpha}$, IL-4 and IL-10. And we also performed anti-CII IgG Ab measurements in serum level, TCRV ${\beta}$ usage and T cell clonality with RT-PCR-SSCP analysis. Also, we performed proliferative response against CII when CII-specific T cell subset is deleted. Results: CIA mice showed more increase in the serum level of anti-CII IgG than normal mice after induction of arthritis. And the level of anti-CII IgG2a in CIA mice was increased after $3^{rd}$ week after primary immunization, while anti-CII IgG1 was decreased. Draining LN CD4+ T cells have proliferated against CII stimulation at $3^{rd}$ week after $1^{st}$immunization. CD4+T cells derived from dLN of CIA mice produced proinflammatory cytokine IFN-${\gamma}$, IL-17 etc. Draining LN CD4 T cells of CIA presented higher proportion of CD4+V ${\beta}3$+subset compared to those of normal mice at $3^{rd}$ week after $1^{st}$ immunization, and they were increased in proportion by CII stimulation. Draining LN CD4+ T cells without TCRV ${\beta}3+/V{\beta}8.1/8.2+/V{\beta}$10b+cells were not responsive against CII stimulation. But, CII-reactive response of TCRV ${\beta}3-/V{\beta}8.1/8.2-/V{\beta}$10b- T cells was recovered when $V{\beta}3+$ T cells were added in culture. Conclusion: Our results indicate that CD4+$V{\beta}3+$ T cells are selectively expanded in dLN of CIA mice, and their recovery upon CII re-stimulation in vitro, as well as the production Th1-type cytokines, may play pivotal role in CIA pathogenesis.

대학생의 유머대처 및 유머스타일이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 대학생들의 유머대처 및 유머스타일이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 조사하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 수도권 소재 대학교에 재학 중인 240명의 학생을 대상으로 조사대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 유머대처와 유머스타일, 그리고 심리적 안녕감의 차이, 유머대처와 유머스타일이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 조사도구로는 유머대처척도(CHS), 유머스타일 척도(HSQ), 심리적 안녕감 척도(PWBS)를 사용하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론이 도출되었다. 첫째, 유머대처와 심리적 안녕감과의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 유머대처와 심리적 안녕감 전체 그리고 심리적 안녕감의 하위요인 중 개인적 성장, 긍정적 대인관계, 자아수용에서 정적상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 유머스타일과 심리적 안녕감과의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 유머스타일 중 순응적 유머와 심리적 안녕감에는 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 반대로 비순응적 유머와 심리적 안녕감에는 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유머대처와 유머스타일이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 유머대처는 심리적 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 유머스타일 중 순응적 유머가 심리적 안녕감에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The analysis of data about the 6-year-old Korean pine plantation was done in order to decide the suitable plot size for the survey on several stand characters. The plot size of at least 0.04 ha was recommendable for the investigation of height; but the size of 0.08㏊ for D.B.H. and for crown width.
