Trichlorosilane 합성에 있어서 CuCl2 의 촉매로서의 역할

The CuCl₂-catalyzed reaction of silicon metal powder and hydrogen chloride by the flow method is studied in order to find a convenient method of obtaining trichlorosilane (TCS), a widely used starting material for preparing semiconductor-grade silicon. The effects of varying the concentration of CuCl₂, reaction temperature, and the flow rate of HCl are studied. The optimum temperature for the reaction is found to be the range between 385℃ and 420℃, and as the temperature increases beyond this range, tetrachlosilane (TET) content of the product becomes high. The yield of TCS is found to increase when the flow rate of HCl increases. Under the optimal conditions with 10 wt, % CuCl₂ concentration, 400℃ reaction temperature and the flow rate of 400-600㏄/min, the yield of TCS is about 90 wt, % of the total product.

Effects of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilization on soil chemical properties in surface soil(0~20cm) were determined in adjacent 41-year-old plantations of Pinus rigida Miller and Larix kaempferi Gordon on a similar soil in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi Province. Fertilizers were experimentally applied at the three levels [control(C), 200 Nkg/ha + 25 Pkg/ha(LNP), and 400 N kg/ha + 50 Pkg/ha(HNP)) in June, 1996. The results were summarized as follows: Fertilizations affected soil chemical properties, and soil properties showed statistically significant differences between the tree species, and among treatments and years. Soil pH and organic matter content decreased after fertilizations, while concentrations of total nitrogen, available phosphorus, exchangeable cations, and CEC increased with increasing fertilization levels. Thus, the application of fertilizers(200~400 Nkg/ha, 25~50 Pkg/ha) increased availability of nutrients including nitrogen and phosphorus at the surface soil(0~20cm) of P. ridida and L. kaempferi plantations without any damages caused by soil acidification.

니르바나를 통한 21세기형 CEO의 이해

본 연구는 인간이 가야할 궁극적 이상향이 자아실현인이라는 매슬로우의 주장에 근거하여, 자아실현인들이라 평가되는 사람들이 하게 되는 일정한 경험을 CEO의 리더십과 연결시키고자 했다. 매슬로우는 자아실현인들이 하는 일정한 경험을 절정경험이라 칭하였으며, 이를 불교용어 니르바나로 바꿔 표현하기도 했다. 따라서 본 논문에서 지칭하는 니르바나는 불교용어가 아닌 절정경험으로 한정한다. 21세기에 필요한 CEO들은 다른 평범한 사람들에 비해 절정경험을 빈번하게 할 것이라 가정하고 CEO의 리더십과 절정경험(니르바나)와의 영향력을 알아보고자 했다. 즉, 니르바나가 리더십성향에 긍정적인 영향을 행사하리라는 추론 하에 실시되었다. 추론처럼 본 논문이 21세기형 CEO라 지칭한 사람들은 니르바나와 더 많은 관계가 있다는 결론에 도달했다. [가설]은 자아실현인들은 총체적이고 독특한 자아를 추구하며, 자신이 가진 모든 능력을 최대한 발휘하도록 하고, 자신의 내면뿐만 아니라 외부세계에 대하여도 자신감을 갖도록 강력하게 요구한다는 매슬로우의 주장과도 일치한다. 또한 자아실현인들이 더 나은 이상을 통해 절정경험을 추구하고자 한다는 매슬로우의 주장과 21세기형 CEO의 리더십이 긍정적인 상관관계를 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to find an answer to the impact of Nirvana on 21st century leadership. Davos Forum suggested the special leadership. They called that "emperor leadership". The hypothesis is that Nirvana(peak experience) has a positive effect on emperor leadership. Experimental results verified the hypothesis. The result is that the Nirvana has on effect on the emperor leadership. Human beings who have self-actualization follow up unique selves. They have a special experience. That is called "peak experience(Nirvana)". He ask that people must have confidence. This result agrees with Maslow's viewpoint. The Nirvana has positive impact on emperor leadership. This result agrees with Maslow's viewpoint. In order to find the correct results, a more detailed study is needed concerning this question.

한국 청소년들을 대상으로 한 성행태 조사-2006년 제 2차 조사

목적: 한국 청소년들의 성의식 실태와 성행태를 파악하여 적절한 대처 방안을 마련함으로써 우리나라 청소년들의 건강을 증진시키고자 조사하였다. 연구 방법: 2006년 9월 1일부터 10월 30일 기간 중 13~18세의 청소년들인 중·고등학교 재학생 8만명을 대상으로 하였다. 성행태영역에 관련된 조사지표 10항목으로 구성된 설문지를 이용하여 `자기기입식 온라인 조사방식`으로 수행하였다. 결과: 전체 조사 대상자는 78,593명 이었으며 응답자는 71,404명으로 90.0%의 응답률을 보였다. 조사대상자의 일반적 특성은 남학생이 37,204명 (52.1%), 여학생이 34,200명 (47.9%)이었다. 학교급별로는 중학교 37,420명 (52.4%), 일반계고 23,500명 (32.9%), 전문계고 10,479명 (14.7%)이었다. 성관계 경험률은 전체 5.1%이었고, 남학생이 여학생 보다 높았다. 성관계 시작연령은 전체 14.2세 이었으며, 중학교 입학 전 성관계 경험률은 전체 1.0%이었고, 남학생이 여학생 보다 높았다. 임신 경험률은 0.5%이었다. 성관계 경험자 중 피임 실천율은 전체 38.1% 로 남학생이 여학생 보다 높았다. 부적절한 피임법 사용률은 전체 24.3%이었다. 남학생의 첫 몽정 시작 연령은 13.1세 이었으며 여학생의 월경 시작 연령은 12.5세 이었다. 연간 성교육 경험률은 전체가 62.0%이며 여학생이 남학생 보다 높았다. 결론: 본 조사결과 한국 청소년들의 성관계 경험률은 증가하는 추세이며, 몽정이나 월경 시작 연령이 저령화 되면서 성관계시작 연령 또한 저령화 되고 있는 점을 알 수 있다. 이에 대비한 적절한 성교육 프로그램이 절실하다 하겠다. Objective: This research was performed to improve the health of Korean adolescents and to prepare adequate teaching programs by investigating their sexual cognition and behavior and preparing for adequate programs. Methods: We conducted a survey of eighty thousand middle and high school students whose ages range from 13 to 18, during the period of September 1st, 2006 to October 30th, 2006. Results: 78,593 people are polled and 71,404 people responded. Accordingly, the response rate was 90.0%: 52.1% (37,204) of the respondents were boys and 47.9% (34,200) were girls; 52.4% (37,420) of respondents were middle school students, 32.9% (23,500) of them were high school students, and 14.7% (10,479) of them were technical high school students. The rate of respondents who had experienced sexual relationship was 5.1%. The average age of starting sexual relationship was 14.2 year old. The rate of respondents who had experienced sexual relationship before they go to the middle school was 1.0%. The rate of pregnancy experience was 0.5%. The rate of respondents who were using a contraceptive method was 38.1%. The average boys age of having the first wet dream was 13.1 years old and girls of starting menstruation was 12.5 year old. The rate of using inappropriate contraception was 24.3%. The rate of having a sex education per a year was 62.0%. Conclusion: This research shows that the rate of adolescents who are experiencing sexual relationship is increasing. Besides, the age of adolescents starting sexual relationship is decreasing as their age of starting wet dream and menstruation decreases. As a result, it is strongly asserted that adequate sex education programs are indispensable to adolescents.
