에세이 창의성 분류를 위한 저빈도 서브워드 마스킹 기반 BERT 모델

기존의 지식을 바탕으로 새로운 것을 만들어내는 중요성이 높아지고 있는 4차 산업혁명 시대인 만큼 우리는 창의적인 능력이 기를 필요가 있다. 이때 글쓰기는 창의력을 키우는 좋은 도구이다. 창의성은 명확하게 정의하기가 어렵기 때문에 최근 몇 년 동안 창의성에 대한 수많은 연구는 딥 러닝 모델에 기반을 두고 있다. 특히 BERT(Bi-directional Encoder Representation from Transformers)는 마스킹 할 일부 단어를 무작위로 선택하여 사전 훈련 단계를 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 마스킹과정에서 참신한 단어에 중점을 둔다. 추출된 참신한 단어를 기반으로 마스킹 하게되면 BERT 모델은 창의적 에세이를 잘 분류할 수 있는 단어에 더 집중할 수 있다. 따라서 우리는 낮은 빈도수에 해당하는 subword들을 참신한 단어로 여겨, 참신한 단어 마스킹 기반 BERT 모델을 제안한다. 실험 결과 제안한 모델이 기존 BERT 모델에 비해 최대 5% 향상되었다. In the era of the fourth Industrial Revolution, in which the importance of creating something new based on existing knowledge is increasing, we are required to be creative. At this time, writing is a good tool to develop creativity. Because creativity is very difficult to clearly define, numerous studies on creativity in recent years are based on deep learning models. In particular, Bi-directional Encoder Representation from Transformers (BERT) performs the pre-training step by randomly selecting some words for masking. In this paper, we focuses on novel words for masking. If the extracted novel words are masked, BERT model can focus more on them that can help it classify creative essays well. Therefore, we propose a new novel word masking-based BERT model in which novel words are considered as the corresponding subwords with low frequency. Our experimental results show that our proposed model improved up to 5%, compared to the existing BERT model.

4차 산업혁명의 발전과 함께 자연어 처리 분야에서는 방대한 양의 데이터를 의미 있고 가치 있는 정보로 변화하기 위한 자동 문서 요약 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 최근 문서 요약은 주어진 문서의 의미를 유지하면서 중요하고 핵심적인 내용을 포함한 요약을 생성함으로서 자연어 처리에서 주목받는 분야 중 하나이다. 과거에는 추출 요약 방법이 주로 연구되었지만, 최근에는 심층 신경망을 학습하기 위한 시퀀스 투 시퀀스 모델이 개발되면서 생성 요약에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 한국어 텍스트 문서를 요약하는 문서요약 기법들을 살펴보고, 최신 방법론에 대해 자세히 논의한다. With the development of the 4th industrial revolution, automatic text summarization methods have been actively studied in the field of natural language processing, to transform a vast amount of data to meaningful and valuable information. These days, text summarization is one of the fields receiving attention in natural language processing as it generates a summary including important and core contents while maintaining the meaning of a given document. In the past, extractive summarization methods were mainly studied, but now, with the development of various sequence-to-sequence models for learning deep neural networks, abstractive summarization methods have been in progress. In this paper, major text summarization techniques that summarize Korean text documents are surveyed and the state-of-the-art methods are discussed in detail.

This study was investigated the optimal time that enhanced the functional activities of mung beans for use of functional food resources. Mung beans were roasted according three levels of roasting time levels (10, 20 and 30 minutes) at 110℃ and then the physicochemical compositions were determined. The reducing sugar content was decreased with the increased roasting time. Moisture was decreased with increased roasting time, whereas, crude fat, crude ash, crude protein and carbohydrate were increased with prolonged roasting time. The highest contents of total phenol and flavonoid were shown at a roasting condition 110℃ for 30 minutes. The highest inhibitory activities of DPPH radical, ABTS radical and xanthine oxidase was the best at the condition of 110℃ for 30 min. From these results optimal roasting time of mung beans were 30 minutes for use of functional food resources.

최근 미세먼지에 관한 관심이 점점 커지고 있다. 이러한 미세먼지 중 우리가 가장 쉽게 접하는 종류에는 요리 진행 시 발생하는 미세먼지가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자의 수동적인 작동이 필요하지 않고, 요리 여부와 미세먼지 농도 정도를 파악하여 자동으로 주방 후드를 제어하는 모듈을 구성하여 많은 사람이 미세먼지의 위험 없이 주방을 이용할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.
Pendulum 게임에서 Q-learning과 SARSA 강화학습 알고리즘 성능 비교

강화학습은 특정 환경 안에서 에이전트가 앞으로 누적될 보상을 최대화할 수 있도록 일련의 행동으로 정의되는 정책을 찾는 방법이다. 필수 구성 요소는 환경, 상태, 에이전트, 행동, 보상으로 정의된다. 본 논문은 Pendulum 게임 환경에서 Q-learning과 SARSA 2가지의 강화학습 알고리즘을 적용하여 성능 비교 및 분석을 진행한다. 실험 환경은 OpenAI Gym을 이용하여 구축하였다. 실험을 통해 Off-Policy 방식의 Q-learning이 On-Policy 방식의 SARSA 보다 높은 보상 값을 가지며 게임을 안정적으로 유지하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. Reinforcement learning is a method for finding policies defined by a set of actions so that agents can maximize the rewards to be accumulated in the future in a given environment. Prerequisites are defined as environment, status, agent, action, reward. This paper applies two reinforcement learning algorithms, Q-learning and SARSA, to compare and analyze performance in a Pendulum game environment. The experimental environment was built using OpenAI Gym. Experiments have shown that Q-learning in the Off-Policy has a higher reward value than SARSA in the On-Policy method and keeps the game stable.

Background: Chronic cough is a common clinical problem to which various etiologies are attributable; postnasal drip, asthma, gastroesophageal reflux (GER) and chronic bronchitis, However, in some cases, no particular etiology can be confirmed. Objective: This study was aimed to evaluate cough sensitivity and the clinical manifestations of patients with idiopathic chronic cough. Material and methods: We recruited 70 non-smoking patients who had been coughing for more than 3 weeks without any history, symptoms or signs of rhinitis, sinusitis, typical asthma, GER or recent upper respiratory infection episodes. Nineteen healthy controls were also enrolled. Bronchial provocation tests with methacholine, capsaicin and distilled water (DW) were performed. Results: Thirteen patients were positive to rnethacholine test (PC20 < 25mg/ml) and defined as cough variant asthma. The others are classified into idiopathic chronic cough. By capsaicin and DW challenge tests, idiopathic cough patients could be divided into two groups, i.e., increased cough sensitivity (ICS) and normal cough sensitivity (NCS) groups. DW- induced cough counts were negatively correlated with C7 (lowest capsaicin concentration inducing continuous 7 or more coughs) (r=-0.739, p<0.001). No difference was found in clinical features such as age, sex, atopy, or peripheral eosinophil counts between these two groups but cough counts per cough burst were significantly higher in the ICS group. Conclusion: The heterogeneity in cough sensitivity of idiopathic chronic cough patients may refiect different pathophysiologic mechanisms. It is unclear whether patients with NCS merely have habitual or psychogenic cough or not. These suggest that different therapentic strategies should be established on idiopathic chronic cough patients according to cough sensitivity.

Adult-onset Still`s disease (AOSD) is an inflammatory disorder of unknown aetiology characterized by a variety of clinical symptoms. AOSD can precede or occur concomitantly with AS and only a few cases of AOSD with AS have been reported. A 21-year-old man presented with spiking fever, sore throat, arthralgia, maculopapular rash, lymphadenopathy, and chronic inflammatory back pain. His laboratory findings showed marked elevations of liver enzyme, C-reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentatioin rate, ferritin, and sacroiliitis (grade 2), which were the main characteristics of AOSD and AS. Most symptoms except chronic low back pain were improved after treatment with corticosteroid and disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs. He was then treated with anti- tumor necrosis factor-alpha (anti-TNF-α) agents to control the disease activity of AS and subsequently showed clinical and serological improvement. This is a first case report of AOSD combined with AS in Korea.
