아동양육시설종사자의 조직문화 지각이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction perceived by child care workers in child residential facilities. The participants of this study were 318 child care workers in the nationwide child residential facility. The survey questionnaires were given to the participants to collect the data, and statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS 24.0 program. The results of the study were as follows. First, the correlation between late organizational culture and job satisfaction among child care workers showed the static correlation between overall organizational culture and job satisfaction, group culture and development culture. Moreover, rational culture showed a static correlation between job satisfaction and promotion, however hierarchical culture showed no significant correlation. Second, group culture and development culture, excluding compensation, had a positive effect on job satisfaction. In addition, rational culture had a positive effect on the satisfaction of remuneration and promotion, however hierarchical culture had a negative effect on leadership, promotion and agency satisfaction. In conclusion, the study suggest that the organizational culture of children's nurturing facilities should be oriented toward collective development culture.
디지털 인라인 홀로그램 기술을 활용한 휴대용 수질 분석 시스템의 설계

There are a variety of substances in the water which includes bacteria and parasites that causes various type of diseases in both human and animal bodies. Previously, the optical microscope was generally used for observing and analyzing the water samples in the laboratory. Therefore, there were a lot of difficulties to perform the real time water quality analysis on the field. In addition, the optical microscope has the advantage of analysis for micro-particles such as the green algae, but it is expensive and hard to carry. In this paper, we propose a water quality analysis system using digital inline hologram technology. The proposed device is small, so it is portable and can be used on the field easily. The traditional hologram capture device spent a lot of computation time to reconstruct a captured hologram image, so it needs to transfer the image to the high-cost GPU server. In this paper, we applied GPU parallel programming to improve computation time and also developed an integrated system that enables the water quality analysis on the field.

세계 경제의 성장과 더불어 국내 HNS 물동량은 증가 추세에 있으며 매년 항만 HNS 누출 사고에 따른 인명, 환경, 재산피해가 발생하고 있어 국민들의 관심이 날로 증가되고 있는 시점이다. 항만 HNS 안전관리를 위해 주요 국내ㆍ외 항만에서 발생한 사고 검토, 관리상 문제점, 사고 대응상의 미흡점과 통합 안전관리 도입 필요성 제기를 통해서 개선방안을 도출하였다. 통합안전관리 시스템은 지능형 CCTV, 이동형 X-ray 시스템, 재난 감시 위성 등을 활용한 입체 관리와 환경부 중심의 통합 정보상황실 구축을 통한 효율적인 항만 HNS 누출 사고 예방ㆍ대응이 이루어져 피해 최소화와 빠른 복구가 가능할 것으로 예상된다. With the growth of the global economy, domestic HNS trade volume is on the rise, and the interest of the people is increasing every year because of the damage caused by the HNS leakage accidents. The improvement plan was drawn up the major domestic and foreign HNS leakage accident review, management problems, insufficient response to accidents in port, and the necessity of integrated safety management for HNS safety management. The integrated safety management system is expected to minimize damage and quickly recover by effectively preventing and responding to HNS accidents through the establishment of integrated information situation room centered on the Ministry of Environment and three-dimensional management using intelligent CCTV, mobile X-ray system and disaster surveillance satellite.

Unpredictable customer demands make manufacturers to make quality products with cheaper price and shorter delivery. To survive in the global market, the manufacturing industry needs to equip with advanced technologies including IT. Under this situation, collaborationis the best solution for manufacturers to survive and to grow their company instead of competition. With this strategy, we have conducted a project(e-Manufacturing). The companies participate to the project attained the amazing results by utilizing collaboration systems such as delivery shortened and increase in sale/profit. Since the strategy of the project is assessed to be very useful to increase competition power of manufacturers, the project will be enlarged to cover wider application domains with a new project name called i-Manufacturing. In this paper, therefore, we introduce the specific output from the e-Manufacturing project and the specific strategies/plans of i-Manufacturing project.
