For performance test of oil cooler, we manufactured a test equipment which can heat oil up to the test temperature and supply it continuously to be tested object. This test equipment was composed of 300,000 Kcal/h steam boiler and 300,000 Kcal/h plate type heat exchanger, and this can do real time control the test conditions by the method which high temperature water heats the outlet cooled oil after test. For many different size oil coolers, by use of this equipment, we evaluated the heat exchange performance of oil coolers and pressure drop characteristics in side of oil and cooling water according to flow variation. Besides, we also estimated temperature characteristics of oil coolers.

본고는 2~3세기 마한과 진변한의 철제무기 교류 및 배경을 살펴보고자 한다. 특히, 교류배경에 대해서는 당시 사회적 상황과 교류주체인 마한과 진변한의 관계를 통하여 중점적으로 추론해 보고자 하였다. 먼저 철제무기의 교류는 무기의 출현 및 증가를 획기로 하여 교류의 시작(Ⅰ단계), 자체생산 및 교류의 성행(Ⅱ단계), 자체생산 확대 및 교류망 변화(Ⅲ단계)와 같은 3단계로 구분된다. 특징적인 것은 마한과 진변한의 교류에 있어 목지국이 중간매개자 역할을 하고 있고, 북한강유역 등 다른지역과도 다원적교류를 한다는 것이다. 그리고 2세기 후반부터 마한지역에서는 제철유적과 그 부산물, 철정 등이 확인되는데 이러한 양상을 볼 때 마한지역에서도 자체생산이 가능하였고 특히 진변한과 동일한 형태의 철정도 확인되는 것을 보아 중간소재도 함께 교류되었음을 알 수 있다. 교류의 배경에 있어서는 漢나라의 환령지말, 대방군의 공격, 기리영 전투 등 漢나라와 한반도의 국제 정세가 요동치면서 마한은 자신들의 역량을 증진시키기 위하여 철제무기의 확보 및 비축을 선택하였을 것이다. 그러나 군현의 압박으로 안정적인 확보의 어려움을 인지하고 자신들과 臣屬關係에 있던 진변한에 압력을 행사하여 교류라는 명목하에 대량의 철제무기를 공급받은 것으로 판단된다. 결국 당시 사회적 상황과 교류 주체 집단의 관계가 맞물리면서 마한과 진변한간에 철제무기 교류가 이루어졌음을 알 수 있다. This paper aims to examine the exchange backgrounds of iron weapons between Mahan and Jinhan-Byeonhan in the 2nd~3rd centuries. In particular, it intended to infer the exchange backgrounds in terms of those days social situations and relations between Mahan and Jinhan-Byeonhan, main agents of the exchange. Firstly, as for the exchange of iron weapons, it may be divided into 3 steps including the beginning of the exchange(StepⅠ), self-production and prevalence of the exchange(Step Ⅱ) and change of an exchange network(Step Ⅲ), setting the advent and increase of a weapon as an epoch. The characteristic things are that Mok Zi played a role of an intermediate linker in the exchange of Mahan with Jinhan-Byeonhan and in the lower part of the Han river pluralist exchange was done with other regions. Besides, considering a fact that iron making relics, their byproducts and iron ingots since the late 2nd century are identified at the Mahan regions, it shows that self-production was possible at the Mahan regions. In particular, iron ingots having the shape identical to those of Jinhan-Byeonhan reveal that intermediate materials were exchanged together. As for the backgrounds of the exchange, it is regarded that along with the rapidly changing relationship with counties and prefectures including Hwallyeongjimal, attack by the Tai-fang Commandery and Giriyeong Battle, Mahan selected to ensure and saved up iron weapons to increase its capabilities. However, it seems that it recognized difficulty in stable securing because of the pressure from counties and prefectures so exercised the pressure to Jinhan-Byeonhan with relation of a liege subject and received supply of a large quantity of iron weapons under the pretext of the exchange. In the end, it shows that exchange of iron weapons was done between Mahan and Jinhan-Byeonhan under social situation and relationship between exchanging agents of those days.
초대형 굴삭기용 주행모터의 기술적 요구사항 및 특성 연구

Recently, the demand of large-scaled excavators putting into construction fields for industrial plants has been increased, so that domestic construction-equipment industries are beginning with the production of 85ton-class excavators and putting forth for the localization of their components. A track drive unit, one of the important components of these excavators, can't be produced domestically, but the whole quantity is imported from Japan and Italy. To insure a competitive power of the domestic 85ton-class excavators, the localization of the track drive unit is highly required. In this study, an experimental comparative-analysis for main functional characteristics of imported track drive units was carried out, and then technical specifications were investigated, which will be required for the domestic production of 85ton-class track drive unit.
발전소용 유압 서보액추에이터의 쿠션 모델링 및 시뮬레이션

Turbine power control devices at a nuclear / thermoelectric power plant lead to failure by creating mechanical shocks and strong vibrations that are due to the strong elasticity of a spring and the inertia of the valve face during its rapid movement to block steam. To ensure durability of the turbine power control device, which is the main component in the power plant, it is necessary to develop a device that can prevent such vibrations. In this study, a cushion mechanism is added to the head of the hydraulic servo actuator, which is a turbine power control device. Moreover, the cushion mechanism, which includes various modifies shapes and orifices is investigated dynamically through modeling and simulations.
