친환경 공급사슬관리의 영향요인, 실행수준, 그리고 기업성과간의 구조적 인과관계

In this paper, we arrange the concept of ``Green`` in SCM after literature study of Green SCM and investigate causal relationships between influencing factors, practice level and environmental performance focused on Korean firms empirically and conduct path analysis for hypothesis test using partial least squares regression with bootstrap. Firstly, we divide influencing factors of Green SCM into environmental and organizational factors through the previous studies of innovation diffusion theory and environmental management theory, and then we selected ``uncertainty``, ``competitiveness`` as the environmental factors and ``top management support``, ``perceived benefit``, ``training`` as the organizational factors. Secondly, we classify practice level of Green SCM into ``internal environmental management``, ``green purchasing``, ``eco-design``. Finally, we selected ``financial performance``, ``environmental performance`` as the organizational performance. We conducted a survey on the middle manager of manufacturing companies implementing SCM and an empirical analysis. The results of analysis show that there exist causal relationships between influencing factors, practice level, and environmental performance of Green SCM. We expect that the result of this study will suggest useful information to managers who are responsible for SCM to design and execute Green SCM in strategic perspectives.
주거단지의 재생에 있어서 노인주거 유형의 복합화에 대한 거주자의 선호의식 및 입주의향에 관한 조사분석 연구

This study based on a survey and an analysis is intended to examine the preference of the residents living in old apartment complexes and their willing to move in regarding to the mixing of senior housing types in the regeneration of old apartment complexes in order to respond to the rapid aging in South Korea. The starting point of the timeframe for this study was set as Febuary 2013 and the spatial range was set as the inner space of each residential complex within Apartment Village located in Bundang New Town. The scope of this study is arranged with the contents of the survey research on and the statistical analysis of the resident’s preference and willing to move in regarding to a customized senior housing and a senior housing complex for health care & aging in place and their preference on the types of senior welfare facilities and the types of senior welfare service and their favorite locations for the senior welfare facilities within a complex. The main results from this study are as follows. First, it was surveyed that the residents within a complex have a high preference and a high willing to move in regarding to a customized senior housing and a senior housing for health care & continuous residence. Second, as a result from a survey on the levels of necessity for the introduction of senior welfare facilities within a housing complex, it was surveyed that the females other than the males, the people older than 30 years old and the people living in one- or two-person households have a high level of necessity. Third, as a result from a survey on the resident’s preference on the types of senior welfare facilities, it was surveyed that their most favorate facilities are the senior welfare housing among the types of senior housing welfare facilities, the senior medical facility among the types of senior medical welfare facilities, the senior welfare center among senior leisure welfare facilities and the home care service among the types of in-home senior welfare facilities. Fourth, as a result from a survey on the resident’s preference on the types of senior welfare service, it was surveyed that they preferred medical services the most followed by health care services. Fifth, as a result from a survey on the resident’s favorite locations for the layout of senior welfare facilities within a housing complex, it was surveyed that their most favorite place was the center of a complex and their next favorite one was the vicinity of the main entrance of a complex. It can be said that this study is meaningful in the fact that it can provide with some useful data which is generated from this study based on a survey and an analysis in order to be referenced in the relevant study areas and at a planning stage for the regeneration of a housing complex in the future.

A preflex beam is a type of concrete encased steel beam of which prestressing has been introduced in the lower flange concrete. To build up preflex beam, preflexion load are first applied to the steel beam, and secondly, while keeping the steel beam bent, the lower flange concrete is cast. Then, releasing the applied loads after the concrete hardened, the prestress is introduced into the concrete. This preflex beam has merits such as large flexural stiffness with smaller beam depth and low maintenance costs. Recently, in this merits, it has been demanded to apply the preflex beam to building structure of large span such as bowling center and gymnasium. In this paper, the strength and deformation characteristics of preflex beam are discussed through positive and negative bending experiments of preflex beam as a strength test.
자동차 수출의 항만 선택 요인에 관한 연구 - 완성차 수출물류 담당자 대상 AHP 분석을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 계층분석적 의사결정법(AHP)을 활용하여 국내 자동차 물류 담당자들이 판단하는 완성차 수출 시 수출항만 선택 요인들의 상대적 중요도를 분석한 것이다. 분석결과, 제1계층 ‘비용 요인’ 중 내륙운송비가 완성차 수출항만 선택에서 가장 중요한 요인으로 평가되었다. 상기 요인 외에도 완성차라는 화물 특성이 반영되어 선적대기 시간, 배후야적장 면적, 항만운영인력의 전문성 및 숙련도 등이 중요한 요인으로 평가되었다. 이러한 결과는 특정 항만이 완성차 수출 화물을 지속적으로 유치하기 위해서는 항만 내 충분한 야적장 확보, 자동차 전용선석 건설 등과 함께 항만운영인력의 전문성 및 숙련도 향상을 위한 노력이 동시에 필요하다는 것을 의미한다. 금번 연구는 지금까지 화물 특성에 대한 고려가 미흡했던 항만 선택 연구에서 벗어나, 국내 주요 수출 품목인 자동차(완성차)를 대상으로 화주의 항만 선택 요인을 실증적으로 분석했다는데 의의가 있다. 이처럼 향후 화물 특성이 반영된 항만 연구가 지속된다면, 획일적인 항만 개발 전략에서 벗어나 특정 화물에 전문화된 다양한 항만 개발 및 운영모델 수립에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. This study analyzes the relative importance factors for automobile export port selection using AHP. As a result, the Korean automobile logistics specialists evaluate that the inland logistics cost between factory and port is the most important factor of port selection. The waiting time for shipping, the size of hinterland yard and the highly-skillful manpower factors are also very important elements in the determination of automobile export-port. Unlike the preceding researches, this study is an meaningful approach to evaluate real important factors for port selection based on a specific freight. If we will try to reflect the freight`s characteristics in port researches, we`ll be able to establish various development and management models of freight-specialized ports.
