Photoelectric observations were made of four N stars (HD 51208, HD 75021, V 1942 Sgr, and RU Vir) at careful1y chosen discrete wavelengths between $7000{\AA}\;and\;11000{\AA}$ with $30{\AA}$ bandpass width. Their effective temperatures have been derived by fitting the black-body radiation curve to the observed continuum intensities at $7800{\AA},\;9000{\AA}\;and\;10800{\AA}$. The resulting temperature ranges from $2500^{\circ}K\;to\;2900^{\circ}K.$. It is probable that almost all the N stars belong to this range of temperature. However, the temperatures of very red N stars can not be well determined due to large variability and redistribution of their radiation energy arising from the graphite shells around them.

고속도성(高速度星)의 역학적해석(力學的解釋)에 대(對)한 연구(硏究)

The average velocity, 330km/sec. of the high velocity stars with respect to the galactic center is obtained from the data used by Fricke on the assumption that the rotational velocity of the Local Standard of Rest is 250km/sec. Comparing this value with the escape velocity, 380km/sec, at the solar neighborhood which is calculated from Mestel's model of the Galaxy, it is shown that most of the high velocity stars are bound to the Galaxy and that their average apogalacticon is about 40 kpc from the galactic center. And the fact that stars with radial velocities larger than 63km/sec are missing in the direction of galactic rotation of L.S.R. is interpreted as the result partly of the random distribution of the directions of motion of the high velocity stars and partly of the observational errors.

영상매체에 나타난 도시생태환경 콘텐츠 분석 및 환경교육 활용 가능성에 관한 연구

National efforts responding to climate change is directly connected to competitiveness of the urban environment. Practice in the daily life of the individual citizens is prerequisite for the paradigm shift that can be made by the reduction of the city's energy consumption and low-carbon green growth. Therefore, the comprehensive understanding combined with the educational programs is required on the issue of the ecological environment and the urban environment competitiveness. In this paper, the meaning and role of urban ecological environment will be researched first. it also takes a look at the content of curriculum and analyses domestic policies related to environmental education of primary and middle schools. In addition, video documentary on urban ecological environment will be analyzed for the development of educational media dealing with environmental training in schools. Consequently, urban ecological environment shown in video media content will be identified and the advantage of this possibility as a medium of education is to be proposed.

This study tries to analyze the stance of real estate policy during the Participatory Government and Lee MyungBak Government focused on the market clarificatlon of real estate, the speculation regulation, and the economy-invigorating policy. According to a analytical result, the market clarificatlon of real estate policy had some achivements, and it is not safe to say that the policy of speculation regulation on land and condominium had been effective, since the price of land and house had not been stable. However, the unanticipated results of real estate policies, such as real estate market recession, spatial bipolar phenomenon was rampant after speculation regulation was implemented throughout the country. Meanwhile, the economy-invigorating policy of real estate were executed by the political condition.The policy stance of real estate during the Participatory Government and Lee MyeongBack Government was not effected because the regulation and the easing regulation caused the uncertainty of the government. Therefore, the regional character and the segmentation of real estate speculation regulation shoud be necessary. Also it is advised the participation of stakeholders in the stage of planning the real estate policy. Finally, it was essential to restore public confidence in the nation for the stability of real estate market, and the long term policy making should be recommended for the credibility recovery.

균형성과표(BSC)를 활용한 사회적기업의 핵심성과지표(KPI) 개발

최근 사회적기업에 대한 급속한 관심의 증가에도 불구하고, 지속가능한 사회적 기업을 만들기 위한 핵심성과 그 지표에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 문제의식 하에 이 논문은 다중 수익(Multi-Bottom Line)과 다양한 이해관계자(Multi-Stakeholder) 및 다기준적 목표를 포괄할 수 있을 정도의 유연성을 지닌 균형성과표(Balanced Scorecard)를 활용하여, 사회적기업의 핵심성과와 그 지표를 제시하고 있다. 이를 위해, 이 연구는 전국의 사회적기업 대표자 및 관리자와 사회적기업 관련 연구기관을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 통해, 지속가능경영, 기반확대 및 만족도 향상, 효율적인 운영시스템 구축, 조직목적에 부합한 직원양성 및 역량증진이라는 4개의 전략적 목표를 제시하고, 각 목표에 따른 경제적 지속가능성, 사회적 지속가능성, 고객만족도 향상, 고객획득 및 유지, 경영시스템의 활성화, 기술 및 지식 역량강화, 전략적 정보제공 등의 7개 핵심성과요인과 그에 따른 22가지의 핵심성과지표를 제시하고 있다. Recently, Korea has experienced a dramatic increase of social enterprises in their numbers and scopes. However, little attention has been paid to the performance of social enterprise and its index for sustainable development. This study suggests key performance index of social enterprises utilizing Balanced Scorecard which accommodates various perspectives from multi-bottom line, multi-stakeholders, and multiple objectives. Through a survey on staffs at Korea social enterprises, this study suggests 4 strategy objectives and 7 key performance factors following 22 key performance indexes.

Brain Computer Interface(BCI) 기술은 뇌에서 발생한 신호를 직접 해석하여 신체 다른 기관의 표현 없이 대상의 의도를 파악하는 기술을 말한다. 실제 BCI응용의 경우 시각, 청각, 촉각 등 다양한 방법으로 단서(cue)를 제시하고 이를 기반으로 동작 할 수 있는데, 현재 많은 연구들은 BCI알고리즘의 훈련데이터와 평가데이터 사이에서 같은 종류의 단서만을 사용하여 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 비침습형 BCI의 대표적인 방식인 EEG 기반 BCI 응용을 시각단서와 청각단서를 이용하여 평가해보았다. 본 연구의 목적은 Neurofeedback이 있는 경우와 없는 경우에 대해서 시각단서와 청각단서에 의한 Motor Imagery를 교차 성능 평가하는 것에 있다. 평가의 대상이 되는 BCI 알고리즘은 Common Spatial Pattern(CSP)과 Least Square Linear Classifier, Linear Discriminant Analysis(LDA), Support Vector Machine(SVM)을 기반으로 왼쪽 또는 오른쪽 팔을 움직이는 운동심상을 분류하며, 임상평가를 통해 실험을 진행하였다.

스마트 폰 어플리케이션 적용을 위한 UPC-A Bar code 인식 알고리즘 개발

This paper is about a bar code decoding algorithm developed for smart phone applications. The algorithm consists of bar code data extraction procedure, bar code signal estimation procedure, and bar code decoding procedure. To detect the peak bar code module, a DSTW had been applied because of its outstanding performance in ECG peak detection. In order to minimize errors due to non-uniform light effect, the proposed algorithm was acted as a baseline wandering filter based on module peaks detection. The algorithm had been tested to evaluate the performance under the conditions of blurring, non-uniformed light and white noises. The algorithm had shown excellent performance in reconstruction of bar code decoding, compared to other conventional methods. In order to show the possibility of applying the algorithm to a smart phone, a real UPC-A type 150 bar code pictures obtained from a smart phone camera was applied to the algorithm, achieving the correct recognition rate of 97.33%.

다문화주의 유형화에 관한 연구 -MIPEX를 기준으로 한 실증분석-

본 연구는 기존의 다문화주의 유형화에 대한 비판적 검토를 통해 새로운 유형론을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 기존의 다문화주의 유형화는 지나치게 이론적이거나 이념적이어서 실제 국가를 유형화할 수 있을 정도의 실용성을 갖추지 못했고, 한 국가 내에서도 세부 정책 영역별로 다양한 형태의 다문화주의가 나타날 수 있다는 점을 간과하였으며, 각 국가가 처한 환경적 요소를 고려하지 않았다는 한계점을 갖고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 기존연구에서의 한계점을 인식하여 MIPEX(이민자통합정책지수) 6개 세부영역의 지수와 환경변수를 기준으로 cluster analysis를 실시하여 새로운 실증적·귀납적 유형화를 시도하였다. 분석결과, 연구대상인 OECD 17개 국가들은 4개 유형으로 분류되었으며, 본 연구에서는 이 4개 유형에 대해 각각의 특성을 고려하여 다원주의적/발전주의적/보수주의적/자유주의적 다문화주의 유형으로 명칭을 부여하였다. 실증 데이터를 사용한 본 연구의 귀납적유형화는 그 자체로 실용성을 갖추었다는 장점을 갖고 있으며, 정책 영역을 개별적으로 고려하였다는 데에 의의가 있다. 무엇보다도 아직까지 다문화주의와 다문화정책에 대한 명확한 이론화가 이루어지지 못했다는 점에서, 본 연구는 이 분야에서 기초연구로서의 학문적 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. The purpose of this study is to critically review the existing typology of multiculturalusm and to propose a new inductive one. The current studies on this issue have several limitations that it was too ideological to apply to real country classification and it does not consider various policy areas. Considering these, we suggest a new empirical typology which is based on the six dimensions of MIPEX(Migration Policy Index) and the environmental variables. Using a cluster analysis, 17 OECD countries classified into four categories, plural, developmental, conservative, and liberal multiculturalism. This typology is useful to classify countries and to consider each multicultural policy area. Moreover it is useful in itself, because it is inductive typology using the empirical national data. Above all, considering that there is not established a clear theory on multiculturalism, this study would contribute to basic research on this field.
