In this paper, we calculated chronaxy value in order to determine the optimal conditions and stimulus pulse of information transmission. We also developed an electrical equivalent circuit of the hand including the contact part, which consists of two resistors (a contact resistor and finger resistor) and a capacitor. The minimum recoulition voltage was measured by using electrical stimulus. We found that the ranges of the above two resistances and the capacitance are 30-130k$\Omega$, 20-60k$\Omega$ and 10-30nF respectively. We found that the minimum recoulition voltage was the lowest at 100-300Hz and 10% of the duty ratio.

Devices in current market to perform electrical stimulation therapy of the urinary incontinence frequent in aging women are very much impractical to us ε due to the wired configuration. The present study implemented new wireless device to enhance self as well as in-hospital therapy with the easiest and the most convenient application. The therapy system consisted of two modules, called 'master' and 'slave', communicating with each other by the wireless Bluetooth protocol. The patient controls therapy processes on the master module in hand, transmitting the required informations to operate the slave module placed within her pants with the viginal electrode connected, delivering appropriate electrical stimulation. Wireless communication enabled self therapy with clothes on, leading to a great convenience for the patient. The stimulation output signal was comparable to commercialized products in both waveform and stimulation capacity.

In this paper, we calculated out chronoxy value for the purpose of determining the optimal condition of stimulus pulses. We experimented on measuring estimated variations of resistance on various materials and variations areas of contact part for a vision substitution system using stimulus pulse. We experimented on the materials of gold, silver, copper and aluminum, then we have concluded that the resistance variation for any material is almost same. But the resistance variation versus contact area for the same material is shown great. Also we have concluded that the minimum sensitive voltage is determined an optimal stimulus pulse of 60 Hz~ 300Hz, 10% of duty ratio. As the result of calculation of chronoxy value, it is shown about 0.1 mS.
A study on TCO properties for thin-film silicon solar cells

For use of superstrate thin-film solar cells, surface texture of the transparent conductive oxide (TCO) has been used to enhance short-circuit currents by increasing light trapping into the cell. ZnO:Al films were deposited by using DC magnetron sputtering on glass substrates with ceramic (ZnO:Al₂O₃) target. The as-deposited TCO before texturing exhibited high transparencies (T > 85% for visible light including all reflection losses) and excellent electrical properties (r=3-6{times}10^{-4}{Omega}.cm). The optical and electrical properties of the TCO are influenced by the texturing conditions such as not only etchant dilutions but also etching time. We obtained the haze value of 14-16 resulting in increase in light trapping and short-circuit currents also.
