공중화장실 복합악취 및 개선에 관한 연구 (대전광역시 동구)

본 연구에서는 대전광역시 동구를 중심으로 공중화장실에 대하여 악취강도를 공기희석관능법과 기기분석을 통하여 공중화장실관리 및 악취저감대책 수립에 기초자료로 제공하고자 하였다. 악취희석배수는 소변기실에서 10~669, 대변기실에서는 31~464까지 다양하게 나타났다. 한편 민원이 발생할 수 있는 악취강도 2.5도 이상의 악취가 발생하는 곳은 6개소(33%)로 조사되었다. 수세식·발효식·재래식처리방식의 대변기실과 설치년도에 따라 악취강도는 차이가 있으나, 화장실 면적은 차이가 없다. 악취원인물질 확인을 위한 6개 공중화장실을 대상으로 기기분석결과 NH₃ 최대농도는 2.04 ppm, 평균농도는 0.67 ppm이며, H₂S, CH₃SH, (CH₃)3N는 검출되지 않았다. 발효식과 재래식공중화장실에는 비누, 방향제, 쓰레기통이 없었다. 화장지는 수세식 화장실의 50%에만 있었다. This study aimed to provide the basic data to establish measures for the management of the public toilets and reduction of the offensive odor through the air dilution olfactory method and instrumental analysis about offensive odor dilution rate of public toilets, focusing on the Dong-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, Korea. The offensive odor intensities ranged from 10 degree to 669 degrees in the urinal toilets and from 31 to 464 in closet bowl toilets. Meanwhile, toilets that had offensive odor of more than 2.5, of which a civil complaint can be filed, were researched 6 (33%). Offensive odor intensities were different according to the closet bowl toilets of the flush, fermented and conventional methods and the year of their installation, but not according to the area of the toilets. As a result of the instrumental analysis targeting 6 public toilets to identify the offensive odor substance, the maximal concentration of NH₃ was 2.04 ppm and the average concentration was 0.67 ppm, but H₂S, CH₃SH and (CH₃)3N were not detected. In the fermented and conventional public toilets were not soaps, air fresheners and wastebaskets. Just 50% of the flush toilets had toilet tissue.

Interactive Graphic Robotics Integrated Programming(IGRIP) can handle various types of robot models and can exchange graphic or numerical data easily with other CAD software. In a cutting process of shape-steels, however, IGRIP is inconvenient because the users must generate all the tag points manually. In this study we developed an automation program module in order to generate the tag points automatically in IGRIP. This program can read and analyze the macro data containing the information for cutting processes of shape-steels and can generate automatically the parts, the devices, the tag points and the Graphic Simulation Language(GSL) program files useful in IGRIP.

Minimal change nephrotic syndrome is characterized by proteinuria, hypoproteinemia, edema, and hyperlipidemia. Children with onset of nephrotic syndrome between the age of 1 and 8 year are likely to have steroid response to minimal chage disease, but we experienced one case of minimal change disease which failed to respond to steroid therapy at beginning and subsequently developed acute renal failure. It was seen in a 5 year-old male child that presented with edema and gross hematuria. Peritoneal dialysis was performed for acute renal failure for 11 days. Patient was completely recorvered from acute renal failure and renal biopsy was done at 27th day after onset of disease which revealed typical picture of minimal change disease complicated by acute tubular necrosis. We beleive this case is very unusual and it may be the first case in the literature in terms of pediatric cases.

A total stroke of an opening or closing motion of a hinge mechanism in a folder-type mobile phone is composed of two portions. In the first portion, human fingers act a force to open or close the folder. In this portion, the rotating folder compresses the coil spring installed in the mechanism. In the last portion, this compressed coil spring generates a torque to rotate the folder. The main merit of this study is that we have designed a hinge mechanism to be operated by a uniform torque in the first portion of the total stroke. The uniform torque means that it is constant along the folder's swing angle. This mechanism will give softer feeling to human fingers. A pair of contours in the mechanism plays an important role. It transforms rotation into translation in the first portion; on the other hand, it transforms translation into rotation in the last portion. In this study, we have developed an algorithm to obtain the pair of contour curves. We divided the total contour curves into finite sub-intervals. Assuming that the curves in every sub-interval are parabolas, we have obtained the coefficients of them by solving systems of nonlinear equations recursively.

A total stroke of an opening or closing motion of a hinge mechanism for a folder-type mobile phone is composed of two portions. In the fIrst portion, human fingers act a torque to open or close the folder. In this portion, the rotating folder compresses the coil spring installed in the hinge mechanism. In the last portion, this compressed coil spring generates a torque to rotate the folder. In this study, we have developed an algorithm to design a hinge mechanism to be operated by an arbitrary continuous torque in the first portion of the total stroke. Consequently, we can design hinge mechanisms that satisfy various demands of consumers. A pair of contours installed in the mechanism plays an important role. It transforms the folder's rotational motion into translation to compress the coil spring in the first portion; on the other hand, it transforms translational motion into the folder's rotation in the last portion. Using this algorithm we have designed the pair of the contour curves operated by an arbitrary continuous torque.

본 논문에서는 정기적으로 복잡한 약복용이 필요한 고령자 또는 만성질환자의 약복용 순응도를 인터넷을 통해 모니터링 할 수 있는 원격 약복용 모니터링 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 사용자의 약복용 상태를 감지하는 스마트 약상자와 원격에서 스마트 약상자를 제어하여 사용자에게 서비스를 제공하는 약복용 서버로 구성되어 있다. 스마트 약상자는 임베디드 시스템으로 개발되었으며, 약복용 서버와 인터넷을 통해 통신한다. 약국 또는 병원에서 웹을 통해 입력된 처방에 따라 이 서버는 약복용 스케줄을 자동으로 생성하며, 이 스케줄에 따라 약상자에게 서비스를 제공한다.

본 논문에서는 만성질환을 가진 노인들의 약복용 순응도을 향상시킬 수 있는 약복용 모니터링 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 사용자의 약복용 상태를 감지하는 스마트 약상자와 사용자에게 약복용 서비스를 제공하는 알림 장치로 구성되어 있다. 스마트 약상자를 통해 모니터링된 사용자 상태는 관리자에게 전달되고, 관리자는 이 상태를 바탕으로 알림 서비스를 사용자에게 적합한 형태로 제공할 수 있다. 이와같은 피드백 서비스는 본 논문의 실험을 통해 약복용 순응도를 상당히 향상시키는 것으로 평가되었다.
