해저에 시공되는 터널은 일반시공보다 환경에 더 많은 영향을 받는다. 특히 해수의 침입에 따른 염해의 위험에 노출되어 있으며, 이는 콘크리트에 포함된 철근과 강섬유의 부식에 큰 영향을 미친다. 해수 침투에 따른 염해 가능성이 염려되는 터널에서 최근 내부식성 섬유로 그 활용도가 증가하고 있는 폴리프로필렌섬유를 대상으로 강섬유와의 성능 비교를 통하여 적정 배합비를 결정하고, 원형패널 시험과 휨인성 시험을 통해 지보재로서의 성능을 평가하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 해저에 시공되는 터널에서 섬유보강재의 선택 및 섬유보강 숏크리트 설계에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. Submarine tunnels are affected by the surrounding environments more than regular tunnels. Especially, they are often vulnerable to damage by salt in seawater. Seawater is more likely to affect reinforcing rods and steel fibers than concrete. Recently the usage of anti-corrosive fibers increases in the tunnel which is subject to the possibility of damage. By comparing the capability of polypropylene fibers with that of steel fibers, the proper mixture ratio is decided and the supporting capability of polypropylene fibers was tested using round panel and beam specimens. The results of this study can be of great use in selecting the fiber material and designing of fiber reinforced shotcrete of submarine tunnels.

This study is intended to identify how quick disconnect coupling which connects with refrigerant piping of air-conditioner using R-22 refrigerant has effect on characteristics of flux. in the case where the air-conditioner installs utilizes quick disconnect coupling, COP has an effect on the quantity of cooling load because of changing flow rate and physical properties of refrigerant which flow into an entrance of expansion valve from coupling. Variation of flow rate can be regulated by changing expansion-contraction angle; α of an entrance and an exit of coupling. 식도정맥류 출혈시 내시경적 경화요법과 Propranolol 의 병용투여가 재출혈과 생존율에 미치는 효과

Objectives: We conducted this study to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of endoscopic sclerotherapy combined with oral propranolol therapy in the prevention of esophageal variceal rebleeding and in survival rate in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods: Among the 54 patients involved, 34 patients were treated with the combination therapy using endoscopic sclerotherapy and propranolol and 20 were received sclerotherapy alone. Sclerotherapy was done with ethalnolamine oleate at 7-day intervals untill obliteration of varices was achieved. Propranolol was administered to achieve a reduction in resting pulse rate of 20~25%. Results ; Of the patients treated with the combination therapy, 69.6%, 56.4% and 25.1% were free from rebleeding at 6, 12 and 24 months after entry, respectively. The corresponding figures in patients treated with sclerotherapy alone were 50.5%, 27.5% and 7.5% respectively. The cumulative percentages of the patients free from rebleeding were significantly higher in the combination therapy group than in the latter group (p=0.022). The cumulative survival rates, at 6, 12 and 24 months, of the patients received the combination therapy were 81.9%, 72.5% and 55.8% respectively. The corresponding survival rates in the patients treated with sclerotherapy alone were 77.5%, 53.2% and 11.2% respectively. The cumulative survival rate in patients recerved the combination therapy was significantly higher than those of the latter group (p= 0.004). The multivariate Cox model individuated the propranolol treatment as an independent prognostic indicator of the death rate, but not for the recurrent bleeding. During this study, no significant adverse effect was observed in both group. Conclusion: The combination therapy using endoscopic sclerotherapy and propranolol has shown to be an effective treatment in the prevention of recurrent variceal bleeding as well as in the prolongation of survival rate in cirrhotic patients. Therefore, this method of treatment may be considered as standard therapy of esophageal variceal bleeding.
GLI(Ground-Lining Interaction)모델을 이용한 터널 콘크리트라이닝의 현장 설계변경 사례에 대한 연구

지반과 터널라이닝의 상호작용을 고려한 GLI모델은 기존의 Terzaghi 이완하중과 골조모델을 이용한 방법에 비해 터널의 2차라이닝(콘크리트라이닝)에 작용하는 지반하중을 합리적으로 경감할 수 있음이 입증된 바 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존의 골조모델을 이용하여 설계된 ㅇㅇ선ㅇ공구의 콘크리트라이닝에 대해 GLI모델을 도입한 현장설계를 통해 경제성 및 시공성을 개선하였다. 다양한 안전측 고려사항에도 불구하고 철근량의 약 50%가 감소하여 철근자재비를 감소시킬 수 있었고 적정한 철근간격을 확보하여 콘크리트 밀실충전이 용이하였다. 지반조건이 불량한 터널일 수록 더 큰 철근량 절감효과가 있었으며, 이는 Terzaghi 이완하중이 불량한 지반에서 과도하게 산정되기 때문이다. GLI model was verified to consider the interaction between a ground and a tunnel lining and to rationally reduce the ground load acting on the secondary lining(concrete lining) of a tunnel. In this study, the economy and the construction condition of tunnel concrete linings designed by a conventional frame model at Lot O of OO line were highly enhanced through a field design change using GLI model. For a few safe considerations, not only about 50% saving of reinforcing steel could reduce the material cost but also the wide space between bars could make it easy to pour concrete mix without voids. There was large saving effect of reinforcing steel for poor ground conditions because Terzaghi’s load used in the conventional frame model produces too much high loads for those conditions.

This study analyzed operation characteristics of air-condition piping is made by quick disconnect coupling. Air-conditioning consists of central compressor 3HP capacity and R22 refrigerant. We experimented with two operation cycles of air-condition under the same environment; one is with quick disconnect coupling. The other is without quick disconnect coupling. As a result, we can observe whether the condensation temperature of former increased by about 3-5. Furthermore, COP decreased by about 10%.
HDPE , PP 및 PS 의 등온열분해에 의한 액화 특성

N/A Isothermal pyrolysis of high density polyethylene(HDPE), polypropylene(PP) and polystyrene(PS) was performed at 450℃, respectively. The effect of pyrolysis time on yield and product composition was investigated. Conversion and liquid yield obtained during HDPE pyrolysis continuously increased with time up to 80minutes, but those of PP and PS did not largely change after 35minutes. Each liquid product formed during the pyrolysis was classified into gasoline, kerosene, light oil and wax according to the distillation temperature based on the petroleum product quality standard of Korea Petroleum Quality Inspection Institute. The major liquid product of HDPE pyrolysis was light oil(34 wt.% based on the amount of HDPE treated) and the amounts of the other liquid ingredients(gasoline, kerosene and wax) were almost the same. On the other hand, the pyrolysis of PP produced 27 wt.% gasoline, 22 wt.% kerosene, 24 wt.% light oil and 13 wt.% wax, and the pyrolysis of PS produced 56 wt.% gasoline, 12 wt.% kerosene, 9 wt.% light oil and 13 wt.% wax.
