The extramedullary plasmacytoma is a neoplastic proliferation of plasmacytes in reticuloendothelial tissues, and it occurs most commonly in the head and neck area, especially in the upper respiratory tract and the oral cavity. The most frequent sites are the paranasal sinuses, nasal cavity and nasopharynx. If histologic diagnosis of plasmacytoma is confirmed, all screening tests are necessary to rule out multiple myeloma. The treatment and prognosis are different according to sites where the extramedullary plasmacytoma is originated. We experienced a case of extramedullary plasmacytoma that originated from the septum in a 60- year-old man. After the embolization, endoscopicgical removal of the mass was carried out. Its histopathologic finging revealed the plasmacytoma of lambda type. Systemic evaluations were done immediately and there was no evidence of systemic involvement. Additional radiotherapy (50 Gy) was performed. After ten months of treatment, there was no evidence of recurrence. So we report this case with a review of the literature. A Case of Endoscopic Surgical Treatment of the Middle Turbinate Headache Syndrome

Middle turbinate headache syndrome is rare, and the true incidence of headache from this cause is unknown. Pneumatizationor hypertrophy of the middle turbinate can result in its contact with the septum or the lateral nasal wall and may give rise toheadache in the periorbital region. It may occur in the absence of inflammatory sinus disease. Clinical history, nasal endoscopicexamination, and coronal CT -scan should point to the diagnosis. Treatment is achieved by relieving the contact point by medicalor surgical means. The authors experienced a case of middle turbinate headache syndrome, therefore we report this case witha review of literature.

모바일 게임은 PC 게임, TV 게임, 손바닥 게임 이후 4번째로 독립된 산업 영역으로 중요한 플랫폼이 될 것이다. 모바일 게임은 플랫폼, 이동, 습관 등 여러 이유에서 차이점이 있다. 전 세계의 모바일 게임 플레이어의 시장자료에 의하면 모바일 게임은 2007년 7억 8000만에서 2010년에는 18억6000만까지 증가할 것으로 보인다. 또한 수입은 421억달러에서 870억달러로 증가를 지속 될 것이다. 3차원 게임은 우리의 생활에서 중대한 게임으로 즐겨왔다. 수준 높은 게임으로 사용자의 필요성을 충족해 왔고, 강력한 시각적 효과와 3차원 디자인 플레이어로 사람들에게 더 매력적으로 성장해 왔다. 강력한 시각 효과와 애니메이션 효과가 너무 지대하여 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않다. 본 논문에서는 J2ME(자바 2 마이크로 버전) 기반의 3차원 응용 설계를 나타내었고 WTK(무선 툴킷) 시뮬레이션으로 3차원 화면에서 모바일 장치에 의한 키보드로 반응하는 3차원 물체의 자유로운 움직임을 나타내었다. Mobile games will be one of independent industries on game areas and take the fourth standing in the important platform since PC Games, TV Games, and Palm Games. There are several reasons why mobile games will differ in their platform, behaviors, and habits. According to the data of market consultation about the figure of mobile-game players throughout the world, the Mobile game will increase steadily from 780 million in 2007 to 1860 million in 2010. Also, market income will mount up from $42,100 million to $87,000 million. 3D games have been playing important roles in our lives. Satisfying users' needs in high-quality games, they have been growing and attracting more people with their powerful visual effects and the three-dimensional design player. We cannot emphasize their tremendous visual impacts and animation effects too much. This paper displays how to design 3D application based on J2ME (Java 2 Micro Edition) and shows free movement of 3D objects receiving and responding to the keyboard of mobile devices withWTK (Wireless ToolKit) simulator on the 3D screen.
