        서울시 경관관리의 실효성 제고방안에 관한 연구

        The study analyzed Urban Landscape Plans of Seoul based on the Landscape Law, as well as management and implementation system based on the Plan. Furthermore, it compared to those of the major Japanese cities, Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto, which have varied experiences in the system and operation regarding the urban landscape. Finally, it deduced suggestions to increase the efficiency of urban landscape management through the urban landscape plan in Seoul and other cities of Korea. The suggestions are as follows. First, in the aspect of system and contents of the urban landscape plan, association with other laws and systems should be pursued to solve the conflicts and as well enhance the efficiency. Moreover, it should choose prior strategy for the approach in stages and designate concrete landscape elements with management system. Second, in the aspect of urban landscape management scheme, it should prepare local guidelines and initiate regulation with concrete and quantitative standard. Third, in the implementation aspect, it needs to establish deliberation system to confirm the conformity with the guidelines and standards.

        뉴욕 역사지구(Historic District)의 경관관리 체계 및 특성 연구

        면적인 역사지구의 보전을 실행하기 위해서는 구체적인 제도적 수단의 기반을 마련하여 체계적인 관리방안을 구축하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 하지만, 우리나라의 역사지구 경관관리를 위한 계획여건 및 제도는 매우 미흡한 실정으로 실행에는 많은 어려움이 따른다. 본 논문은 역사지구경관관리의 선진 사례에 해당하는 뉴욕 역사지구의 경관관리 체계 및 특성 분석을 통하여 우리나라에서의 시사점을 찾고자 한다. 역사지구의 경관관리 체계를 제도, 계획 및 실행적 측면으로 분류하고, 제도적 측면의 경우 건축물의 상태유지, 건축행위 및 디자인의 심사, 도시계획적 요소관리에 대하여, 계획적 측면의 경우 지정보고서를 통한 기준설정, 일반지침 운영, 지구별 마스터플랜 수립에 대하여, 실행적 측면의 경우 집행에 따른 위반사항 처리, 다양한 인센티브 운용에 대하여 구체적으로 고찰한다. 이를 통하여 제도적 측면에서는 역사문화재조례를 통한 경관관리 및 모든 건축물에 대한 경관관리, 계획적 측면에서는 역사적 자료구축 및 구체적이고 실천적인 지침 제시, 실행적 측면에서는 강력한 집행과 다양한 지원체계라는 경관관리 특성을 도출하였다. 마지막 결론에서는 우리나라에서의 시사점을 제시한다. The literature suggests that historic districts conservation requires the implementation framework with systematic management scheme and specific measures. However, we lack adequate system to manage the landscape of historic districts so that it faces lots of difficulties. The study examined the system and characteristics of landscape management of historic districts in New York City for the purpose of drawing valuable implications. It explored the structure of landscape management of historic districts from the view of system, planning and implementation. From the system aspect, it studied adequate maintenance of the building, review system for the building activities and design, and management of the urban planning elements. From the planning aspect, it looked at the designation report, general guidelines, and master plans for the districts. From the implementation aspect, it reviewed the violation penalties and diverse incentives. The identified characteristics are management of historic landscape through Landmarks law for all the buildings within the districts, building up the historic materials, presentation of specific and practical guideline, and powerful enforcement and diverse incentives. Finally, implications are listed in the conclusion.

        대학 캠퍼스 건물 내부휴게공간의 공간적 특성에 관한 연구

        This study investigates the physical characteristics of indoor rest zones using the Space Syntax Method. A conceptual framework is based on analysis of design works presented in competitions(544 rest zones of 24 buildings on 7 campuses). The analysis on the unit type of rest zones showed that they were mostly available as open type, followed by semi-open type and outdoor rest places. On the other hand, by classifying the shape of whole building into traffic lines and nodal points, it was found that the buildings with 3 or more traffic lines have lower availability than others, because the buildings required more nodal points along a little higher complexity and zoning formed at increased nodal points between building masses. The analysis on the location of rest zones on traffic lines showed that hall type was most excellent in the level of availability. Finally, the analysis on the floor height showed that hall-like open rest places and outdoor places like rooftop garden functioned as a factor to enhance the integration of different spaces. In conclusion, this research will help the follow-up studies make spatial creation planning that may enhance the spatial efficiency and availability of Indoor rest zones on the campus.

        리조트 시설의 형태적 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to provide the design method of the resort facilities to give proper visual characteristics. For this purpose, SD(Semantic Differential Scale) technique was conducted as the main research method and SPSS(Statistical package for the Social Sciences) program was applied for statistical analysis. The results are summarized as follows : (1) The visual factors of resort facilities are defined Harmony, Identification, Order, Entertainment, Decoration and Clearness. (2) There visual factors are closely related to Nature, Shape, Formation, Display, Ornament and Material. (3) Therefore, when planning and designing resort facilities, these relationship can be applied very usefully in systematic fashion.

        주거기능의 도입을 위한 복합건축의 용도계획적 특성에 관한 연구 : 선진 외국사례를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to extract the factors in determining the components and to clarify the correlation of the factors and residential uses in MXDs. For this purpose, discriminant analysis was conducted as the main research method and SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) program was applied for statistical analysis. The results are summarized as follows : (1) The factors in determining the components are defined [Land Size], [Total Floor Space], [Development Density], [Development Entity], [Primary Use], [Site Location] and [Development Objectives]. (2) The factors affecting the Planning of the components are [Primary Use], [Development Objectives] and [Site Location]. (3) The significant internal items of these factors are 'U1(Office Uses)', 'U2(Retail Uses)', 'U3(Hotel Uses)', 'S1(Existing Residential District)', 'S3(CBD)', 'S5(Suburban CBD)' and 'O2(Community)'. (4) Through these results, we were able to extract the relationship of the internal items and residential uses.
