봉약침치료(蜂藥鍼治療)의 퇴행성슬관절염(退行性膝關節炎)에 대한 임상적(臨床的) 고찰(考察)

Objective : The study was performed to evaluate the effect of treatment for Osteoarthritis of knee joint by using Bee Venom Acupuncture that is well known for anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. Methods: We investigated 50 cases of patient with Osteoarthritis of knee joint from 1st July 2001 to 31st December 2002, 50 cases of patient with Osteoarthritis in knee joint treated at the department of acupuncture & moxibustion of Kyung-Won University Oriental Hospital were randomly selected for two group. One group was treated by Bee Venom Acupuncture therapy, the other group was treated by Filiform Acupuncture therapy. We studied nine-point scale and improvement degree of the grade of clinical symptoms. Results: 1. In the results of treatment, 88% were above "Good" of Bee Venom Acupuncture and 68% in Filiform Acupuncture . 2. In the nine-point scale. Bee Venom Acupuncture was more effective than Filiform Acupuncture. 3. In the improvement degree of the grade of clinical symptoms. Bee Venom Acupuncture was more effective than Filiform Acupuncture. Conclusions: In the treatment of Osteoarthritis of knee joint. Bee Venom Acupuncture can be regarded as more effective treatment than Filiform Acupuncture in the clinical practice. This is expected to be available for clinical use.

The purpose of this study is to collect and analyze the data of public sports center management institutions and experts in order to increase the profitability of the public sports center to improve the welfare of the sports isolated class. Therefore, it is necessary to search for ways to improve and utilize programs that enable anyone to participate in by establishing policy goals to strengthen the publicity. At the same time, it should establish marketing strategies and maximize profits to minimize the burden of participants. Expert Delphi analysis was conducted to derive the profitability plan of the public sports center for the welfare improvement of the sports disadvantaged class. As a result, the major classification was categorized into 3 factors, expanding national financial support, self-generating profit, and private cooperation. As a result of AHP analysis, the relative weights of the major item evaluation indexes were derived in the order of self-revenue, private cooperation and national financial support. In the situation where the integration of sports organizations for the advancement of sports has been achieved, public sports centers should play the role of front base.
상온 및 저온에서 암에르고미터 운동시 운동피로와 동작시간의 변화

The purpose of this study was analyze the changes of exercise-induced fatigue and motor time by environmental temperature(normal and low), and time during the submaximal arm-ergometer exercise. The subjects consisted of 7 male college students. The temperature of the body, Blood lactate concentration, heart, EMG were measured during submaximal exercise with intensity corresponding 60% Target Heart rates, and environmental temperature variations(25±1℃, 9±1%). The results of this study are the temperature of the body, blood lactate concentration, heart rate were significant(p<0.05)difference on the main effect of the time, however, there were no significant difference on the main effect of temperature and the enter action of time*temperature. Motor time were significant difference on the main effect of the temperature. Biceps activation were significant difference on the main effect of time and Triceps activation were no significant difference in the period and temperature. There were no changes of the temperature of the body, heart rates and blood lactate concentration under exercise-induced fatigue by the environmental temperature during the submaximal. The motor time was effective by environmental temperature.
유아체육 프로그램 참여자들의 수업환경과 시설에 따른 체력 분석

The purpose of this study was to provide fundamental resources to expand physical education program and to improve educational environment through comparative analysis of fitness(agility, balance, flexibility, muscular endurance, and power) according to participation types(age, time, number, sex, area, facility and team teaching) of physical education for the infant. As such, participation types of physical education program for the infant influenced on the fitness of the infant. Accordingly, time and area of a class for physical education program should be expanded to 40 mines and 120 space to improve physical fitness in the preschool. And, it is recommended to construct groups less than 25 children. The efficiency shall be maximized if equipment and facility are equipped together with assistant team teaching of nursery teachers. All in all, program diversification and environmental improvement are much more essential.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of loading intensity of weight training and circuit weight training on physical fitness by comparing the exercise results of student groups. College of physical education-bound students were sampled for the study. The sample was divided into five groups. Four groups exercised three sets of weight training with the loading intensity 80%, 50% of 1RM each and three times of circuit weight training with the same loading intensity for eight weeks while the other group did not do any training. Weight and circuit training proceeded according to the elements of physical fitness such as power, agility, flexibility, muscular fitness, muscular endurance, speed which are usually estimated in most physical ability tests for admission to a college of physical education. In conclusion, both the tested four groups and the regulated group displayed some different increase in the record after exercising. However, there was no record difference revealed due to training method. It is considered that the weight training effect which weight training and circuit weight training have in common led to this result.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of rope-skipping during 8 weeks to improve the physical fitness and develop the proper exercise program for obesity children. Subjects were 27 children for the rope-skipping group who were 5 and 6 grade in elementary school. The following conclusions are supported by the findings of this study: 1. On the rope-skipping group, there were significant differences of exercise period between first period and second period, second period and third period, first period and third period on the speed, the power, the muscular endurance, and the cardiorespiratory, and only between first period and third period on the %fat and flexibility. 2. On the rope-skipping group, there were significant differences of weight and %fat between light-obesity and heavy-obesity.

엔진소음은 내연기관에서 중요한 관심사중의 하나이다.<br/> 본 연구는 연소소음에 주요한 영향을 미치는 실린더 압력변동에 있어서 주파수 성분의 일반적 특성을 밝혔다. <br/> 각기 다른 연소거동과 그들의 주파수성분 분석을 위한 실린더 압력변동의 계산방법을 모색하였다. <br/> 주파수 성분은 4종류의 변수, 즉 실린더 압력볒동의 4종류 특성치를 갖는 선형 연소함수에 의하여 근사적으로 기술될 수 있음을 밝혔다. <br/> 마지막으로 4 종류의 변수의 상관관계는 연소거동이나 엔진운전조건에 관계없이 단지 엔진회전수의 차수(Order)에만 의존함을 밝혔다.

The purpose of this study was to figure out satisfaction of golf trainees by qualification types of golf instructors and by suggesting ideal qualification and satisfaction. Satisfaction of trainees (skill improvement, field rounding satisfaction, specialty of instructors, personality of instructors, psychological satisfaction of trainees, leisure satisfaction of trainees and instruction satisfaction) was analyzed according to general and golf related characteristics of trainees and qualification of golf instructors. Viewed comprehensively, instructor satisfaction of trainees in golf had higher for KPGA instructors than others in all area. Such specialized instructors enabled to popularize golf by maximizing physical effect and by revitalizing sports Participation. Therefore, qualification, as objective resource to guarantee specialty should be strictly controlled.
