상온 및 저온에서 암에르고미터 운동시 운동피로와 동작시간의 변화

The purpose of this study was analyze the changes of exercise-induced fatigue and motor time by environmental temperature(normal and low), and time during the submaximal arm-ergometer exercise. The subjects consisted of 7 male college students. The temperature of the body, Blood lactate concentration, heart, EMG were measured during submaximal exercise with intensity corresponding 60% Target Heart rates, and environmental temperature variations(25±1℃, 9±1%). The results of this study are the temperature of the body, blood lactate concentration, heart rate were significant(p<0.05)difference on the main effect of the time, however, there were no significant difference on the main effect of temperature and the enter action of time*temperature. Motor time were significant difference on the main effect of the temperature. Biceps activation were significant difference on the main effect of time and Triceps activation were no significant difference in the period and temperature. There were no changes of the temperature of the body, heart rates and blood lactate concentration under exercise-induced fatigue by the environmental temperature during the submaximal. The motor time was effective by environmental temperature.
