국내 온라인 기술시장에서 기술공급자의 기술 활용전략에 관한 실증 연구

온라인 기술시장은 기술거래에서 발생하는 거래비용을 낮춰줌으로써 기술공급자에게 기술을 외부적으로 활용할 기회를 제공할 것으로 기대된다. 이 논문은 온라인 기술시장의 존재가 기술공급자의 기술활용 전략에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 국내 온라인 기술시장 중 국가기술은행에 공급된 특허기술을 대상으로, 기술공급 기업이 온라인 기술시장에 제공하는 기술의 특성과 해당기업들이 보유하고 있는 특허기술의 특성을 비교하는 실증분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 기술공급 기업이 온라인 기술시장에 제공하는 기술의 특성이 진부화된 특허, 기술공급자의 특허활동이 활발하지 않은 비핵심 기술영역의 특허, 청구항수와 발명자수가 많은 특허인 것을 보여준다. 이와 같은 결과는 온라인 기술시장이 기술공급 기업들이 내부적으로 사용하지 않는 기술의 활용을 가능하게 하는 역할을 하고 있음을 의미한다. Online technology markets are expected to provide technology suppliers with opportunities of external technology exploitation by reducing the transaction costs caused from technology transactions. This study empirically analyzes the characteristics of patents provided to the online technology market in order to identify the influences of the existence of online technology market on the patent exploitation strategy of technology suppliers. A sample of patent database is drawn from the National Technology Bank which was established as a public online market for technology. Main findings are that the propensity of patents offered to the online marketplace is higher in the cases where the patents are obsolescent, are non-core, and that consist of more claims and inventors. Through the findings of this study the existence of online technology market is identified to enable the external exploitation of firms' non-used technologies.

Recently, weight reduction for an automobile component has been sought to achieve fuel efficiency and energy conservation. So many automobile components is producted by engineering plastic. Therefore this parts is important safety evaluation. In this paper, we presents effectiveness of leaking tester for safety evaluation in battery case made by injection molding. In oder to analyze the stress&displacement of this component, we need to conduct structure Finite Element Analysis. Test condition was decided using this work. And leaking tester is tested using test system, tester function was evaluation. Finally, it was conclude decision standard through results of test. Additionally, safety of impossible test condition is evaluated through FE analysis.

Recently, the virtual test techniques using computer has widely been used to reduce cost and time during vehicle component development period. So the analysis and test technique is required to predict, estimate, and validate the design specification such as forces acting to parts in the level of developing and designing. In this paper, we applied this virtual testing method to an analysis of strength test and thermal shock test of brake oil reserver in used commercial vehicles. In oder to analyze the stress of this component, we need to conduct structure & thermal Finite Element Analysis and techniques study. First, this research have dealt in analyzing process according to test standard. Then the brake oil reserver for sufficient strength has been investigated.

This paper present using the CAE to give Structure & Thermal Stress Analysis of a Brake Oil Reserver in Commercial Vehicles for pre-design test of Strength test and Thermal shock test. Brake Oil Reserver is the important component of brake system for vehicle safety. So it need sufficient design investigation according to test standard. CAE(Computed Aied Engineering) is essential to test and evaluate at design phase, because if design exchanged more time and expense will be wasted after production.
법과학에서 증거물의 유형 및 감정기관에 따른 주관적 신뢰도가 유죄 확신에 미치는 효과

본 연구에서는 법과학 증거물의 유형 및 감정기관이 사법적 의사결정자의 유죄 판단에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 구체적으로, 증거물의 유형(DNA, 머리카락)과 감정기관(국립과학수사연구소, 대검찰청 법과학연구소, 대학소속 전문기관)을 달리한 6개의 시나리오를 제작하여 직장인 363명에게 유죄확률과 각 감정기관에 대한 신뢰도를 확률로 응답하게 하였다. 각각의 유죄확률과 신뢰도의 차이는 반복측정 분산분석(Repeated Measures ANOVA)으로 분석되었으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, DNA에 대한 감정기관별 사후유죄확률은 감정기관이 대학소속 전문기관으로 명시되었을 때 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 머리카락에 대한 감정기관별 사후유죄확률은 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 셋째, 감정기관에 대한 신뢰도는 국립과학수사연구소가 가장 높았다. 본 연구는 DNA와 머리카락이 가지는 정보가(情報價)가 다름을 확인하고 감정기관별 신뢰도에 따른 영향력이 상이함을 검증한 것에 의의가 있다. This study was conducted to examine the type of forensic evidence and the effect of the appraisal agency on judgement of conviction of judicial decision makers. 363 respondents were interviewed about the probabilities of guilt. 6 scenarios with different types of evidences (DNA, hair) and the appraisal agencies (National institute of Scientific Investigation, Supreme Prosecutors’ Office Research Institute and University affiliated institution) were produced to respond to the probability of guilt. The reliability of each agency was also asked with probability. Using repeated measure ANOVA, the results are as follows; first, the post-probability of guilt by the types of agencies for DNA was the highest when the appraisal agency was designated as a university affiliated. Second, there was no significant difference among the agencies in the post-probability of guilt for hair. Third, the reliability of the National institute of Scientific Investigation was the highest. This study show that information on DNA and hair are different, and it is meaningful that it examined the effect according to the reliability of appraisal agency is different.
