선진국에서는 제2차 세계대전 이후부터 천연가스의 개발과 사용범위의 확대에 지대한 관심을 가져 왔으며, 현재는 중요한 에너지원으로서 뿐만 아니라 산유국 및 주변국 정세 불안에서 야기되는 석유수급 불안정을 해소하고 환경문제를 고려하여 수요가 급속도로 증가되고 있다. 국내의 경우, 선박 건조량이 세계점유율 35%에 달하며, LNG선 건조량 세계 1위의 조선해양산업국임에도 불구하고 국내 극저온 부품소재의 기술력의 저하로 인하여 극저온 버터플라이 밸브 등과 같은 핵심부품은 전량 수입에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 또한, LNG 및 LPG 저장기지와 이를 이용하여 발전을 하는 발전소 등에서도 극저온 유체를 제어하는데 사용되는 극저온 버터를 라이 밸브는 전량 수입에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. LNG 및 LPG 등은 미래의 핵심 청정연료이므로 이에 관련된 극저온 기술이 발전되어야 하며, 특히 극저온 버터플라이 밸브와 같은 핵심부품은 국산화가 시급한 시점이기에 본 논문에서는 극저온 환경 하에서 우수한 신뢰성과 안전성이 보장될 수 있는 극저온 버터플라이 밸브에 대한 유동-구조 연성해석을 이용한 강도평가를 수행하였다. But domestic industries depend on the whole quantity importation as a lowering of an extremely low temperature part material technology. An extremely low temperature technology which involving the LNG and LPG have to be developed because these are the core clean energy. Especially, it is imperative that the core part likes butterfly valve should be localized at this point in time. Butterfly valve applied an extremely low temperature fluid needs to high-technology in material, structural design, seat ring mechanism and production. This study implement strength evaluation using the thermal-structural analysis regarding an extremely low temperature butterfly valve guaranteed excellent integrity and safety under an extremely low temperature environment.

The demand of JIB crane is very increasingly as a diversity of ships or bulk vessel, which is equipped with JIB crane, have been recently built in shipbuilding companies. This study is how is the reaction force and the stress of JIB, according to luffing angles in loading through Finite Element Method. Adopted loading is applied a rated load and self-weight. In this study, it focuses on the luffing angle in which JIB crane stably very well.
미래 예측 시나리오 기법을 활용한 교양 글쓰기 교육 활성화 방안

Writing, basically, is a creative, future-oriented and practical act. As one of college general education, writing education must not depend on neglect the demand of the actual, but must not neglect it. The scenario technique of futures studies is educational methodology able to combine productively the essence of writing(creation, planning, and practice) with actual utility(actual use in life such as social demand, employment, etc.). A scenario of future expectation is multi-sided writing that incorporates creative imagination, actual recognition underlying imagination, a concrete method preparing for the future, etc, and that, at the same time, looks for the demerit of imagination and the actuality. Learners can have a valuable experience which writing and life becomes one and seeks together the future of themselves and the world doing writing about their imaginative world. A scenario on the future enables a learner to escape from old writing and grow to become the active subject of writing. Also, it can contribute to a learner learning 'ethics of the community living together' worrying about the future of society and human beings as well as his/her own future. This writing, referring to discussions of future scholars, divided the educational methodology of a scenario of future expectation into six as follows: 1) Proposal of the goal of writing a future expectation scenario, 2) Motivation for future expectation, 3) Creating a question, 4) Looking for materials, 5) Writing a scenario, 6) Examining a scenario, etc. It described details of each together with various examples.

The demand of JIB crane to handle a container or a bulk in a vessel is increasingly because of the growth of the scale of trade through the sea. This deck crane such as JIB crane is required the weight reduction design because it is installed in the deck of a vessel due to the environment regulation. In this study first we carry out the structural analysis of JIB with respect to the luffing angle of it to calculate the maximum equivalent stress of JIB, and next the optimum design for the weight reduction design of JIB. The thickness in a cross section of JIB is adopted as the design variable, the weight of JIB as the objective function, and the von mises stress as the constraint condition for the optimum design of JIB using the ANSYS 10.0.
Thermal NIL 용 스탬프 공정 수명에 관한 연구

Nano Imprint Lithography(NIL) is technique for copying a pattern from stamp with nano size pattern in order to replicated the materials. It is very important to demold in order to make NIL process effectively. Self Assembled Monolayers(SAM) coater is manufactured by means of decreasing surface energy with the stamp surface treatment to improve release characteristics. Manufactured device contains tilting and rotation option for increasing process life time by coating on the sidewall of the pattern in stamp. The stamp coated with optimized tilting angle 30° and rotation speed of 10rpm has more imprinting cycles than the stamping coated without tilting and rotation. Effective SAM coating on the sidewall of the pattern in stamp will improve by 50% of process life time.

In the study theoretical formulas are suggested for nonlinear finite element analysis of the reinforced concrete structural walls. The concrete nonlinearities are reflected in the constitutive relation of plane stress by strength magnification factor following stress ratio and by reduction factor which is accounted for nonlinear material properties of concrete. Rectangular elements with eight-nodes are used for concrete structures and truss elements are adopted for reinforcing bars in finite element formulation. The proposed analytical model is capable of predicting the stress-strain relationship of structural walls within reasonable accuracy. The predictions of the model are compared with experimental results reported in the literature and the comparisons are judged to be good.
