본 연구는 전자상거래 환경에서 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 사용자들이 인식하고 있는 품질 요인을 찾아내고, 이러한 품질 요인들이 사용자에게 만족을 가져다주는지, 또한 어떤 요인들이 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 사용도에 영향을 주는 지를 측정하고, 측정된 사용도와 사용자 만족이 전자상거래 환경에서의 충성도인 e-로열티에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 조사하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 웹 사이트 형태로 제공되는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 품질 요인 중 정보 품질, 시스템 품질, 서비스 품질 모두가 사용도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 웹 사이트 형태로 제공되는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 품질 요인 중 정보 품질, 시스템 품질, 서비스 품질 모두가 사용자 만족에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 사용자 만족은 사용도에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기존의 충성도에 관한 연구와 마찬가지로 사용도와 사용자 만족은 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 e-로열티에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 실무에서 자사의 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사용자들의 사용자 만족을 높이기 위해서는 정보 품질, 시스템 품질, 서비스 품질 모두에 대한 지속적인 유지관리가 필요하며, 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 사용도를 높이기 위해서는 품질 변수 이외에 사용도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해서도 지속적인 연구가 필요하겠다. 그리고 실무적으로도 e-로열티를 높이기 위해서는 단발적인 방문 빈도나 구매 빈도를 높이는 것보다는 지속적 방문과 선호도, 다른 사람에게 긍정적인 구전률을 높이도록 하는 것이 더 높은 성과를 나타낼 것으로 보인다. The purpose of this study is to reconstruct the IS success model published in 1992 by Delone & McLean while recognizing the necessity of developing a new form of appreciation model for customers with quality measurement of the Internet shopping malls which needs multi-dimensional analysis. The specific purposes of this paper can be described as follows; First, on the basis of the existing studies, after classifying the quality of the Internet shopping mall into system quality, information one and service one, and deciding the component items of each quality, to ascertain whether or not these three quality factors determine the quality of the Internet shopping mall. Second, to look about how these quality factors have influenced on use degree of the Internet shopping mall and user satisfaction, and again how these use degree and a user satisfaction have influenced on e-Loyalty. The result shows that the quality of the Internet shopping mall had a significant effect on the user satisfaction, and use degree and user satisfaction had a significant effect on e-Loyalty. Implications of this study include the following: the researcher would like to look into what is the factors determining the quality of the Internet shopping mall, and into how these factors have influenced on e-Loyalty of customers in the long run. They might be used as means for firms to obtain a competitive advantage.
산업유형과 기업규모를 고려한 e-비즈니스 채택요인과 기업성과간의 관련성 분석

The purpose of this study is to investigate relationship e-business adoption factors and firm performance and to differed with the organizational size and the type of industry. To accomplish these research purposes, this study performed a survey and 109 responses were used for statistical analysis. The research results are as follows: First, e-business adoption factors were mainly focus on top management support, technology compatibility. Second, technology compatibility, perceived e-business advantage, top management support, competitive pressure have a positive effect on firm performance in significant level. Third, the relationship between e-business adoption factors and firm performance was partially differed by firm's size and the type of industry, the organization is involved in.
개인의 성향을 고려한 SNS(Social Network Service)의 지속적인 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증연구

This study examined how effect of main cause of intention to use SNS continuously affects perceived usefulness and use intention, through suggesting social identity, subjective norm, and individual innovation. Also, a research model was designed to investigate moderating effects according to personal characteristic, whether introversion or extroversion. A total of 206 copies of data were analyzed by using a structural equation model and research hypotheses were proved with AMOS 7.0 package. The results are summarized as follows. First, it is shown that the above mentioned three factors have positive effects on perceived usefulness of continuous SNS use via perceived usefulness. Second, social identity and individual innovation depend on individual personality, as a result of moderating effect analysis. Particularly extroverts thought more highly on usefulness perceived individual innovation, while introverts did the same on their social identity.

This paper is purpose to research purchase decision factors considering transaction cost in electronic commerce. Basis of prior research, this study tested empirically purchase decision factors considering tranaaction cist in electronic commerce. In this study, transaction cost was influenced by human asset specificity, brand name specificity, product uncertainty, Process uncertainty and frequency, And purchase decision in electronic commerce was influenced by transaction cost.. ln the conclusion. study`s limitations and implications treated.
u-Learning 시스템 속성이 지각된 상호작용성 및 학습성과에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to identify the negative factors affecting personnel u-Learning acceptance and to analyze the interrelation among the factors in this research model. The two independent variables avoidable convenience and reliant convenience, based on pilot test results, and learning performance and perceived interactivity, based on the relevant literature, are used to examine the research model. The research problem was tested with data collected from 577 respondents in 23 universities. This study developed and empirically analyzed a model representing the relationship by using the Structural Equation Model. The major findings of this study are, firstly, that the higher reliant convenience is negatively affecting the degree of system use and learner`s satisfaction, whereas avoidable convenience is only affecting the learner`s satisfaction. Secondly, the higher learning performance and stronger perceived interactivity affects the degree of system use as well as learner`s satisfaction. Finally, the degree of system use affects the learner`s satisfaction.
