In the present study, surface temperature measurement of the cylinder head was done in a diesel Engine by K-type and E-type thermocouples. The thermocouples are welded on the surface of the cylinder head to measure the surface temperature, and drawn out through the hole of safety valve. A connector is designed and manufactured in the hole of safety valve, and Ceramic bond was used to prevent the leakage of combustion gas. Surface temperature distribution of the cylinder head have been measured with various engine torque. The results show that the surface temperature of exhaust valve side is much higher than other parts.<br/>
열피로가 부가된 Carbon-Epoxy 복합재료의 탄성계수 변화에 관한 연구

Composite materials have been increasingly used in automotive and aircraft industries, naturally leading to active researches on the materials. Carbon-epoxy composites, one of major composite materials, are investigated to determine their thermal characteristics. Under conditions of thermal fatigues composed of repeated heatings and coolings, variations of elastic constants are studied for the carbon-epoxy composites to reveal the thermal nature of the composites. In general, composite materials are known to have decreasing elastic constants with increasing temperatures. However, in contrary to this commonly observed behavior, the results obtained in this investigation for the elastic constants of the carbon-epoxy composites show unexpected phenomena in that the elastic constants initially increase with increasing temperatures to certain point and decrease later with further increase in temperatures when the carbon-epoxy composites are subjected to thermal fatigues. 자동차, 항공기 및 기타 산업에서 복합재료의 사용은 증가되어 왔고 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 복합재료중의 하나인 Carbon-epoxy 복합재료의 열 특성에 관하여 알아보았다. 반복적인 냉각과 가열이 부가되는 열 피로에서 복합재료의 탄성계수의 변화를 관찰하여 봄으로써 복합재료가 가지고 있는 여러 열 특성에 관하여 연구하였다. 일반적으로 복합재료는 온도가 증가하면 탄성계수가 감소한다고 알려져 있다. 이러한 결과와는 달리 본 연구에서 수행한 실험에서는 열 피로가 부가되었을 때에는 어느 정도 온도까지는 탄성계수가 증가하다가 다시 감소하는 특이한 현상을 관찰할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate relationship e-business adoption factors and firm performance and to differed with the organizational size and the type of industry. To accomplish these research purposes, this study performed a survey and 109 responses were used for statistical analysis. The research results are as follows: First, e-business adoption factors were mainly focus on top management support, technology compatibility. Second, technology compatibility, perceived e-business advantage, top management support, competitive pressure have a positive effect on firm performance in significant level. Third, the relationship between e-business adoption factors and firm performance was partially differed by firm's size and the type of industry, the organization is involved in.
열적 피로 및 충격이 부가된 Carbon-Epoxy 복합재료의 기계적 특성에 관한 연구

자동차, 항공기 및 기타 산업에서 복합재료의 사용은 증가되어 왔고 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 복합재료중의 하나인 carbon-epoxy 복합재료의 열 특성에 관하여 알아보았다. 반복적인 냉각과 가열이 부가된 후 복합재료의 탄성계수의 변화를 관찰하여 봄으로써 복합재료가 가지고 있는 여러 열 특성에 관하여 여러 열 특성에 관하여 연구하였다. 이 연구에서는 G(sub)13값은 약한 감소하기는 하였으나 별다른 변화를 보이지 않았으며 열충격의 경우가 열피로의 경우보다 변화량이 작았다. $E_1$값은 가해진 온도와 가열 횟수에 따라하여 조금씩 증가하였고,$ E_2$, G(sub)23값은 열피로의 경우 처음에는 어느 정도 그 값이 감소하나 가해진 횟수에는 큰 영향을 받지 않았으며 열충격의 경우에는 온도에 따라 다른 현상을 보였다. Applications of composite materials have been in progress noticeably in manufacturing areas of automotive, aircraft and in other industries, resulting in ensuing research activities. Carbon-epoxy, one of major composite materials, is investigated for its thermal characteristics. Upon treatments of the composite material with repeated heatings and coolings variations of its elastic constants are monitored to reveal the thermal nature of the composite material. In this study, generally, changes in elastic constants are observed to occur mostly during the first 10~20 thermal cycles. Values of G(sub)13 remain almost unchanged except a minor decrease. However in the observed small changes thermal shocks produce less effect than thermal fatigues. On the other hand, values of $E_1$show gradual increases with the num-ber of applied thermal cycles and temperatures. Meanwhile, values of $E_2$ and G(sub)23 decrease to a certain extent in the early stage during the applications of thermal cycling but are not appreciable affected by frequencies of thermal cy-cles. Also, thermal shocks are observed to induce different effects depending on treatment temperatures.
u-Learning 시스템 속성이 지각된 상호작용성 및 학습성과에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to identify the negative factors affecting personnel u-Learning acceptance and to analyze the interrelation among the factors in this research model. The two independent variables avoidable convenience and reliant convenience, based on pilot test results, and learning performance and perceived interactivity, based on the relevant literature, are used to examine the research model. The research problem was tested with data collected from 577 respondents in 23 universities. This study developed and empirically analyzed a model representing the relationship by using the Structural Equation Model. The major findings of this study are, firstly, that the higher reliant convenience is negatively affecting the degree of system use and learner`s satisfaction, whereas avoidable convenience is only affecting the learner`s satisfaction. Secondly, the higher learning performance and stronger perceived interactivity affects the degree of system use as well as learner`s satisfaction. Finally, the degree of system use affects the learner`s satisfaction.

The development of a mathematical model for predicting the radiative heat flux on the slab surface and the temperature distribution in the slab is described and preliminary model predictions are presented. By taking account of the radiative heat exchange between the slab and its surroundings in the furnace and the conductive heat transfer in the slab, the model can predict the radiative heat flux on the slab and the temperature distribution in the slab throughout the reheating furnace. The thermal radiation in the furnace and transient conduction in the slab are calculated using the finite volume method. In this work, we firstly investigated how the presence of the skid structure affects heat transfer characteristics and temperature behavior of the slab. And then, heat transfer characteristics and temperature behavior of the slab is investigated by changing such various parameters as furnace charging speed or furnace residence time, and emissivity of slab.
