조직몰입, 고과공정성 그리고 고과수단성의 관계에 관한 연구

This study analyzed the main effect on organizational commitment of organizational justice factors and the moderating effects of appraisal instrumentality on the relationship of three justice factors(distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice) and organizational commitment. Hypotheses were tested by surveying 468 employees of four university. This results suggest following important implications. First, all three justice factors are essential to enhance the level of organizational commitment in appraisal about employee of university. Second, especially, the moderating effects of appraisal instrument found only between distributive justice and organization commitment.
치과위생사의 환자안전문화 인식이 환자안전관리활동에 미치는 영향

Objectives: The study aimed to investigate the influence of perceived patient safety culture on patient safety management activity in the dental hygienists. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 292 dental hygienists in Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggido from March 1 to April 8, 2016. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects (9 items), patient safety culture (44 items), and patient safety management activity (25 items) by Likert 5 point scale. Data were analyzed by t test, one way ANOVA, stepwise multiple regression test, and post-hoc Tukey test using SPSS 18.0 program. Results: The perceived patient safety culture was 3.50 on average. Entire organization was the highest score (3.68) and followed the communication process (3.55), the environment of work unit (3.47), the attitude of supervisor/ manager (3.45), and the frequency of events reported (2.98). The average of patient safety management activity was 3.71. As for the factors of patient safety culture on patient safety management activity, communication process was the most influential factor (β =0.268), and followed the entire organization (β =0.265), the environment of work unit (β =0.166), the frequency of events reported (β =0.104), and among the control variables. Work place proved to be the only significant variable. Conclusions: In order to promote patient safety management activity of dental institutions, the patient safety culture should be created and established. The influence of communication process and patient safety culture at entire organization level was huge. So the environment of work unit and the perceived patient safety culture in the process of reported events were influencing factors. The strategy for patient safety management activity should be considered because of low level of perceived patient safety culture.

기존에 흔히 볼 수 있는 수도의 원리상 적절한 온도를 맞추는 데 시간과 어려움이 있다. 온수 방향으로 꼭지를 돌리게 되면 내부온수배관의 물의 양이 많아지고, 냉수 방향으로 돌리게 되면 냉수배관의 물의 양이 많아지게 된다. 이 과정에서 자신이 필요한 적절한 온도를 찾기 위해 꼭지를 좌우로 돌리며 온도를 맞춰야 한다. 이 필요성을 덜기 위해 아두이노를 이용한 수온조절 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 아두이노의 수온센서와 스텝모터를 이용하여 구현하며 제안하는 시스템을 통해 어린아이를 목욕시키거나 하는 상황에 큰 편리성을 가져다 줄 것이다. 기존에 발표된 시스템과 달리 단순한 기능만을 가지며 저렴한 이 시스템은 향후 일반가정에 좀 더 보급되기 적합하여 많은 사람들이 화상의 위험과, 물의 소비를 줄이는데 도움을 줄 것이다.

최근 IoT 기술의 발전함에 따라, 사용자들은 스마트폰을 통해 각종 전자 기기를 관리할 수 있게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 실외의 다양한 환경 정보를 이용하여 사용자가 객관적인 판단을 할 수 있는 IoT 기반 실시간 기상관측 시스템을 소개한다. 본 시스템을 통해 사용자는 내부에서 실외의 환경을 알 수 있어 오늘의 기상정보를 알 수 있도록 한다. 향후 다양한 환경정보 및 정밀한 센서를 사용하여 각 가정 및 농업분야에 보급되면 기상청에서도 보다 세밀하고 많은 데이터를 얻는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

This paper aims to examine the impact of R&D organization culture(diversity, autonomy, redundancy and connectivity) to Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Information Technology Companys. Hypotheses were tested by surveying 250 employees at R&D Gumi Industrial Complex. The findings of research are as follows : First, three factors of R&D organizational culture had a significant positive effect on the organizational commitment except redundancy. Second, two factors of organizational culture in R&D organizational culture had a significant positive effect on the organizational citizenship behavior except autonomy and redundancy. it is shown reliable criterion to effective organizational management in small and medium enterprises.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of preventive treatment experience on scaling fear level. Methods: A total of 259 adults who had visited the dental clinic were analyzed. The results were summarized as follows. Statistical analysis of the collected data was performed using the SPSS WIN 20.0 statistical program. The general characteristics, scaling experience, and the characteristics of the subjects were analyzed. Frequency of scaling according to general characteristics was analyzed by independent sample t-test, Scaling fears according to treatment experience were tested by t-test. Correlation analysis was performed for scaling fears according to the reliability of dental hygienist. Regression analysis was carried out to investigate factors affecting scaling fear. Results: Level of fear during scaling was higher in females (3.03) than in males (2.54) and that after scaling was scored higher in females (2.68) than in males (2.34) by general characteristics (p<0.001). The adults who were not healthy in oral health showed the highest levels of fear during (3.29) and after (3.00) scaling by oral health status (p<0.001). Adults who had brushing education experience showed lower fear level than those who did not after scaling (p<0.01) according to the experiences of preventive treatments. With respect to the correlation of trust level to the dental hygienists with the scaling fears, it showed higher in the trust level (-0.688) as lower level of scaling fear (-0.642) in the scaling (p<0.01). Confidence level of dental hygienist (-0.661), brushing education experience (-0.121), and oral health status (-0.121) were influenced upon the regression analysis. Conclusions: Oral health education and dental hygiene education are increasing. It is thought that active efforts are needed to promote and maintain oral health.
