지시적 심상요법이 항암화학요법 환자의 우울과 불안 감소에 미치는 효과

N/A The purpose of this study was to elucidate the effects of guided imagery program on decreasing depression and anxiety level in cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. The subjects for this study were admitted to the general cancer unit receiving chemotherapy at S Hospital in P City. The experiment was devised with a nonequivalent control group using pretest- posttest design. Data were analyzed by χ²- test, t-test, ANCOVA, Repeated Measures ANOVA, with SPSS/Win 11.0 program. The results were as follows: The First hypothesis, Which was that the depression level in the experimental group, who received the guided imagery program, would be less than the control group who did not receive the guided imagery program, was supported(F=57.55, p=.000). The Second hypothesis, Which was that the anxiety level in the experimental group, who received the guided imagery program, would be not less than the control group who did not receive the guided imagery program, was not supported(F=3.06, p=.091). but, time & group, would be less than the control group who did not receive the guided imagery program was supported(F=37.45, p=.000). The conclusion, thus verify that the guided imagery program provided to cancer patients receiving cancer therapy was an effective method in decreasing their depression and anxiety, which might be used as a valuable intervention in nursing care when applied to cancer patients for the emotional and psychological problems experiencing during their therapies.
어린이집 원장의 리더십유형과 직무만족, 조직몰입의 관계에서 교사효능감의 매개효과

어린이집은 인간관계가 밀접한 조직으로, 어린이집원장이 발휘하는 리더십은 교사효능감을 증진시키고, 직무에 대한 만족과 조직에 몰입하게 하여 보육 및 교육의 질적 향상에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인이 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 어린이집 원장의 리더십 유형이 교사효능감을 매개로 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 대하여 확인으로써 어린이집 원장의 바람직한 리더십 유형과 어린이집교사의 효능감을 증진 시키고, 직무만족에 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초 자료의 제공 및 효율적인 조직의 목표 달성과 조직몰입 증진방안 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다. The Daycare Center is an organization closely related to human relations, and the leadership of daycare center director makes a job satisfaction and organizational commitment as well as promotes teacher efficacy. As a result, leadership is an important variable influencing the quality improvement of care and education. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of leadership type of Daycare center director on job satisfaction and organizational commitment through teacher efficacy, so to find out what type of leadership is desirable for daycare center director and to improve not only promoting the efficacy of daycare center teachers, but also providing an efficient way to help job satisfaction.

URC(Uniform Resource Identifier} 로봇은 기존의 로봇 자체에서 처리하던 기능을 네트워크를 통하여 외부로 분산시켜 외부의 센싱 기능과 프로세싱 기능을 활용하여 효율적으로 구동하기 위한 것이다. 즉 많은 파워가 요구되는 센싱 기능이나 프로세싱 기능을 외부에 있는 서버를 활용하여 서비스를 제공함으로써 간단한 로봇으로도 고도의 서버를 제공이 가능토록하여 가격 경쟁력을 갖도록 하기 위함이다. 본 논문에서는 URC 로봇을 원격에서 모니터링 및 제어가 가능하도록 웹 서비스 기술을 임베디드 시스템 환경에 맞게 최적화하였다. 웹 서비스는 인터넷 기반의 SOAP 프로토콜을 통하여 교환되는 XML 기반 메시지를 통하여 다른 응용 에이전트들과 직접적인 상호작용을 지원함으로서 이기종간 호환 및 표준 플랫폼을 지원할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 URC 시범서비스 참가 로봇인 네토로(한울로보틱스)에 본 연구결과를 적용하여 기능 및 안정성을 검증하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the prevalence and risk factors of sleep disturbance among the community resident elderly. Method: 108 elderly were included in this study and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including x²-test, t-test and stepwise discriminant analysis. Result: The prevalence of sleep disturbance was 59.2%. The significant variables which explain the occurrence of sleep disorder were depression, health state and age. Depression was the most important risk factor, the hit ratio of discriminant function was 63.9%. Conclusion: From this study, we now know that it is very important to develop intervene stratege for the depression to promotion sleep of the elderly.

The Equilibrium Theory is one of the key theories on the study of maintenance and continuance of organization. A contributor or paricipant of the business organization has been given the needed incucements and motivated to join in business. To keep this situation balanced is, so-called, the organization equilibrium. C.I. Barnard was the first to research this, and that J.G. March and H.A. Simon advanced it. Modern organization theory is not only the equilibrium theory but continuance theory of organization. That is, the continuance of business administration organization relies on the willingness to cooperate with which the participants in business try to devote themselves to business. The organization itself is not only combined with its members and assets but a kind of behaviour system which every member makes an effort to contribute. On a view of dynamics, organization remains, prospers and deceases in process of its formation, disorganzation and reformation. But taking consideration into going concern, it is necessary that we should plan to strike a balance of business administration organization. We can write down the proposition of this theory as follows: The continuance and growth of organization=inducements ≥ contribution The basic idea of this theory was established by C.I.Barnard. But it implied many problems such as incorrect statistical measures and the defects of objectivity. These problems were more or less rearranged and improved by so-called March-Simon's equilibrium theory. Especially March-Simon's general models of organization equilibrium are a great success in this field. In the future, these problems mentioned above will be a challenge to workers in this field how we shall diminish the defects to the minimum and how perfectly we can progress it.
