능이 버섯이 고지방식이에 의한 고지혈증 비만 쥐에 미치는 영향

능이버섯의 항비만 건강식품으로서의 이용가능성을 분석하였다. 고지방식이에 의해 유도된 비만쥐에 6주 동안 능이버섯 분말을 섭취시켜, 능이버섯의 효과를 알아보기 위하여 비만지수, 혈청지질, 장기무게 등의 여러 가지 요인들을 분석하였다. 고지방식이를 먹인 쥐 혈청의 중성지방, 총콜레스테롤 및 Ldl은 유의적으로 증가하였으나 능이버섯분말을 먹인 쥐는 증가하지 않았다. 고지방식이 쥐에서 Rohrer index는 대조군에 비해 유의적으로 증가하였으나 버섯 분말을 섭취한 쥐는 Rohrer index가 유의적으로 감소하였다. 특히 몸무게에 대한간 무게의 비율은 대조군에 비해 비만식이 쥐에서 높았다. 이러한 결과들은 버섯을 먹인 쥐에서의 비만지수와 장기무게의 유의적인 변화는 혈청에서 중성지방의 감소 때문인 것으로 생각된다. 그렇기 때문에 능이버섯은 비만과 관련된 질병을 막을 수 있는 건강식품의 하나로 이용 될 수 있는 가능성이 있다. The mushroom, Sarcodon aspratus was tested for its possibility of being a health food against corpulence. The mushroom powder was fed to rats with high-fat diet-induced corpulence for 6 weeks. To measure its effects, various factors such as obesity index, serum lipid, and organ weight were analyzed and compared. The group fed a high-fat diet showed a significant increase in the levels of triglyceride, total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol in serum. However, this increase was not shown in the group fed mushroom powder. The R hrer index (one of many obesity indexes) was higher in the group fed a high-fat diet compared to that of control group. However, there was a significant decrease in the R hrer index in the group fed with mushroom powder. Especially, the increased ratio of liver to body weight was observed in the group fed a high-fat diet compared to the control group. These results suggest that the significant changes in obesity index and organ weight in the group fed with mushroom powder are due to the decreased level of serum triglyceride. Thus, there is a possibility for Sarcodon aspratus to become a heath food that can prevent diseases related to corpulence.
경북지역 중년 여성의 비만에 대한 관심도와 식생활 행동에 대한 연구 - 영양지식 및 성격특성을 중심으로

This study was attempted to investigate the effect of the interest of obesity, nutrition knowledge and specific charcter and eating behavior and also, the relation of eating behavior. The investigation has been made on the basis of questionaires to 130 middle-aged women residing in Kyungbuk area.<BR> The summarized results are as follows:<BR> - The interest of obesity score of total subject is when the possible maximum score is 50 and their interest of obesity has been classified 3 groups; good, average, and bad. The average interest of obesity of total subject is 66.2% when the possible maximum score is 50, good group is 17.7% and bad group is 16.1%.<BR> - The higher nutrition knowledge score of respondents, the better their eating behavior and those whose score was high in the emotional stability and reflection have a good eating behavior.<BR> On this study, reasonable eating behavior on the middle-aged women were essential for health influenced nutrition knowledge. Therefore it is important grafting learning of nutrition knowledge and acting of eating behavior.
농작업자의 근골격계질환 예방과 작업 효율성 향상을 위한 농작업 편이장비의 평가

The packing and sorting processes of grape are required repetitive movements to need considerable physical load for a long time. And thereby, there is strong possibility to cause musculoskeletal disorders. In this study, ergonomically designed convenience equipments of worktable and handcart are introduced for improvement of the working movements and less physical load to increase the work efficiency. For objective analysis of the movements and the workload between the ones before and after the improvement, we measured heart rate, OWAS, RULA, REBA, LMM, moving Line and work time. Also, we used a checklist of physical fatigue regions to confirm the subjective evaluation of physical load of workers. As the result of study, it showed lower heart rate, value of Working Postures (OWAS, RULA, REBA) and LMM in the work after introduction of those convenient equipments than the work of before the introduction. The work time and moving Line were shortened and the number of grape boxes packed within the same work time was increased, too. Also the overall load as the subjective evaluation was reduced.

This paper objected which prevented the accident occurrence of the related farm work, and developed the evaluation indicators for safety supervision on life environment of farmer and farm work to evaluate the health of farm worker and a musculoskeletal disorders. We selected the evaluation item to 82 items for executing the secondary Delphi investigation and the literature research which composed the farm work relationship specialist conference. We applied the index production of the evaluation indicators to decide the detailed element weight from the element which is farm work, the farm machine and the organization, farm workshop, dangerous substance, and life environment through the AHP techniques. Through the result, we can apply other ergonomic evaluation instrument of farm work field, but also the evaluation indicators for safety supervision on farm work.
