F-18 FDG PET/MRI와 PET/CT 전신 영상에서 VOI를 이용한 정상부위의 $SUV_{LBM}$-최대치에 의한 영상평가

본 연구의 목적은 26명의 건강한 검진자들을 대상으로 PET/CT와 PET/MRI의 전신 영상에서 조기 정밀/ 진단 수준을 향상하고자 관심부피를 이용하여 정상부위의 $SUV_{LBM}$-최대치를 이용하여 PET/CT와 PET/MRI를 조영제 사용 유무와 관계없이 동시 평가할 수 있는 데이터를 구축하고자 하였다. 전신 F-18 FDG PET/CT와 전신 F-18 FDG PET/MRI의 정상부위의 VOI를 이용한 $SUV_{LBM}$-최대치평가는 PET/CT를 기준으로 PET/MRI의 영상은 매우 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.0001). 그러나 통계학적으로 높은 상관관계를 가진다(R>0.8). PET/MRI의 $SUV_{LBM}$ 평가 시 26.3% 감소하여 판단할 것과 조영제를 사용할 경우는 29.3% 감소하여 판단할 것으로 생각한다. PET/CT와 PET/MRI의 모든 영상의 판독에서는 $SUV_{LBM}$-최대치를 사용하는 것이 편리성과 효율성을 고려하여 임상의나 연구자들에게 많은 도움이 되리라 판단된다. The purpose of this research is to compare and analyze $SUV_{LBM}$-maximum of normal regions using VOI (the volume of interest) in order to enhance the diagnostic level in whole body images of PET/CT and PET/MRI for 26 health check-up participants. In particular, we try to set up $SUV_{LBM}$-maximum data that can be used in synchronous evaluation for PET/CT and PET/MRI without contrast media. The evaluation of $SUV_{LBM}$-maximum for normal regions of whole body PET/CT and whole body PET/MRI shows that the image of PET/MRI differs very significantly from the reference image of PET/CT (p<0.0001). However, they exhibit high correlations in view of statistics (R>0.8). From this research, we suggest that the decision in the evaluation of $SUV_{LBM}$-maximum for PET/MRI should be made with the reduction of about 26.3%, while one should decide with the reduction of about 29.3% when the contrast media is used. It is helpful to interpret all image of PET/CT and PET/MRI using $SUV_{LBM}$-maximum for convenience and efficiency.

본 연구의 목적은 건강한 검진자들을 대상으로 F-18 FDG PET/CT 전신 영상에서 진단 수준을 향상하고자 관심부피를 이용하여 정상부위의 SUVs, 즉 SUVLBM, SUVBW, SUVBSA의 데이터를 마련하였다. 각각의 최대치(maximum), 평균치(mean), 표준편차(standard deviation), 역치(threshold)를 제시 하고자 한다. 2012년 7월부터 8월까지 전신 F-18 FDG PET/CT 검사를 시행한 총 31명을 대상으로 SUVs를 측정 하였다. 측정의 정확도를 높이고자 핵의학 전문의의 소견으로 이중에서 26명의 건강한 수검자를 대상으로 하였다. 조영제 사용유무와 관계없이 PET/CT의 SUVs 측정에서 SUVBW의 측정치가 가장 높았으며, SUVLBM, SUVBSA 순으로 나타났다. SUVLBM-최대치를 이용하여 조영제를 사용하지 않은 군과 사용한 군을 비교했을 경우, 조영제를 사용했을 경우 측정치가 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, 8부위 중 간, 대동맥, 요추-5, 소뇌는 매우 유의하게 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). PET/CT의 모든 영상의 판독에서 본 SUVs 데이터가 조기정밀/진단 수준을 향상 하는데 기초 자료가 될 것이라고 판단되며, VOI를 이용한 연구가 활발히 이루어지길 기대한다. Through this research, we measure the data for several SUVs such as SUVLBM, SUVBW, and SUVBSA using volume of interest in order to enhance the diagnostic level in whole-body image for healthy examinees via F-18 FDG PET/CT. Maximum value, mean value, standard deviation, and threshold value for each SUVs are shown. The measurement of SUVs are carried out with 31 examinees who have taken whole-body examination with F-18 FDG PET/CT from July, 2012 to August, 2012. To secure the preciseness of measurement, we selected 26 healthy examinees as a subject of measurement according to diagnostic view of a nuclear-medical doctor. We see from the measurement of SUVs of PET/CT that the value of SUVBW is hightest and followed by SUVLBM and SUVBSA in turn regardless of the use of contrast media. By comparing the SUVLBM-maximum data for the group used contrast media with those for the group used no contrast media, there found a trend that the measured values increase when the contrast media are used. Among them, liver, aorta, lumbar-5, and Cerebellum exhibit significant difference (p<0.05). We conclude that our data for SUVs would be basic references in overall image interpretation, and hope that the research using VOI would be active.

2021학년도와 2022학년도 원격교육지원에 대한 교수 수요도 조사 비교: 대구지역 D전문대학을 대상으로

본 연구에서는 교수 수요도 조사를 통하여 원격 수업에 필요한 환경을 조성하기 위한 기초 자료를 확보하고자 하였다. 본교 전임교원 184명 중 각각 2021학년도 응답자 73명(39.89%)과 2022학년도 응답자 87명(47.28%)을 그 대상으로 하였다. 교수 수요도 조사 결과 2021학년도에는 LMS 개선항목으로 출석체크 시 차시 구분이 27명(37%), 콘텐츠 개발 지원항목으로 핀 마이크 38명(23.3%), 스튜디오를 활용한 콘텐츠 제작의향에서는 그렇다가 26명(35.6%), 현재 사용하고 있는 동영상 편집 프로그램 항목으로는 곰 믹스가 33명(45.2%), 원격교육지원센터의 교육희망 주제는 동영상편집방법이 25명(34.2%)로 가장 많이 나타났다. 2022학년도에는 LMS 개선항목으로 모바일 업그레이드가 27명(31.03%), 콘텐츠 개발 지원항목으로 핀 마이크 52명(59.8%), 스튜디오를 활용한 콘텐츠 제작의향에서는 그렇다가 33명(37.9%), 현재 사용하고 있는 동영상 편집 프로그램 항목으로는 곰 믹스 프로가 47명(54%), 원격교육지원센터의 교육희망 주제는 콘텐츠 제작방법이 23명(26.4%)로 가장 많이 나타났다. 또한 2021학년도와 2022학년도 스튜디오를 활용하여 콘텐츠를 제작할 의향과 차후 원격교육지원센터의 희망 교육주제는 유의하지 않게 나타났다(p > 0.05). 본 원격교육지원센터에서는 LMS의 출석차시 구분을 해결하고, 모바일 업그레이드에 노력하고 있으며, 핀 마이크 보급을 계획하고 있다. 스튜디오의 활용도를 높이고 동영상편집프로그램의 활용법과 동영상 콘텐츠를 제작하는 방법에 대한 교육을 계획하고 있다. 대학 원격수업에서 원활한 수업이 이루어지기 위해서는 대학당국에서 교수자의 학습목표 설정, 콘텐츠 구성 및 내용 조직, 학습동기 유발, 효과적인 수업참여 방안 수립 등 교수 설계자로서 역할 수행에 어려움이 없도록 지원하는 방안을 모색할 필요성이 있다. In this study, we tried to secure basic data to create an environment necessary for distance learning through a survey on professor demand. Among the 184 full-time faculty members of the university, 73 (39.89%) respondents in 2021 and 87 (47.28%) in 2022 were included. As a result of the research on professor demand, in the 2021 school year, 27 people (37%) were classified as LMS improvement items when checking attendance, 38 people (23.3%) were pin-mics as content development support items, and 26 people (35.6%), 33 people (45.2%) of GOM Mix and 25 people (34.2%) of the distance education support center wanted to learn video editing program as the item of video editing program they are currently using. In the 2022 school year, 27 people (31.03%) said mobile upgrade as an LMS improvement item, 52 people (59.8%) of pin-microphone as a content development support item, 33 people (37.9%), but currently using the content creation intention using a studio. As for the video editing program they are working on, 47 people (54%) of GOM Mix Pro and 23 people (26.4%) of the distance education support center want to learn content creation method. In addition, the intention to produce content using the studio for the 2021 and 2022 academic year and the desired educational topic of the distance education support center in the future appeared insignificant (p > 0.05). In this distance education support center, we are working to solve the class of LMS attendance, upgrade mobile, and plan to distribute pin microphones. We are planning to increase the usability of the studio and provide training on how to use video editing programs and how to create video content. In order for a smooth class to take place in a university distance class, the university authorities should seek ways to support the instructor so that he/she does not have difficulties in performing his/her role as a teaching designer, such as setting learning goals, organizing and organizing content, motivating learning, and establishing effective class participation plans. there is a need

2020년도 1학기와 2021년도 1학기 원격수업에 대한 중간 강의평가 비교 : 대구지역 D 전문대학을 대상으로

최근 교육부는 원격수업 교과목에 대한 학생 강의평가를 학기당 2회 이상 실시하여야 하며, 그 결과를 학생에게 공개하여야 한다고 원격수업 운영규정에 명시되어 있다. 따라서 D 전문대학을 그 대상으로 강의평가를 2020년도 1학기와 2021년도 1학기와 비교하였다. 원격수업 중간강의 객관식 평가 결과, 전체 평균은 2020년도 1학기 원격수업 중간강의 평가 전체 점수가 4.1819에서 2021년도 1학기 중간강의 평가 점수는 4.4000으로 증가하여 나타났다. 2020년도 1학기의 경우 코로나 19로 인하여 전면 비대면 수업이었으나, 2021학년도 1학기의 경우 대면 수업이 증가하였다. 2020년도 1학기에는 전반적인 만족도가 4.18점에서 2021년도 1학기에는 4.39점으로 상승하였다. 상위권 3%와 하위권 3%의 화면구성, 음향 및 화질, 재생시간, 얼굴출현, 강의자료제공, 활용빈도도 상승하였다. 우려했던 LMS 교체로 인한 변화에도 불구하고 학생들의 출석률, 과제, 시험 제출률도 전 연도에 비해 상승하였다. 2020년도 1학기 원격수업 중간강의 평가와 2021년도 1학기 원격수업 중간강의 평가 대응표본 검정결과, Best 3% 이내의 경우 유의확률이 0.000으로서 0.05 미만이므로 ‘ 두 점수의 차이가 같다.’는 귀무가설이 기각되어 2020년도 1학기에 비해 2021학년도 Best 점수가 유의하게 높아졌음을 알 수 있다. 또한 Worst 3% 이내의 경우 유의확률이 0.000으로서 0.05 미만이므로 ‘ 두 점수의 차이가 같다’는 귀무가설이 기각되어 2020년도 1학기에 비해 2021학년도 Worst 점수가 유의하게 높아졌음을 알 수 있다. Recently, the Ministry of Education stipulates in the distance class operation regulations that student lecture evaluations for distance learning subjects should be conducted at least twice per semester and the results should be disclosed to students. Therefore, the lecture evaluation of D college was compared with the first semester of 2020 and the first semester of 2021. As for the multiple-choice evaluation result of the distance learning mid-course evaluation, the overall average of the mid-course evaluation of the distance class in the first semester of 2020 increased from 4.1819 to 4.4000 in the mid-course evaluation in the first semester of 2021.In the case of the first semester of 2020, due to Corona 19, all non-face-to-face classes were held, but in the first semester of 2021, face-to-face classes increased. The overall satisfaction level rose from 4.18 points in the first semester of 2020 to 4.39 points in the first semester of 2021. The screen composition, sound and picture quality, playback time, face appearance, lecture material provision, and frequency of use of the top 3% and bottom 3% also increased. Despite the changes caused by the LMS replacement, which was a concern, student attendance, assignments, and test submission rates also increased compared to the previous year.The null hypothesis that the difference between the two scores is the same is the null hypothesis because the probability of significance is 0.000 and less than 0.05 in the case of the best 3% of the test result of the test result of the mid-course evaluation of distance classes in the first semester of 2020 and the evaluation of the intermediate lectures in the first semester of 2021. As this was rejected, it can be seen that the best score for the 2021 school year has significantly increased compared to the first semester of 2020. Also, in the case of Worst 3% or less, the significance probability is 0.000, which is less than 0.05, so the null hypothesis that ‘the difference between the two scores is the same’ was rejected, indicating that the Worst score for the 2021 school year was significantly higher than that for the first semester of 2020.
