GPS receivers can be disrupted by intentional or unintentional jamming, then it is unable to receive GPS signals and it is impossible to get the correct navigation results. Anti-jamming schemes using array antennas are being studied well due to high performance of those, and the efforts to apply them to GPS receiver are also being done. A GPS receiver structure for a multiple beam-forming scheme among those schemes has been proposed in this paper, and the performance is also compared with that using a general GPS receiver structure. For a general GPS receiver structure, each satellite signal which is formed by a beam-forming scheme is summed to be processed in a part of digital signal processing. For a proposed GPS receiver structure, however, each satellite signal is respectively processed by a designated channel in a part of digital signal processing. Finally, it is confirmed that the proposed GPS receiver structure is superior to a general GPS receiver structure in a point of the carrier to noise power ratio and the navigation accuracy using a software platform.
Septobasidium sp.에 의한 구실잣밤나무 고약병의 분자학적 다양성 분석

2020년 제주도 동백동산 내 구실잣밤나무 수피에 고약병과 관련된 Septobasidium sp.가 발견되었다. 분리한 균주는 습실 처리하여 새로 생성된 균사에 대한 genomic DNA를 추출한 뒤 internal transcribed spacer 및 small subunit rDNA 유전자에 대해 염기서열을 밝혔으며 polymerase chain reaction-based restriction fragment length polymorphism 분석을 통해 균주들간의 분자학적 특성이 조사되었다. 이 새로운 Septobasidium sp.은 기존에 알려진 고약병들과 형태학적 및 계통학적으로 다르게 나타나 새로운 종으로 보고한다. 또한 이 고약병은 관찰 당시 주변의 다른 수목들에서는 발생하지 않고 오직 구실잣밤 나무에서만 나타나는 특성으로 기주특이성이 매우 높다는 것이 확인되었다. In 2020, within the Dongbaekdongsan area in Jeju Island, a Septobasidium sp. associated with a felt disease in Castanopsis sieboldii (Makino) Hatus. ex T. Yamaz. & Mashiba was identified. The symptom included the presence of brown, thin, and silk-like mycelial mats attached to the tree's bark, displaying variations in size from large to small. To induce hyphal growth, the samples collected were incubated in a moist chamber, and the newly formed hyphae were subjected to genomic DNA extractions. The nucleotide sequences of the internal transcribed spacer and small subunit rDNA genes were determined, and molecular characteristics among the isolates were investigated through polymerase chain reaction-based restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis. This Septobasidium sp. exhibited distinct morphological and phylogenetic features compared to those that were previously reported in South Korea. Consequently, this strain is taxonomically classified as a provisionally novel species of Septobasidium. Furthermore, the observed felt disease exhibited a high degree of host specificity, as it was exclusively identified in C. sieboldii without occurrence in other tree species at the time of observation.

Poisonings caused by 'mad honey' are known to occur in response to grayanotoxins, which bind to sodium channels in the cell membrane, increasing membrane sodium permeability and preventing inactivation. Mild symptoms of mad honey intoxication are dizziness, weakness, hypersalivation, nausea, vomiting, and paresthesia. Severe intoxication, however, leads to serious cardiac manifestations such as atrioventricular block, dose-dependent hypotension, bradycardia, and respiratory depression. Atropine and vasoactive drugs improve symptoms of both bradycardia and respiratory rate depression. We report an unusual case of saliva-type hyperamylasemia in a mad honey poisoning patient who developed clinically significant bradycardia. She recovered fully within 3 days following atropine administration and medical treatment.

저자들은 25세 남자로서 특별한 외상없이 좌측 슬관절 내에 발생한 결절성 건활액막염으로 확진된 1례를 보고하는 바이다. 환자는 좌측 슬관절 슬와부에 경미한 정도의 압통이 있었으며, $100^{\circ}$에서 굴곡장애가 특별한 외상 없이 내원 5개월 전 부터 발생하였다. 관절경적 진단 및 종물 제거 후 증상의 소실과 굴곡장애가 없어졌으며, 1년간의 추시 관찰시 증상의 재현은 없었다. The authors describe one case of a 25-year-old male with nodular tenosynovitis in left knee joint who did not have a history of joint trauma. He had joint pain and restricted flexion of the left knee at 100 degrees. After arthroscopic excision of mass, symptom was relieved completely and the patient had gained full range of motion of the left knee. No recurrence of symptom and loss of motion of the left knee were noticed during follow up period for 12 months.
