지상파 DMB 베트남 진출 사례를 통한 T-DMB 글로벌 확산 연구

디지털방송 기술과 통신 기술이 융합되어 탄생한 지상파 DMB는 CD 수준의 음질을 제공하고 시속 300Km 이상의 빠른 속도로 달리는 KTX와 같은 초고속 열차에서도 TV 수신이 가능하며, 다양한 방송통신 융합형 서비스를 휴대폰, PDA, 전용단말기 등을 통해 제공이 가능한 기술로 세계 속으로 확산되고 있다. 본 논문은 T-DMB 글로벌 확산에 필요한 비즈니스 모델을 정립하여 이를 베트남 시장 진출에 활용하였다. 본 논문은 베트남에 유료 T-DMB 서비스를 제공하기 위한 T-DMB 시스템 구축에 관한 사례를 기술한다. T-DMB 베트남 진출은 T-DMB 글로벌 확산에 크게 기여할 것으로 예견된다. The T-DMB which was developed by the convergence of digital broadcasting technology and communication technology provides us with very good quality of music like CD, and provides TV services in a super express train like the KTX whose velocity is over 300 Km per hour. The T-DMB is diffusing toward the world as a technology which is be able to provide the various convergent services of broadcasting and communication through mobile phone, PDA, dedicated terminal, and so on. A business model needed for the diffusion of the T-DMB toward the world was established and utilized to expand the T-DMB into Vietnam in the paper. In addition, this paper describes a case for the establishment of the T-DMB system in order to provide the paid services in Vietnam. It is expected that the expansion of the T-DMB into Vietnam will make a great contribution to the diffusion of the T-DMB toward the world.

Yb³⁺ Er³⁺ ions 동시도핑에 의한 TiO₂ 분말의 열적 안정성 증가효과와 upconversion 특성 연구

Sol-gel method로 합성한 anatase상의 $TiO_2$와 Yb와 Er을 codoping한 $TiO_2:Yb^{3+},\;Er^{3+}$ 파우더의 열적안정성과 이에 따른 광촉매 특성의 변화를 비교하였다. XRD 분석을 통하여 $TiO_2$ 결정성 및 상변화에 $Yb^{3+},\;Er^{3+}$ ions이 미치는 영향을 온도에 따라 비교하였으며 anatase $TiO_2$와 rutile $TiO_2$의 광학적 성질을 UV-Vis을 통하여 비교하였다. UV-Vis 분석결과 anatase $TiO_2:Yb^{3+},\;Er^{3+}$ ions도핑에 의하여 $TiO_2$의 밴드갭이 미세하게 감소함을 확인하였고 이를 통해 광촉매 작용을 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. $Yb^{3+}$ 이온과 $Er^{3+}$ 이온이 도핑된 $TiO_2:Yb^{3+},\;Er^{3+}$ 파우더를 980 nm에서 PL 분석하여 녹색 및 적색 형광을 하는 up-converting 형광특성을 분석하였다. Thermal stabilizing effect of $Yb^{3+},\;Er^{3+}$ codoping into $TiO_2$ powder prepared by sol-gel method and its upconversion characteristics were analyzed. The effect of $TiO_2:Yb^{3+},\;Er^{3+}$ ions on crystallinity and phase transition was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The change of band-gap energy induced from Yb and Er codoping was analyzed by UV-Vis. The band-gap energy of $TiO_2$ have been slightly narrowed by $Yb^{3+},\;Er^{3+}$ codoping, which indicated that the $Yb^{3+},\;Er^{3+}$ ions can enhance the photo-catalytic property of $TiO_2$. green and red up-conversions of $Yb^{3+}$ and $Er^{3+}$ co-doped $Y_2O_3:Yb^{3+},\;Er^{3+}$ phosphor were analyzed by PL equipped with 980 nm laser.

비정규직 특수체육지도자들의 직무 스트레스, 조직몰입, 직무만족에 대한 구조 모형 분석

본 연구에서는 서울, 경기에 위치한 특수교육기관 및 일반학교 특수학급, 그리고 장애인 복지관에서 체육수업을 담당하고 있는 212명의 비정규직 지도자들을 대상으로, 직무스트레스와 조직몰입, 직무만족을 조사하여 그 연관성을 파악하고자 설문조사를 통한 양적 연구방법을 수행하였다. 수집된 설문자료는 요인분석을 통해 개념구조를 파악하였고, 구조방정식 모형을 통한 요인 간 인과관계를 규명하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 직무스트레스의 요인은 직무만족 요인에 부적(-)영향을 미치고 있으며, 조직몰입에도 통계적으로 유의한 부적(-)인과관계에 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 조직몰입은 업무의 능동성 요인을 중심으로 직무만족과 강한 정적(+)인과관계를 갖는 것을 볼 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to recognize the relationship between the job stress, organizational commitment and job satisfaction of instructors on physical education for students with disabilities. For the study, the researcher selected total 230who registered in the selected preschool education center located in Seoul, Gyeonggi area. And the researcher conducted the survey and analyzed the 212copies excluding the insincere responses or double-responses impossible to be used in this study. The collected data used the SPSS 17.0 Version to conduct the frequency analysis, the search factor analysis, the reliability analysis, correlation analysis and used the AMOS 7.0 to conduct the confirmatory factor analysis and the structural equating model analysis and the path analysis in order to validate the research hypothesis. The path analysis demonstrated that trouble about job stress were negatively associated with organizational commitment and also have negative relation with job satisfaction. And organizational commitment were positively associated with job satisfaction.

특수체육전공자들의 여가활동 참여 심리에 대한 복합적 해석

본 연구에서는 여가와 직업의 관련성 분석의 일환으로, 장애인 체육을 전공하고 있는, 그래서 장애인들의 여가활동으로 작용하게 될 스포츠를 지도하는 ‘여가 지도자’로써의 위치에 있는 사람들이 인지하는 여가동기, 몰입, 만족에 대하여 파악하고, 여가스포츠 참여에 대한 각각의 요인 간 인과관계를 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기도에 위치하며, 특수체육 전공과정이 개설된 학교 2곳의 학생 181명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 참여 동기의 변인의 특성에 따라 스포츠 몰입 요인 모두 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 참여 동기의 변인의 특성에 따라 만족 요인 중 신체적, 환경적, 교육적 요인 간에 유의한 차가 나타났다. 스포츠 몰입 변인 중 인지몰입은 만족 요인인 사회적, 정서적, 신체적, 환경적, 교육적 만족 요인 모두에서 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한, 스포츠 몰입 변인 중 행위 몰입은 사회적, 정서적 만족에서 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. The purpose of this study was relationship investigation among motivation, commitment, and satisfaction on leisure sport participation of university student who are Special physical education majors. To complete this purpose, quantitative research method was used through the survey. 181 participant were selected on standard that university students who belong regular major process for special physical education. As a result, there was a significant difference in the factors of sport commitment according to the characteristics of participation motivation variables. There was a significant difference between the physical, environmental, and educational factors among satisfaction factors depend on the variables of participation motivation. The results of this study are as follows: First, the perceived commitment has a significant effect on satisfaction factors such as social, emotional, physical, environmental, and educational satisfaction factors. Also, it can be seen that behavioral commitment has a significant effect on social and emotional satisfaction.

위성 원격측정기술을 이용한 차량 성능진단시스템 개념 설계

현재 대부분의 차량은 사용자에게 차량 성능에 관한 일부 정보만을 제공하기 때문에 차량의 안전 운행 및 유지 보수에 어려움이 따른다. 이러한 문제점 등을 해결하기 위하여 최근에 차량 제어 및 진단시스템에 대한 다양한 방식의 연구개발이 진행되고 있지만, 시스템 구현의 복잡성, 성능진단의 신뢰성 저하, 오동작 등 여러 가지 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 위에서 언급한 문제점을 해결할 목적으로 위성 원격측정기술을 이용하여 차량 성능을 실시간으로 측정하고 분석하여 차량 성능의 신뢰성을 진단할 수 있는 차량 성능진단시스템에 관한 개념 설계를 수행 하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 개념 설계 결과는 향후 차량 성능진단시스템 구현을 위한 상세설계의 기반 데이터 및 자료로 이용될 것이다. Because most of vehicle provide users with the very limited information regarding the performance of vehicle, it is quite difficult for users to drive vehicles safe, and to maintain and repair vehicles properly. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, several ways of research and development for the vehicle control and diagnosis system have been recently carried out. However, a lot of complicated problems and difficulties were arising due to the complexity of the developed system, degradation of the reliability for the vehicle performance control system, operational malfunction and so on. In this paper, for the purpose of solving the difficult problems and technical limitations, a system for vehicle performance which might be able to diagnose the reliability of vehicle performance by measuring and analyzing the real time performance of vehicle using the satellite telemetry technology was conmance oly defined and deehiced.hihe results derived from the cormance ofdvehiclactivities in this study shall be used as not only fundamental data but also materials for the detailed design for the implementation of vehicle performance diagnosis system in the near future.
