The exact measuring and evaluation of the flatness of the plane is very important. Also a lot of time and complicated process is required for high degree measuring of large plane. In this study, a flatness evaluation program for the measuring and evaluation of the flatness of large plane was developed using personal computer. The balancing plane technique of the union jack method was used as a main algorithm of the program. The results obtained are as follows; 1.A evaluation program of flatness was developed and proved as the effective method through the practical experiments. 2.By the input data, the result of each space evaluation and result of the final evaluation are obtained as a drawing.

This study is about jig used in wiring when we make probe card. The most universal wiring method is molding with Bond. Polymer film is punched down and adhesives is applied after wiring. Due to shrinkage and modification, many problems still have happened in the process of molding. To solve these problems, ceramic plate was introduced in the study. Using Nd:YAG Laser, an experiment of micro-hole treatment on ceramic plate was proceeded. In the condition of energy 0.08J, frequency 20Hz and interval time 200 , about 70 micro-hole was adequate for the probe card jig. In the purity experiment of ceramic materials, high purity ceramic met with good result for micro-hole. The shape and size of combustion gas Air, O2 was better than N2 and Ar, sublimation gas.

키복구는 암호화 제품의 사용자가 암호화키를 분실하여 데이터를 복호화할 수 없을 때 데이터를 복구하거나 수사기관등이 합법적인 절차로 암호화된 데이터를 복호화하기 위한 수단이다. 정보보호의 중요성에 대한 인식이 확대되어 앞으로 많은 종류의 암호화 제품이 개발될 것으로 예상되기 때문에 다양한 키복구 기술의 개발과 키복구 기술간의 호환성의 해결이 시급한 실정이다. 본고에서는 공개키 방식에 기반을 둔 전자상거래와 전자 정부등에서 채택할 수 있는 인캡슐레이션 키복구 기술과 이를 위한 절차에 관하여 논한다. 공개키기반구조에서 키복구는 사용자와 법집행기관 모두의 요구를 충족시켜야 한다. 키복구기관을 인증관리센터의 관리하에 두고 인증관리센터가 인증하는 키복구기관의 공개키를 이용하여 키복구필드를 생성하는 인캡슐레이션 기술을 사용함으로써 사용자는 자신이 직접 세션키를 제어할 수 있는 장점이 있고 법집행기관도 필요한 경우에 언제나 사용자의 세션키를 복호화할 수 있다.
Al₂O₃ 세라믹의 미세구멍 가공시 가공조건과 보조가스가 미치는 영향

This research is a described result of experimental for the parameter’s effecting the microhole machining by Nd-Yag laser, The parameters are energy, pulse, interval time, a kind of assisting gas and it s pressure. The result reveals that parameter value of energy 0.08J, pulse 20㎐, interval time of 300 microseconds could be a good machining condition to make upper microhoel. that is the diameter range of 50-70㎛. At that time the assistant gas such air, O₂, Ar, N₂ was appelied. Assistant gas of air makes heat affected zone enlarge due to burning of material surface. Also it makes microhole irregular and damageable. Because of refusion caused by chemical reaction with A1₂O₃ ceramic material. The O₂(99.9%) has good characteristic to get good drilling and smooth surface on pressure of 0.2kgf/㎠, but it is expensive. Ar, N₂ make material crack and burnning and proved that to be unappropriate but, Ar was a better than N₂.
