Advertisement designing has the duplexity of scientific marketing and sensitive designing. And such characteristics derives the confusion in education because the education of visual designing does rarely apply such method of the duplexity. Therefore, the education of visual designing should seek a new way of education that could really combine the external knowledge in designing and the various experiences and inclination of an individual. In order to plan for fundamental changes in the education of Advertisement designing, the department should be subdivided and the advertisement designing course should be established as an undergraduate majoring course. And even if so, the curriculum has to be free from what is now. In other words, the course should have a special education system that does not only educate in designing, but also study theories of highly relative importance. Simultaneously, the course should also introduce practical project directly linked with companies and continuously provide a lot of practical opportunities in the field.

In the design field, each university needs special and distinctive plans. Each plan needs to vary for each of the conditions for which it is required. In order to have variety and diversity in the educational plans for Basic Visual Design, the plans must be researched. We must accept that Basic Visual Design has always had a variety of homework, and required advance planning because it has a direct effect on other major subjects and to opening relative subjects. In Basic Visual Design there is no standard education model. The universities must make choices based on the purpose of education which is connected to reality. The establishment of the curriculum is based on reality and must be able to adapt to the changing circumstances at all times. From the most basic steps to the up-to-date, Basic Visual Design should be ahead in the varieties of other major areas. For this purpose, the most essential necessities are understanding the design situation in reality, and a creative approach for design education in the future.

A poster, which has been one of the most important visual media throughout the history, is now becoming a medium of special meanings and educational values beyond commercial purposes. As the poster has its importance as a educational medium of visual design, the Department of Visual Design or the variant Departments of most universities run poster design as a compulsory subject in their curriculum. The ultimate educational purpose to study design in university is to improve originality and technical completion. One of the most effective way to do so is poster design and thus it has a special meaning in the educational basis all the time. Now, we are in the middle of the computer age and the computer that is so called a new way to access the training of design, has absolute and powerful influence on it. However, the change of the method does not mean that the nature and characteristics of the poster were changed. To the contrary, only when you can introduce and make use of both efficiency and specialty of the new method effectively, poster design education could provide us with the new possibilities and directions. Up to now the poster in the field of visual design has represented our social nature decisively and directly. Now, we know that it's time to transform the poster, that is the traditional expression media, into a new one. In the point, to continue poster design education in universities, new education goals are needed. We can say that the essentials of the poster design are made up of symbolism, which reflects one era sensually, integration, which draws on all the means from the graphic design to the media available and functionality, which delieve the message very clearly and transparently. We could probably find one answer in them.
