대향식 스퍼터링법으로 증착된 ITO 양극 위에 제작된 OLED 성능

Indium tin oxide (ITO) has been commonly used as an anode for organic light emitting diode (OLED), because of its relatively high work function, high transmittance, and low resistance. The ITO was mostly deposited by capacitive type DC or RF sputtering. In this study we introduced a new facing target sputtering method. On applying this new sputtering method, the effect of fundamental deposition parameters such as substrate heating and post etching were investigated in relation to the resultant I-V-L characteristics of OLED. Three kinds of ITOs deposited at room temperature, at 400℃ and at 400℃ with after surface modification by O₂ plasma etching were compared. The OLED on ITO deposited with substrate heating and followed by etching showed better I-V-L characteristics, which starts to emit light at 4 volts and has luminescence of 65 cd/㎡ at 9 volts. The better I-V-L characteristics were ascribed to the relevant surface roughness with uniform micro-extrusions and to the equi-axed micromorphology of ITO surface.
단일 인버터 기반의 듀얼 영구자석 동기모터의 센서리스 제어

최근 초대형 빌딩 및 상업용으로 이용되는 에어컨은 한 대의 실외기로 넓은 공간의 냉난방을 위해 가정용 보다 더 큰 용량의 실외기가 요구된다. 그러나 가정용 보다 상업용 실외기는 열 교환을 위해 다수의 Fan Motor가 장착 구동되며, 그 만큼의 인버터 모듈이 필요로 하다. 이는 상업용 실외기 제품의 생산단가를 증가 시키는 요인이 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 단일 인버터를 통해 같은 특성과 용량을 가지는 두 개의 Fan Motor를 동시에 구동하는 센서리스 속도제어 알고리듬을 제안한다. 단일 인버터를 통해 두 개의 Fan Motor의 센서리스 속도 제어하기 위해서는 각 Fan Motor로부터 측정된 전류의 평균값을 이용하여 각 Fan Motor의 속도를 제어한다. 또한 MATLAB/SIMULINK를 이용한 모의실험을 통하여 그 타당성을 입증하였다.
준비운동 방법에 따른 벤치프레스 운동시 큰가슴근과 위팔세갈래근의 근활성도(iEMG), 근피로도(MEF) 및 반복횟수에 미치는 영향

Introduction : The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of different way to warm up prior to bench press resistance exercise on iEMG, MEF and number of repetitions in pectoralis and triceps. Methods : Male college students who experienced resistance training for about 1 years were recruited. Three method after warming up on a bench press was perforated. iEMG and MEF during bench press exercise were anaylzed. For statistical significance, we used t-test and one way ANOVA. Results : First, iEMG in pectoralis major during bench press exercise was recorded the highest when measured after resistance exercise warm-up, and that of non-warm-up was the lowest(p〈.001). Second, iEMG in triceps during bench press exercise was recorded the highest when measured after non-warm-up, and that of resistance warm-up was the lowest(p〈.001). Third, pectoralis major’s MEF during bench press exercise was found to be the greatest after no warm-up session, but to be the lowest resistance exercise warm-up (p〈.001). Fourth, triceps’s MEF during bench press exercise was found to be the greatest after resistance warm-up session, but to be the lowest after no warm-up session(p〈.001). Fifth, the number of repetition was the highest during bench press exercise after resistance exercise warm-up session, but the lowest after no warp-up session. Conclusion : As a result, warm-up session prior to bench press exercise can lead to higher iEMG in pectoralis major and lower MEF in triceps and therefore can play very important role in performing a number of repetitions.

In urban environment, a variety of the nature energy utilization such as the solar energy are the most efficient solution to solve this issue. One of these efficient solutions, a photovoltaic system using sunlight has been introduced to the building with an advantage such as cost-effective, safe for using and good for environment friendly in light with energy utilization. Recently, many of the apartment housings are built in domestic country. The apartment buildings have been constructed since early of 1970's. now apartment is taking over 50% out of entire housing in korea. The apartment housing applying to a photovoltaic system has been extensively studied in the foreign country but our county runs short, So, It was necessary to technical development of PV application which is suitable in Korean house culture. The objective of this study is to develop the building integrated PV application method for apartment building.
