This study analyzed the relationship among tourism participation, relationship-oriented identity, and interpersonal ability. Based on the results of the analysis, implications were presented. The survey was conducted among students enrolled in universities in the Busan area. After reliability and validity tests, regression analysis was performed for hypothesis testing. As a result of the analysis, both qualitative and quantitative participation were found to affect relationship-oriented identity at the significance level of 1% (Hypothesis 1). Relationship-oriented identity was analyzed to affect interpersonal ability at the significance level of 1% (Hypothesis 2). These test results provide the following implications: First, it is necessary to actively encourage youth in the growing stage, including university students, to participate in tourism to strengthen their relationship-oriented identity and interpersonal ability. Therefore, local governments and education bureaus need to consider the introduction of tourism participation programs actively. Second, qualitative rather than quantitative participation has a more substantial effect on relationship-oriented identity and interpersonal ability. Therefore, it will be necessary to induce higher-quality tourism through maps related to information acquisition and tourism activities. Third, education related to relationship-oriented identity can be provided to students, including university students, to strengthen interpersonal ability.

In order to visually examine the novel world of Don'o Kim (1936-2013), a Korean-Australian novelist, this paper aims to pay attention to his creative factor and the method of expanding the topic related thereto. Don Oh-Kim, a defect from North Korean person, is expanding his novel material by explicitly revealing his inborn identity, which has been concealed in his three previous works of non-Korean materials, through “The Grand Circle” “My Name is Tian,” which paradoxically reveals human dignity through the scene of the Vietnam War faced by the Vietnamese boy ‘Tian’, is an ideological confrontation between the Vietnamese internal class, check into Vietnamese War which is an anti-foreign struggle of Vietnamese people and a product of American hegemony in Asia. “Password”, which criticizes the imperial ideology of “a weak meat diet” through the realistic frustration of the peaceful idealist “Mr. No” (Chinese), sheds light on the sorrow of Asian weak countries that have no choice but to decide their fate amid the interests of the powers. In “The China Man,” which highlights the anguish of people of color through the racial persecution of “Joe,” a Japanese young man who wants to settle on continent of ‘the White Australiasm’, the inner self of writer Don'O Kim, who has been hidden while living as a colored stranger in Australian society, carefully raiseshis head. “The Grand Circle” deals with the most essential theme of theKorean people (North-South unification) by revising the creativestrategy of Don'O Kim, who has been enhancing his author'sinfluence through the “universal theme” wrapped in English, anobjective means of delivery. In this work, the artist inherits theauthor's existing stance of accusing the tyranny of Westernpowers, while boldly criticizing the bare face of Korean politicians who use inter-Korean unification politically through the artist's alter ego “Go” and its surrounding figures. This suggests a series of success models in which non-Westernwriters settle in Western literary world. 월남 실향민 출신의 재호주 한인소설가 돈오 김은 그간 비한국적 소재의 전작 3작품 에서 은폐시켜 왔던 자신의 생득적 정체성을 한국적 소재의 『태극』을 통해 노골화시키며 소설적 소재를 확장하고 있다. 이에 그의 소재 확장방식에 주목하고자 한다. 베트남 소년 ‘티안’이 맞닥뜨린 월남전의 현장을 통해 인간의 존엄성을 역설적으로 드 러내 보이는『내 이름은 티안』은 월남내부 계층간의 이데올로기 대립전인 동시에 월남민 중의 반외세 투쟁이며 아시아에서의 미국 패권주의의 산물인 월남전의 입체적 실상을 인 도주의적 시각에서 냉철히 조명하고 있다. 평화적 이상주의자 ‘미스터 노’(중국인)의 현실적 좌절을 통해 약육강식의 제국주의 이 데올로기를 비판하는『암호』는 열강의 이해관계 얽힌 각축 속에 자신의 운명을 결정할 수 밖에 없는 아시아 약소국가의 비애를 입체적이고 객관적인 시선으로 조명하고 있다. 백호주의 대륙에 정착하려는 일본인 청년 ‘죠오’의 인종적 핍박을 통해 유색인종의 고 뇌를 부각하는『차이나맨』에는 호주사회에서 유색 이방인으로 살아가면서 은닉되어 왔던 작가 돈오 김의 내면적 자아가 조심스럽게 고개를 들고 있다. 『태극』은 그간의 창작전략을 수정해 한국인 주인공을 내세워 한국민족의 가장 본질적 테마(남북통일)를 다룬 회심작이다. 이 작품에서 작가는 서구 강대국의 횡포를 고발하는 작가적 기조를 계승하는 한편, 작가 자신의 분신인 ‘고’와 그 주변인물들을 통해 남북통일을 정략적으로 이용하는 한국 정치인들의 민낯을 과감히 비판함으로써 비로소 작가적 정체성을 온전히 드러낸다.

호텔기업의 CRM시스템, 고객관계 프로그램과 성과간의 관계

硏究模型を土台に反說を設定し檢定した結果、CRMシステムは、顧客關係のプログラム及び顧客關係成果に有意な影響を與えるし、顧客關係プログラムも顧客關係聖果に有意な影響を與えることに分析された。したがって、ホテル企業が固定顧客を確保し、再訪問乃至は顧客滿足度の向上、顧客價値を創出するためにはCRMシステム、顧客關係ウログラムを追求する目的、又は期待にあうように差別的に運營する必要があるであろう。成果と考えられるすべてのものを得るために劃一的にCRMシステム及びプログラムを運營するのは、とても非效率的であるかも知れない。特に次のような內容に主意するのがよいであろう。一番目、旣存顧客の維持及び再留置、愛好及び離脫プログラムを效率的に運營するためには、CRMシステムの資料水準の運營に特別な關心を注ぐべきである。二番目に、常用優待プログラムの運營は、より細分化された顧客資料處理、深層的な分析が可能な方向でCRMシステムが構築される必要があるだろう。一般的に常用顧客は、ホテル利用の經驗が多くあるばかりか、個別的であり差別的なサ―ビスを要求する傾向が强いし、滿足するホテルを持續的に利用する特色を持っている。從って、確保されたデ―タを通して多樣な基準で深層的に分析を行なって、必要によっては個別的な對應もする必要があるであろう。三番目に、ビジネス顧客の利用の多いホテル、または固定顧客をよりたくさん確保することを願うホテルは、常用優待プログラムの效率的な運營が絶對的に必要である。利用程度によって、水準別の區分管理、日本顧客より多くの割引惠澤、多樣な行事、無料招請などの方法を積極的に活用する必要があるだろう。四番目に、再訪問を增大と顧客滿足の增大は、旣存顧客維持·再留置プログラムと愛好及び離脫プログラムの均衡的運營と密接な關係がある。從って、登錄顧客の定期的管理機能の修行、差別的サ―ビス提供、膳物及び無料行事招請などを通した再訪問を積極誘導して、常に顧客に對して關心を持っていて配慮しているということについて認識させる必要があるであろう。

호텔 조리종사원의 의사소통과 역할요인, 직무스트레스, 소진, 이직의도의 관계

本硏究は、意思疏通と役割要因、職務ストレス、消盡及び移職意圖間の構造的な關係を分析することにその目的がある。反設を檢證した結果、意思疏通、役割葛藤、役割の曖昧さは職務ストレスに影響を及ぼすし、職務ストレスは消盡の感情枯갈と非人格化に影響することと分析された。そして、職務ストレスと消盡の感情枯갈は、移職意圖に影響を與えるが、非人格化は移職意圖に影響は與えていない。このような結果は、次のような点を示唆すると考えられる。一番目に、職務ストレスの減少のためには、組織內の意思疏通、卽ち、上·下の間、及び水平的な意思疏通の頻度增大、そして活性化を實現する必要があるだろう。二番目に、役割葛藤と役割の曖昧さの減少のために、計劃的な職務の遂行、職務要件の明確化,、倫理經營などの方案が必要できる。又は、權限及び責任の明確化,、關聯職務の遂行者との役割區分及び職務遂行に必要な適切な情報システムの構築も考慮すべきである。三番目に、過度の職務ストレ―スを經驗した人は消盡及び移職意圖に大きい影響を與えられるので定期的な調査を通して職務ストレ―スの水準を確認し、適切な休息、休暇の實施、職務ストレ―スの源泉的な解消などと關聯された方案を摸索する必要があるだろう。四番目に、移職意圖を減少させるためには職務ストレ―スの緩和、感情枯갈の防止と關聯された方案が必要である。調理從事員の情緖的な欲求を充足させるために非公式の集團や、多樣なサ―クル又はクラブの活用もたすけになるだろう。共に職務全般に對する再檢討卽ち、職務分析を通した職務の明確化、乃至は職務關係の再設定も助けになるだろう。特に經營者、あるいは管理者たちが開放的にリ―ダシップを發揮し、部下個人の特性を考慮した個別的な管理を强化する必要があるだろう。

<바비>(Bobby)를 통해 본 그랜드호텔 형식 영화의 화법 효과

Grand Hotel style movie is called as mode is fixated spacial background on the ground of Grand Hotel, Best Picture Academy Awards in 1932. The meantime, this style is used mainly in disaster film or court film in consequence of spacial characteristic. But Bobby (produced in 2006) works function as political allegory revealed American citizen’s social signification in 1968 on the strength of spacial characteristic of Grand Hotel style movie although Bobby is not a disaster film or a court film. The characters ln Bobby frankly expose class of American citizen those days. They all together exist in assassinative spot of Bobby(nickname of Robert Kennedy, US presidential candidacy of democratic party in 1968). Bobby was the most popular political icon of American citizen that time. On the other side, real person, Bobby appears as library shot and recording voice in Bobby. Hereby, Bobby effectively insinuates political desire of American citizen that time by combining plausibility(produced performance of actors) and actuality(library shot and recording voice of real person). Consequently Bobby accomplishes prominent narration-efficacy by replacing spacial characteristic of Grand Hotel style movie with expedient of political allegory. 공간적 배경이 고정된 그랜드호텔 형식 영화는 그 공간집약적 특성을 효과적으로 응용할 수 있는 재난극이나 법정극에 주로 원용되어져 왔다. 그러나 로버트 케네디 1968년 미국 민주당 대선 후보의 암살을 다룬 <바비>는 재난극이나 법정극이 아님에도 불구하고 그랜드호텔 형식의 공간구속적 특성에 힘입어 정치ㆍ사회적 격동기였던 1968년 당시 미국 시민들의 사회적 함의를 드러내는 정치적 알레고리로서의 기능을 절묘히 수행하고 있어 주목된다. 프랑스에서 촉발되어 서구의 기성 문화와 권력에 반발한 스튜던트 파워(student power)의 여진과 당대에 첨예화된 흑백ㆍ빈부ㆍ세대 갈등이 봇물처럼 분출된 사회적 혼란 및 베트남전 참전에 따른 미국민의 불만이 극에 달해 있던 이 시기를 평정할 아이콘으로 급부상했던 로버트 케네디(애칭; 바비)는 미국 서민대중의 희망이었다. 운명의 그날(1968년 6월 4일) 밤, 민주당 선거대책본부가 차려졌던 로스앤젤레스 앰배서더 호텔에선 웨이드, 드웨인, 쿠퍼, 지미 등 선거본부 관계자에서부터 버지니아 부부, 잭 부부, 피셔, 윌리엄, 다이안 등 호텔 투숙객, 그리고 캐쉬, 폴, 대릴, 미리엄, 안젤라, 수잔, 호세, 에드워드 등 호텔 종사자에 이르기까지 다양한 계층을 대변하는 인물들이 공간을 공유하며 그들의 입체적 입장과 사연을 펼쳐 나간다. 반면에 배역 배우로 연출된 극중 인물군에 대항마로 나서는 당대의 실존인물 로버트 케네디는 배역상의 인물로 극화시키지 않고 자료 영상과 육성의 삽입을 통해 등장시킴으로써 새로운 희망과 비전을 제시하여 현실의 문제적 고난을 해결할 영웅으로서의 기대치를 한껏 고양하고 있다. 그만큼 바비에 거는 당대 민중의 염원이 지대하였음을 상징적으로 재현한다. 유력 대선후보의 암살이란 가장 충격적 사건의 현장에 운집한 인물들의 허구적 연출행위가 빚어내는 ‘그럴듯함’(plausibility)과 국민적 여망을 한 몸에 받는 정치적 영웅의 구체적 행장을 다큐멘터리 영상과 육성으로 재구해내는 ‘사실성’(actuality)이 결합함으로써 <바비>는 당대 미국 시민의 정치적 열망을 가장 효과적으로 알레고리하고 있다. 이처럼 <바비>에선 그랜드호텔 형식 영화의 공간구속적 특성이 정치적 알레고리의 방편으로 활용됨으로써 색다른 화법적 성취를 이루고 있음을 알 수 있다.
