기술표준의 경로의존과 경로형성에 관한 연구: 한글코드표준을 중심으로

It is clear that, other things being equal, standardization has important social benefits. However, standardization has important social costs as well. Apart from the reduction in variety, sub-optimal or inefficient technologies can be become locked in as industry standards, and in instances where there are significant network externality effects, these inefficiencies may persist for extended period of times.In spite of the possibility of lock-in due to network externality, the Korean standard charactercode set forpersonal computer has not locked in inferior technology. Throughcomparativehistoricalanalysis,thisstudy investigate how it waspossible.Theresultsshow that the participation of various stakeholders and decentralized policy making system is very important for the proper change of technological standards. 일반적으로 표준은 네트워크 외부효과, 전환비용 등으로 인해 높은 경로의존성을 나타내고, 이로 인해 더욱 우수한 기술이 등장해도 새로운 표준으로 교체되기 어렵다는 문제가 있다. 즉, 기존의 경로를 이탈하는 경로형성적인 변화가 어렵다.우리나라의 한글코드 표준은 1987년 완성형에서 1991년 확장완성형으로 개정되어 경로의존적인 변화를 보여주었다. 하지만 1992년에는 기존의 완성형과 양립하기 어려운 조합형을 복수표준으로 채택함으로써 경로형성적인 변화의 모습을 보여주고 있다.본 연구는 한글코드 표준의 변천과정에 대한 비교역사적 분석을 통하여, 기술표준(제도)의 경로의존성을 강화하는 요인과 새로운 경로의 형성을 촉진하는 요인을 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 통하여 기술표준을 포함한 정책과 제도가 과거의 경로에 고착되지 않고 환경의 변화에 따라 적절하게 진화하기 위해서는 다양한 이해관계자들의 참여와 분권적인 정책과정이 무엇보다 중요함을 알 수 있었다.

In modern times, all the cities have pursued growth-oriented development constantly. One of its adverse effects is slums, which have propagated around the big cities around the world. The slums serve as a disposal plant for excess population. After pursuing prosperity and enormity, modern cities have created such slums. Films can reproduce the reality perceived by a director and the images are captured by the director. Director Kim Ki-duk adds a meaning to the diverse visual motifs while making his film. Also, he arranges strong visual images throughout the film. In particular, the contrast between good and evil and conscience and conscienceless is destroyed gradually in his film. As a result, it reveals the good or conscience that exists in the evil or conscienceless, destroying the contrast between the two opposite worlds. In a sociological sense, work-related activities are inseparable from the place of dwelling. Exceeding the spatial limitations is equivalent of exceeding the limitations of humans. Director Kim Ki-duk’s film expands the diverse motif utilization to a spatial domain, leading to a new hierarchical layer.

The optimal estimation of a general continuous-discrete system can be achieved through the solution of the Fokker-Planck equation and the Bayesian update. Due the high nonlinearity of the equation of motion of the system and the measurement model, it is necessary to linearize the both equation. To avoid linearization, the filter based on Fokker-Planck equation is designed. with the unscented transformation update mechanism, in which the associated Fokker-Planck equation was solved efficiently and accurately via discrete quadrature and the measurement update was done through the unscented transformation update mechanism. This filter based on the Direct Quadrature Moment of Method(DQMOM) and the unscented transformation update is applied to the bearing only target tracking problem. The proposed filter can still provide more accurate estimation of the state than those of the extended Kalman filter especially when measurements are sparse. Simulation results indicate that the advantages of the proposed filter based on the DQMOM and the unscented transformation update make it a promising alternative to the extended Kalman filter.

When power conceives humankind as relations of domination and subordination by imbalance of power and the relations are considered to be a value formed prior to state power, power can be a limit that can not be overcome by humankind. When this power system is considered to produce desire and historical time flowed in, the revenge in the movies of director Park Charn-wok can be an ingrained tendency of humankind and the criteria of good and evil, right and wrong can be vague as well. This is a characteristic in the movies of director Park Chan-wook. A common confrontation between good victims and evil attackers is not seen and the imitation of punitive justice is not taken. The subversive cognition of violence and revenge threatening the common idea about good and evil is the core drive to reorganize Park Chan-wook’s movies as a grotesque world. The attitude watching those humankind seems to produce by design an unexplainable thing through the narrative structure. Most frames are full of Mise-en-Scĕne and sometimes, carefully calculated styles make us feel not only visual pleasure but also an excessive condition through making a narrative that is unpleasant to be read publicly, metalanguage, beautiful art and spatial structure. The power in the movies of director Park Chan-wook is dynamically functional and exist but in the viewpoint of the director to the world, ‘Vagueness’ looks like intensity of space per scene as an important core language but something invisible can be something more important.

The optimal estimation of a bearing only target tracking problem be achieved through the solution of the Fokker-Planck equation and the Bayesian update. Recently, a nonlinear filtering algorithm using a direct quadrature method of moments in which the associated Fokker-Planck equation can be propagated efficiently and accurately was proposed. Although this approach has demonstrated its promising in the field of nonlinear filtering in several examples, the "degeneracy" phenomenon, similar to that which exists in a typical particle filter, occasionally appears because only the weights are updated in the modified Bayesian rule in this algorithm. Therefore, in this paper to enhance the performance, a more stable measurement update process based upon the update equation in the Extended Kalman filters and a more accurate initialization and re-sampling strategy for weight and abscissas are proposed. Simulations are used to show the effectiveness of the proposed filter and the obtained results are promising.
