A Study on the Implementation of an Algorithm on Fast Clustering of Points

The purpose of this paper is to design and implement the web contents for mobile phone using MIDP (Mobile information Device Profile) which provides API for mobile information devices. Recently mobile phones are used for not only personal communication as its original purpose, but also messaging service and web service. However, the web service provided now is one-way so that it is not customized. In this paper we have designed and implemented the system that one can download and use the customized web contents for their daily life from the server to mobile phones without any cost.

The purpose of this paper is to study on the system for the identification and management of business cards where the text images of the business cards are obtained through a CCD camera. Edges of the images are then detected for segmentation of the text area. In order to identify texts on the business card, back-propagation algorithm is repeatedly applied to the segmented images until the algorithm converges. Data such as name, address and phone number are identified and stored in the database for data management.

In this paper the design and implementation of the client monitoring system using JNI(Java Native Interface) along with C/C++ and lava has been presented. This system allows the server manager to control and manage remotely and efficiently the client computers within a group, a laboratory, or a PC game room. The specification of the system includes communication between computers, file transfer, hardware configuration, management of application programs in use, and remote control such as keyboard and mouse lock.

최근 대기업에서 종전의 생산관리 방식에서 생산성 향상을 위한 의식개혁과 더불어 품질 향상을 위한 품질 지상주의와 원가절감을 위해 정보기술의 도입이 확산되고 있다. 대기업의 정보화는 막대한 자본과 인력을 바탕으로 많은 발전을 하고 있으나 인적물적 자원이 열악한 형편인 중소제조업체에서는 기업정보화에 많은 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 중소기업인 A산업(주)의 종합생산관리시스템을 추진하면서 중소기업의 정보화와 관련된 여러문제들을 검토해 보고 이에 대한 대안을 제시하였다. Recently the introduction of information technology has been widespread among large companies in order to enhance the quality and to reduce the cost of products. Most of small and medium companies have many problems in introducing the information systems, while the information systems of big companies have made remarkable progress with sufficient capital and many experts. In this paper many problems concerning the information systems of the small and medium companies were tackled and provided solutions to those problems.

의료산업화에 따른 의료비상승 변화 메커니즘: 병원의 영리화 & 의료의 산업화와 의료비의 영향에 대해서

의료의 산업화는 의료비의 상승을 가져올것인가. 이것은 전세계적으로 중요한 문제이다. 국민의료비가 지속적으로 상승할 경우 국가의 발전에 적지 않은 부담이 되기 때문이다. 이에의료산업화의 한 큰 조류인 병원영리화와 의료비의 상승의 관계를 연구하였다. 찬성과 반대의 논의가 한 시스템에서 어떻게 조화를 이루고 상생을 할수 있을지에 대해서 연구를 하였다. 찬성과 반대가 별도의 주장이 아닌 한시스템내에서 조화롭게 선순환에 참여 될 수 있는 연구결과를 제시한다. 본 연구를 통해서 다음과 같은 사항을 알수 있다. 의료와 민간의료를 분리시키고, 영리병원이 아닌 연구중심의 민간영리병원이 더욱 효과적이며, 전국민의료의 실시는 상승하는 의료비를 완화시키고 동시에 서비스의 다양화와 고급화를 이룰수 있으며 국부창출에도 도움이 될것이다.

People who have thin eyebrows seek to enhance the density of their eyebrows. Eyebrow reconstruction could be accomplished by tattooing, pedicled flap, composite graft and hair transplantation. However, tattooing is neither permanent nor natural. The pedicled flap or the composite graft leaves an unsightly scar and unnatural results. High level skill and long operation time is the only disadvantage of eyebrow hair transplantation reconstruction but this problem can be overcome by having a well trained operation team. The authors present 130 cases of single eyebrow hair transplantation in one stage with pure cosmetic aims. The majority of patients had congenital thin eyebrows and no definite cause of thinning was found. The results were adequate and almost all of the patients were satisfied with their newly grown dense eyebrow hair.

최근에 기업간의 경쟁이 전래없이 격심해지면서 기업마다 대외 경쟁력 제고에 많은 노력을 하고 있으나 인적, 물적자원이 열악한 중소제조업체의 경쟁력은 대기업에 비해 상대적으로 더욱 더 저하되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 효율적인 정보시스템 도입 및 활용은 중소제조업체의 경쟁력 확보에 필수 불가결한 요인이 되었다. 이 논문은 자동차 부품을 생산하는 중소제조업체의 정보시스템 개발을 사례로 들어 중소제조업체 정보화의 문제점 및 해결방안을 모색해 보기로 한다. In recent years. as the competition among companies gets tougher. each company has made a lot of efforts to reinforce their competitiveness. It is a fact. however. that the competitiveness of small company is relatively getting worse than ever. in comparison with large company. because of its poor human and material resources. Thus the introduction and utilizatilon of efficient information system has became inevitable in securing the competitiveness of small manufacturing companies. This paper is presented to seek problems and solutions of the information system for small business. sith a case study on the development of information system for a small manufacturing company that procuces automobile parts.

변형 Broadbent-Woolf법을 이용한 묻힌 젖꼭지의 교정

Inverted nipple can be a cause of great distress, leading to potential breast feeding problems, and repeated irritation and inflammation. Many surgical and non-surgical procedures have been described for reshaping the nipple and areola so that it once again projects out from the breast. The aim of the study presented here is to show a reliable and effective method for treating inverted nipple particularly the more serious cases of Grade II and III as classified in the Han and Hong classification of nipple inversion. We added to vertical Z-plasty based on the Broadbent- Woolf method to the correction of inverted nipple This is a simple procedure with very few recurrence of inversion after treatment particularly for women no longer breast feeding. We saw good results with patients during the 6 to 18 months follow up period. 5 patients(9 inverted nipples) were treated. All patients had congenital nipple inversion. Each patient had no plans to breast feed in the future. There was no recurrence and sensory change, no postoperative hematoma or any seroma complications. All patients had good aesthetic results and their overall satisfaction was high. We considered that this method was effective and simple for correction of the inverted nipple.
