일부 치위생과 학생들의 기본심페소생술에 대한 태도와 자기효능감 관계에 대한 연구

Objectives: This study aims to help improve the ability to cope with emergency situations in clinical practice and use it as basic data for developing curriculum and programs by examining the relationship between dental hygiene and students attitudes toward CPR and self-efficacy. Methods: The subjects were 127 freshman, sophomore, and junior year dental hygiene students who were surveyed from October 30 to November 20, 2020. Results: Cognition and behavior (r=0.376), emotion (r=-0.190), and self-efficacy (r=-0.284) have significant correlation. Behavior and emotion (r=-0.397), and self-efficacy (r=0.452) have a significant correlation. Emotion and self-efficacy (r=-0.350) have a significant correlation. Conclusions: A correlation exists between dental hygiene and students attitude toward basic CPR and self-efficacy.

Objectives: This study aims to improve students awareness of radiation by investigating the level of awareness for students of health-related department on the risk of radiation and to help them in effective policy establishment. Methods: Subjects are 237 first-grade students of health-related department who surveyed from June 1t o June 30, 2020. Results: As a result of the question of the examination part most likely to receive radiation exposure during radiation examination, MRI examination 27.0%, general X-ray examination, CT examination each 19.8%, angiography examination 17.3%, fluoroscopic examination, ultrasound examination each 8.0% appeared in order. As a result of examining the degree of radiation knowledge, the average of the total score was 76.86 points. The higher the radiation knowledge, the higher the radiation risk, and the higher the degree of awareness of radiation knowledge, the lower the radiation risk and policy awareness. In addition, the higher the level of anxiety during the radiographic examination, the higher the fear of radiation hazards, and the higher the level of radiation risk and anxiety, the higher the degree of awareness of radiation-related policies. Conclusions: In order to raise the awareness of radiation of college students, a proper education is needed and continuously managed. Through this, the basis for efficient use of radiation must be established.
보건계열 학생들의 전신질환과 구강건강 관련 지식에 영향을 미친 요인

Objectives: This study is to provide high-quality dental hygiene interventions to systemic patients in the future based on the identified factors affecting the related knowledge of systemic diseases and oral health for students of hygiene affiliation, and this intends to be helpful in using it as basic data to reinforce the educational part of the relationship between systemic diseases and oral health. Methods: Subjects are 175 first and second year health students who surveyed from October 5-23, 2020. Results: As a result of examining the factors affecting the related knowledge to systemic diseases and oral health, it was found that the education for department and systemic disease were necessary and the knowledge scores of students of the nursing and dental hygiene department had higher than the health care administration students (p <.001) and the knowledge scores of students who needed education had higher than those who did not (p<.05). Conclusions: It is important to inform that there is a necessity of education by providing an easy opportunity to access knowledge related to systemic diseases to students. and it is expected that the development for the various educational programs to provide educational opportunities for students about systemic disease and oral health knowledge and the necessity of the research to confirm their effectiveness in the future.
동영상을 활용한 간호학과와 치위생과 학생의 방사선안전관리 교육의 효과

Purpose : This study is to promote awareness to be exposed to radiation with identifying effect of radiation safety management(RSM) education with the use of video program for nursing and dental hygiene students. Methods : The subjects were 207 of the nursing(102) and dental hygiene students(105) and this study performed a questionnaire survey 25 March to 10 May, 2019. Results : As a result of examining the knowledge level, the average correctness rate of knowledge before training was 41.16% and the rate of correcting after training was 63.83%, which was significant(t=-14.09, p<.001). As a result of examining the score of attitude, it was 3.90±.75 points before training and 4.29±.72 points after training, which was a significant difference(t=-2.76, p=.006). As a result of examining the score of radiation hazard anxiety, it was 3.11±.67 points before training and 3.09±.72 points after training, which was no statistically significant(t=1.16). The RSM knowledge showed a statistically positive correlation with attitude(r=.14, p=.045). The RSM attitude showed a statistically positive correlation with radiation hazard anxiety(r=.30, p<.001). Conclusion : In order to improve knowledge and attitude level, it is necessary to develop a radiation safety management education program in cooperation with school worker, and it is thought that continuous education is necessary.
간호대학생의 동영상을 활용한 방사선안전관리 교육의 효과

Methods : The subjects were 122 of the nursing students and this study performed a questionnaire survey 25 March to 17 April, 2019. Results : As a result of examining the knowledge level of RSM, the average correctness rate of knowledge before training was 44.7% and the rate of correcting after training was 76.5%, which was significant(t= -16.71, p<.001). As a result of examining the level of attitude toward RSM, it was 3.90±.75 points before training and 4.29±.72 points after training, which was a significant difference(t=-6.20, p<.001), and the radiation anxiety score was 3.11±.67 before training and 3.09±.72 after training, which was no statistically significant( t=-.23). The RSM knowledge score showed a statistically negative correlation with radiation hazard anxiety score(r=-.23, p=.010). Conclusion : We believe that a variety of programs should be offered to provide knowledge on RSM as a prerequisite for improving the level of RSM by nursing student.
