탄력밴드를 이용한 슬관절 굴곡근에 대한 저항운동이 정적·동적 고유수용성감각에 미치는 영향

Background: The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of resistance exercise on static and dynamic proprioception by applying elastic bands to the knee flexor, which can be performed earlier than proprioception, a weight bearing pattern. Proprioceptive training may be applied to the early period of recuperation training along with resistance exercise to prevent damage to the knees and the joints in the lower body, as well as the reoccurrence of injury, which is expected to improve the effect of static and dynamic proprioceptive training. Methods: The subjects of this study were 32 men and women in their 20s who volunteered to participate in the experiment which was carried out over the course of 6 weeks from March 14 to April 24 at K Hospital located in Yongin City. They were tested in two groups: the elastic band resistance exercise group (RE: Resistance Excercise Group, n=17) and the joint motion range exercise group(ROM: Range of Motion Group, n=15). In this experiment, static and dynamic proprioceptive tests were given to both groups before and after the test. In this study, SPSS Win ver.12.0 was utilized to perform a T-test on the independent samples in order to validate the identical features of subjects in the RE and ROM Group and substantiate the significance as to the difference between both groups before and after the test. Also, a paired T-test was conducted to compare the static and dynamic proprioception of both groups before and after the test. The statistical significance levels were α =.05. Results: 1.The static proprioception in both groups, RE and ROM, increased in a statistically significant way after the test(p<.05). 2.The static propriocetion of the RE group increased in a statistically significant wa after the test(p<.05). However, the increase of the static proprioception in the ROM group was not statistically significant. 3.Static and dynamic proprioception of the RE group increased significantly more than that of the ROM group after the test(p<.05). Conclusion: The resistance exercise using elastic bands improved the static and dynamic proprioception more than the joint motion range exercise did, reducing the risk of injury by enhancing the location sense of the joints and the sense of motion and shortening the period of recovery from injury. The outcome of the experiment may provide basic data for developing an effective way to reduce the risk of injury among ordinary people and athletes.
경혈지압치료가 긴장성 두통환자의 추골동맥 혈류속도와 통증감소에 미치는 효과

Objectives : The purpose of this study is examining the effects of appling acupressure to acupuncture points (study group) and Interferential current therapy (ICT) to cervical region (control group) on the cerebral blood flow of 20 tension-type headache patients and the reduction of their headaches. For approaching this examination, clinical research was conducted for three weeks those two groups, each contains 10 patients. Methods: We stimulated 7 acupuncture points for headache with the acupressure (for three weeks) and applied ICT to cervical region. Also we measured VAS (visual analogue scale) and the blood flow of the vertebral arteries with TCD (transcranial doppler ultrasonography). Results: (1) When the left and right vertebral artery of study group was compared each time, significant differences were found after the 1st treatment (p<.001). Also the significant differences were found after 2, 3weeks treatment (p<.05). (2) When the Visual Analog Scale of study group were compared periodically, the significant reductions were found after the 1 week treatments (p<.05). Also the significant differences were found after 2, 3 weeks treatments (p<.001). In the case of the control group, the significant reduction were found after the 2 and 3 weeks treatments (p<.001). Conclusions: The acupressure applied to acupuncture points reduced the headache and increased the ratio of cerebral blood flow.
침수욕과 적외선의 적용이 카테콜아민과 그 대사물질의 변동에 미치는 효과

Background: The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the norepinephrine-induced nociceptive effects by monitoring catecholamines and its metabolites in human body. Methods: To exam the antisympathetic effect from the healthy volunteer(male:15, female:15) by monitoring changes of epinephrine, norepinephrine, dopamine, metanephrine, normetanephrine, and others of urine, a comparative study with warm water immersion ($40.8{\pm}0.3^{\circ}C$) and infrared (250W) was carried out. Results: The urinalysis showed that the concentration of epinephrine and norepinephrine were significantly decreased by both warm water immersion-and infrared-stimulated group of urine in 24 hours. Conclusion: Therefore, these results suggest that the diminished responsiveness on the epinephrine and norepinephrine to warm water immersion and infrared in volunteer may be, in part, related by the increased of antisympathetic effects.
경혈에 적용한 은침점 자극치료가 두통환자의 중대뇌동맥 혈류속도 및 통증에 미치는 영향

Objectives: The aim of this study is to examine the effects of SSP(silver-spike point) therapy, applied to acupuncture points, on the middle cerebral arteries blood flows of sample group(tention-type headache patients, n=12) and control group(non tension-type headache patients, n=12), and on the reduction of their headaches, when applied to acupuncture points. Methods: We stimulated 6 acupuncture points for headache with the SSP(three times a week for three weeks), and measured VAS(visual analogue scale) and the blood flow of the middle cerebral arteries with TCD(transcranial doppler ultrasonography). Results: The blood flow of the middle cerebral artery and VAS of the sample group and the control group were compared four times(initial, 1weeks, 2weeks, 3weeks) and significant differences in the measurements were found at 3 weeks(p<.05). The blood flow of the middle cerebral artery of the sample group was significantly increased, and VAS was significantly decreased in both groups. Conclusions: The silver-spike-point Low-frequency electrical-stimulation treatment, applied to acupuncture points, can significantly increase the blood flow of the middle cerebral arteries in headache patients and can thus alleviate their headaches.

This paper offer fundamental ones about insulation diagnosis with electromagnetic wave, when discharges occurred. To simulate Partial-Discharge(PD), it is used needle-plane electrode in air. As the voltages applied, measure the electromagnetic wave with monopole antenna and analysis its fundamental characteristics, then, acquired data were operated. The results presented as the form of graph, and the magnitude of charge when occurred PD simultaneously. In conclusion, when the magnitude of charge over 100[pC], the electric field strength changed, and then the magnitude of charge and the electric field strength increased samely.
