        뇌졸중 환자 평가를 위한 Stroke Rehabilitation Assessment of Movement의 측정자간 신뢰도

        The aim of this study was performed to determine the inter-rater reliability of the Stroke Rehabilitation Assessment of Movement (STREAM) translated in Korean. Ths was a new clinical measurement tool for evaluating the recovery of voluntary movement and basic mobility following stroke. A direct-observation reliability study was conducted on 20 patients who had strokes and were in a rehabilitation setting. Subjects were assessed by two physical therapists. The reliability of the STREAM scores was demonstrated by weighted kappa statistics for inter-rater agreement on scores for individual items ranged from .83 to 1.0, intraclass correlation coefficients for total score was .99, and for subscale scores was ranged from .~ to .99. The internal consistency of the STREAM scores was demonstrated by Cronbach alphas of greater than .99 on the subscales and overall. These high levels of reliability support the use of the STREAM translated in Korean instrument for the measurement of motor recovery following stroke.

        동일 에너지 소비 시 고강도 유산소 운동방법에 따른 남자대학생의 염증지표 및 항산화능력에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 20대의 비만 남성17명을 대상으로 동일한 에너지 소비량 기준, 고강도 지속적 유산소운동(HCAT)과 고강도 간헐적 유산소운동 (HIAT)의 차이가 염증지표(CPK, CRP) 및 항산화능력(MDA, SOD)에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 목적으로 실시하였고, 자료처리는 SPSS ver. 21.0을 이용하여 시기별 차이를 확인하기 위하여 반복측정분산분석, 운동방법 간 차이 검증을 위하여 독립표본 t 검정으로 분석하였다. 첫째, CPK에서 시기의 주효과(p<.05)와 시기와 그룹의 상호작용(p<.01)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 운동방법 간 차이검증은 고강도 유산소 운동 후 HCAT 집단에서 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). CRP는 시기의 주효과(p<.01)와 시기와 그룹의 상호작용(p<.01)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, MDA에서 시기의 주효과(p<.001)와 시기와 그룹의 상호작용(p<.001)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 운동방법 간 차이검증은 고강도 유산소 운동 후 HCAT 집단에서 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). SOD는 시기의 주효과(p<.05)와 시기와 그룹의 상호작용(p<.05)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of high-intensity continuous aerobic exercise (HCAT) and high-intensity intermittent aerobic exercise (HIAT) on inflammatory index(CPK, CRP) and antioxidant capacity(MDA, SOD). For this current study, seventeen 20s obese men who met the same energy consumption criteria participated in this current study. For data analysis, two statistical methods were performed. The repeated measure ANOVA was performed by SPSS ver 21.0 to measure difference between times, and an independent sample t-test was performed to verify the difference between differnt the exercise methods. This study found the following results: First, there was a statistically significant difference in the main effects of timing(p<.05) and the interaction between timing and groups(p<.01) in CPK. The difference between the exercise methods was significantly increased in the HCAT group after the high-intensity aerobic exercise(p<.05). CRP showed a statistically significant difference in the main effects of time(p<.01) and the interaction between times and groups(p<.01). Second, there was a statistically significant difference in the MDA main effect(p<.001) and the interaction between times and groups(p<.001). The difference between the exercise methods was significantly increased in the HCAT group after the high-intensity aerobic exercise(p<.05). Lastly, there was a statistically significant difference in SOD between the main effects of time(p<.05) and the interaction between times and groups(p<.05).

        저강도 운동과 식이제한이 면역 및 염증인자에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 12주간의 저강도 유산소 운동 및 식이제한을 통해 Body weight, TLR5, Cytokine의 변화와 이들의 상관관계를 검증하기위한 목적으로 실시하였고, 이를 위해 4주령의 C57BL/6 수컷쥐(n=60)를 대상으로 고지방식이를 통해 비만유도 후 통제집단(CG), 저강도 유산소 운동집단(EG), 식이제한집단(DG), 식이제한+저강도 유산소 운동집단(DEG)으로 집단분류 하여 실험을 하였다. 실험종료 후 집단 간 비교를 위해 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA)을 각 변인들간의 관련성 검증을 위해 Pearson의 상관분석(Pearson Correlation)을 실시하였으며, 결과를 종합하면 12주간의 저강도 유산소 운동과 식이제한은 체중 및 TLR5, Cytokine의 발현에도 영향을 미친다. 하지만 이 연구와 기존에 발표된 연구결과들은 주로 쥐를 대상으로 한 것이어서 인체에 대한 정확한 효과를 단정 지을 수 없다. 따라서 이 연구는 비만처치 방법에 대한 정보를 제시하였으며 이를 통해 더 나아가 인간을 대상으로 다양한 운동프로그램 개발 및 식이요법 개발에 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of low-intensity aerobic exercise and/or dietary restriction on body weight, TLR5 and Cytokines, and the relationships between them. Obesity was induced in C57BL/6 male mice (n=60) by high-fat diet, which were divided into four experimental groups, control group (CG), low-intensity aerobic exercise group (EG), dietary restriction (DG), and a combination of low-intensity aerobic exercise and dietary restriction group (DEG). And after a 12-week treatment of low-intensity aerobic exercise and/or dietary intake limit, the effects in four test groups were compared by one-way ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation was employed to verify the relationships among each factors, which led to the conclusions as follows. A 12-week treatment of concurrent low-intensity aerobic exercise and dietary intake limit was effective for weight-loss, exhibited a positive effect on TLR5, TNF-α and IL-6 than exercise alone or dietary restriction limit alone, and relationships of TNF-α, and body weight, and TRL5 were confirmed, too. Therefore, it is thought that this study can be the preliminary data to provide information to help develop various exercise programs for effective weight control based on new forms of factors causing obesity.

      • 중소하천 유역에서의 확률홍수량 분석

        최근, 기상이변으로 인해 폭설, 가뭄과 홍수 등의 자연재해가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 이 자연재해 중에서 홍수에 의한 피해가 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있고, 홍수의 큰 파괴력으로 인한 인명피해와 재산피해가 심각한 실정이다. 이러한 홍수피해로부터 구조적ㆍ비구조적 대책을 마련하기 위해서는 정확한 홍수량을 예측하는 것이 매우 중요한 일이다. 본 연구에서는 감천유역을 대상으로 유역내외의 우량관측소의 시우량자료를 사용하여 빈도해석 하였으며, HEC-HMS를 통한 유출해석방법별 확률홍수량을 산정하였다. 또한, 유출곡선지수를 변화시킴으로써 재현기간별 확률홍수량을 산정하여 민감도를 분석하였다. 유출곡선의 변화에 따른 확률홍수량 산정결과, 동일한 강우량과 지형조건에도 불구하고 선행함수조건(AMC)의 변화로 인해 크게는 홍수량이 최대 약 40%까지 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 연구대상유역에 적합한 AMC조건의 선택이 홍수량 분석에 매우 중요한 변수임을 확인할 수 있었다. Recently, the natural disaster has occurred as a heavy snow fall, drought and flood by abnormal weather. The damage of human and property by flood is most serious problem among those natural disaster. In order to prepare structural or non-structural measure, to estimate exact flood discharge is important element. This study analyze frequency of hour-unit rainfall data and estimate probability flood discharge by HEC-HMS as changing method of runoff analysis. Also, this study analyze the peak flood discharge sensibility according to Curve Number(CN) with the return period. As a result of estimation of probability flood discharge with the variety CN, to select Antecedent Moisture To select suitable condition(AMC) is important parameter because flood discharge is estimated 40% gap according to AMC.

        비만 초등학생의 12주 음악줄넘기 운동이 혈중지질, 성장관련인자와 신체조성에 미치는 영향

        This study was the analysis of the effects on blood lipids, growth-related factors and Body composition of obese Elementary School Students, Intended for grade 5-6 boys 30 people, According to the music Rope-skipping exercise on blood lipids, growth-related and body composition evaluate the changes. Exercise group was three times a week and Example 1 at 50minutes to Music Rope-Skipping. Results of the study, Showed a significant difference between the groups in blood lipids, Showed lower values than the control group, the exercise group in TC, TG, LDL-C. Showed a significant difference between groups in growth-related factors, showed a higher value than the control group in the exercise group GH and IGF-1. In addition, In the exercise group showed a significantly lower body fat composition levels. As a result, Had positive effect on blood lipids, growth-related factors, and body composition of obese elementary students.

        임신쥐 출산 전 유산소 운동량에 따른 Adiponectin과 PPAR-γ유전자의 발현

        This study got supplied ICR mice(7 week old), male(n=14), female(n=70) at Animal handling companies. After hybridization, It was selected pregnant mice and into 3 groups depending on exercise amount; no exercise group(n=15), low exercise group(n=15), mid exercise group(n=15), high exercise group(n=15). A series of genetic tests were performed to identify adiponectin and PPAR-γgene expression producing the following results. Although there were no significant statistical differences when comparing the “low exercise” group, mid exercise group and high exercise group, adiponectin expression within the liver showed notable statistical differences when comparing the no exercise group to the mid exercise group(p<.05) and the no exercise group to the high exercise group(p<.01). Statistical changes were noted for PPAR-γexpression showed statistical changes in the “no exercise” group and high exercise group(p<.05). In conclusion it was found that the right amount of pre/postnatal exercise can prove to be beneficial. Therefore, moderate exercise time before the birth of adiponectin, the more momentum increases the expression of PPAR-γgene was increased.

        중년남성의 음주습관과 신체활동 수준이 심혈관 질환 위험요인과 간 기능에 미치는 영향

        Based on the Korea National Health and Nutritional Examination Survey 6th 2015, this study was conducted to observe how drinking habits and physical activity levels affect cardiovascular disease risk factors and liver function factors of middle-aged men aged under 40-64 years. The Multivariate analysis of variance was used to compare the drinking habits and physical activity levels that affect ardiovascular disease risk factors and liver function. Multiple Logistic Regression was used to analyze the risk of physical activity level on drinking habits. As a result, there were no differences in the systolic blood preassure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), fasting blood glucose(FBG), triglyceride(TG), HDL-C, LDL-C, total cholesterol(TC) and hs-CRP according to the physical activity levels. However, SBP. DBP. FBG, TG and TC was statistically higher in higher alcohol drink group(HADG) than lower alcohol drink group(LADG). LDL-C was statistically higher in LADG than HADG. Also, aspartate aminotransferase(AST) was higher in HADG than LADG, alanine aminotransferase(ALT) was significantly higher in moderate physical activity level(MAL) than low physical activity level(LAL) and high physical activity level(HAL). Among LADG and HADG, the ALT was higher in HADG. In addition, MAL had a lower odds ratio to be a HADG than LAL, and HAL had higher odds ratio to be a HADG than LAL. In conclusion, to improve cardiovascular risk factors and liver function of middle-aged men, drinking habits that lower Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test(AUDIT) score are needed and moderate physical activity is the most effective.
